Alles wie auf den Fotos, Zimmer war sauber und alles war recht neu, bequemes Bett, gute Lage, nette Gastgeberin.

Ms. Helen is really nice and accommodating. She provided towels for the beach and snorkle gear when we needed it. The place is new and tidy, plus it's close to Panagsama beach.

The bathroom upstairs only has a sliding door so water leaks when you take a shower. We were already aware of some roosters next door but there's also some overexcited dogs in the property next door.

Merci à Helen pour son accueil durant les deux semaines passées dans sa guesthouse. Les logements sont top et Helen est toujours disponible pour répondre à vos questions et vous aider. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Я не хотела уезжать из дома Хелен, я хотела плакать, настолько прекрасно было всё, что со мной бывает редко. С первой минуты начиная внешним видом дома было чувство что тебя тут ждут, чистота, простота (минимализм) в интерьере, красиво как внутри так и с наружи, забота Хелен и её супруга, петухи как у мамы с папой, а мопеды как дома, но это совершенно не мешало отдыху, туалетные принадлежности были все, ещё и воду дали в дорогу, а завтраки просто супер!!!! Хелен спасибо большое 🫶 Lyuba, Yuriy, Alina Ts.

Les propriétaires sont très gentils, aidants et professionnels. Ils ont organiser notre sortie canyoning et ils nous ont prêté du matériel de snorkeling gratuitement. Le logement est hyper propre, le petit déjeuner est bon (on a adoré les pancake) Le logement est situé en dehors de l'agitation de la ville, à 10min à pied de l'arrêt de bus pour Cebu et à 10min en tuktuk de la plage et des restaurants, ce qui se fait très facilement.

Nous avons le sommeil léger et nous n'avions pas de boules quies donc nous avons été réveillé par les coqs du voisin. Je vous conseille donc d'apporter des boules quies 😊🐓

We had a beautiful stay at Mollucan Suites - lovely views from the balcony and very well located. Very easy to get a trike right outside, they also have motorbikes to rent at a very affordable price. The family who owns this place is so friendly and helpful - Helen was very kind to us our entire stay and even gave us light breakfast in the morning. The room and beds were very clean and comfortable.

There are some roosters outside (very common outside busy parts of town), so if you're a light sleeper download a white noise app or bring earplugs. It's still well worth being away from the hustle and bustle of the main touristy areas.

Das Zimmer war wie auf den Fotos, wenn nicht besser, modern und sehr sauber. Sehr gute und leise Klimaanlage. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Extrem freundliche Besitzerin, die jederzeit gerne bei allem hilft. Konnte einen guten Roller direkt vor Ort mieten. Lage außerhalb des touristischen Chaos, aber zentral in der Stadt, was mir gut gefallen hat.

Der Nachbar hat einige Hühner, welche zum Sonnenaufgang aktiv werden.

근처에 야생닭이 있어서 자동 알람이 됩니다. 일찍 주무시고, 새벽에 자동 기상됩니다.

It was very clean, the bathroom and the shower worked well and had all the supplies we needed, the bed was comfy, the AC worked very well and the rooms were big. It’s right in the center of Moalboal. The owner of the property was a really nice lady who gave us great advice for our trip and because I got a little bit sick offered us food and tea :) She also drove us to the bus stop at the end of our stay which was also very helpful.

The cleanliness, the facilities, toothbrush, toothpaste provided, fruit daily in the morning & afternoon as well as cereal. Felt safe and secure.

Nothing, the property itself is great. Only minor downside is loud chickens nearby but that’s not the property’s fault and it’s not at all a major issue. Just a natural alarm!

We had an amazing stay here. The whole building is new and the room was spotless. The accomodation is situated in a quiet area, but nevertheless close to the main attractions making it a great location. On top, the host is such a lovely and kind person. She helped us out with trips, transfers and other questions we had. Also, we were provided with free breakfast cereal each morning and even snacks for our beach trip. Highly recommend to spend some nights here when in Moalboal! We will definitely come back.

Everything. This is possibly the best accommodation in Moal Boal. The room is very nice, clean and new. Shower has nice pressure and is also very clean and new. The balcony and the windows are amazing, very private even though you can see everywhere from the inside (mirror coating on the inside of the windows). The best part is the host Helen. She will make you breakfast, can deliver nice deals with the motorcycle company and diving center. She is also very experienced chef, her food was amazing. She is basically the best you can find there and by a lot.

Spotlessly clean space with very kind owners! They were super helpful at every turn and always very thoughtful. The room was the cleanest we have stayed at in the Philippines. Nice view and great space!

Location wise it’s a little ways from most of the activity- so ideal for renting a scooter (or just grabbing Tuk Tuks on the main road- you just need to walk a bit to get them usually).

Wonderful place! I highly recommend! Value for money 10/10! Absolutely clean, the room is new and fresh! In the morning you can drink coffee, tea, eat cereal. The location is great, 10 minutes by bike or tricycle to the beach with sardines. I feel calm and comfortable in this place. Very nice and kind hosts, thank you very much for your care!

Very good value for money. Perfect spot for a stopover. Ceres bus stop 10min by walk or an easy ride by trycicle. Very friendly owner, the place is very modern, new and clean.
