Reviewed Jun 23, 2026The room is cosy and warm and enough for two people. It has quite a bit of amenities such as kettle, Iron and other things given which makes is a very functional room
I only felt that the location of this hostel is a bit tricky to get to or find. Once you find, it's easier to get to however, it is a 5-7 minutes walk from the main road.

Reviewed Nov 15, 2025Schreckliches Hotel – niemals wieder! Das Hotel war von Anfang bis Ende eine absolute Katastrophe. Das Zimmer selbst war ein Albtraum: Die Bettwäsche war offensichtlich nicht frisch gewaschen, voller Flecken und roch unangenehm. Das Bad war schmutzig, als hätte seit Tagen niemand geputzt. Auf dem Teppich im Zimmer war tatsächlich Katzendreck, der einfach nicht beseitigt wurde – völlig unhygienisch und absolut inakzeptabel. Wäsche abgeben kann man sich hier sparen: Sie kam schmutziger zurück, als ich sie abgegeben habe. Offenbar ist selbst einfaches Waschen eine unlösbare Aufgabe für dieses Hotel. Obwohl man eigentlich Ruhe erwartet, gab es jeden Abend laute Partys, die bis spät in die Nacht gingen. An Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Zusätzlich gab es ständig Wasser- und Stromausfälle, teilweise mitten beim Duschen – wirklich unzumutbar. Keine Chance auf Erstattung bei Stornierung. Offenbar lässt der Besitzer sich im voraus bezahlen und überlässt das Management Vorort unerfahrenen Jungen. Die Verantwortung für die Zustände trägt der Besitzer und Manager, dieser ist nicht vor Ort um sich um irgendetwas zu kümmern. Die Angestellten wirkten schlicht überfordert... Sehr traurig. Kurz gesagt: Dieses Hotel ist dreckig, laut und schlecht geführt. Ich würde es niemandem empfehlen. Eine absolute Enttäuschung.

Reviewed Jan 28, 2025Looks a bit like Hogwarts. No one disturbed us while we were awake the whole night in the common area.
Extremely small rooms, very very small bathroom, no view from common balcony and absolutely no view from room. No water pressure in bathroom plus no hot water in washbasin. Food takes 2 hours to come after order that too after desperately reminding them several times. Very bad music choice in common sitting area. Staff behaviour was so so. No maintenance of pool board. Not value for money at all. Plus, reception staff asking the entire group to put 5 star review mandatorily on google before leaving and checking up on us if we have put the review or not. All in all will not book again. There are many many more places where one can stay in Kasol for cheaper price and better service.

The property is not as beautiful and well maintained as the pictures might suggest. Common areas are dirty, even the king size rooms are compact, with really small toilets. The shower was almost over the WC. I am adding pictures for your reference. All this when you are paying 4k plus for the room per day. Very disappointed. And when we raised our concerns and asked for an early checkout and refund, the manager informed us that mo matter how bad the experience is for the guest, there is a no refund policy.

Reviewed Nov 11, 2024The room was warm and had ample blankets. The location is central and is walking distance within the town to all locations. Staff was friendly and they watched our bags while we did some trekking in the Parvati valley. They have free water dispensers which is nice.
Bathrooms are very small and the shower is ontop of the toilet. Room is also pretty cramped and expensive for what it is, we got the triple room and paid more than we usually did in other nicer accommodations. Public bathroom was also not very clean for public use.
