Some of the appliances/plug points were not working. Not great views from my room. Breakfast starts at 8 AM, which is a little late if you want to start your day early.

The food we had one of the day upset two of the family members who were senior citizens , resulting in delay in our plans. We informed the concerned manager and he just said we will look into it. Simple food causing upset stomach was a big unhappiness towards the end of our stay. Plz make sure food served is fresh and healthy.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026The breakfast was the best we have ever had in any hotel. Satvik and healthy food served with pure love. The hotel is located close to city market. The best part is MTR a renowned south indian restaurant chain is in the same block. The staff was very courteous and service was prompt. Overall a good value for money.
The room lighting could have been better. The toilet size could have been bigger.

As your property falls under the 3–4 star hotel category, the generally accepted standard is to serve breakfast from around 6:30 AM. Unfortunately, I have noticed that your breakfast timing has gradually shifted later over time: * Initially: 6:30 AM * Then: 7:00 AM * Later: 7:30 AM * Currently: 8:00 AM Most guests staying at your hotel are visitors coming for temple darshan. Many prefer to start their day early, ideally by 7:00 AM, to maximize their time visiting temples and avoid crowds. The current breakfast schedule significantly affects guests’ travel plans and temple visits. Guests are often forced to either skip breakfast or delay their itinerary, which can impact their overall experience. I sincerely request that you reconsider the breakfast timing and restore it to an earlier schedule. A breakfast service from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM would be much more convenient for your guests while still providing ample service time. I hope you will take this feedback into serious consideration, as it would greatly enhance the comfort and satisfaction of many visitors. Thank you for your attention.

Reviewed May 15, 2026The staff were extremely courteous, the location is in the center of Udupi, the rooms are clean, houseekeeping, afternoon snacks, the breakfast buffet counter staff - all deserve a shout out - they are simply excellent! The overall hotel quality is 7* not even 4 ot 5*.
The water in bathroom should have a hand shower too in addition to the ceiling shower. Else everything is 5*.

While the spread is great but the service levels at the coffer shop is average. They don't have enough employees to take care of guest and our interaction with the staff there was not pleasant. Overall the properly is good, location is good, breakfast is good but they need to focus on training team on soft skills. Room service for lunch and Dinner is not at all good and they actually don't show any interest is taking orders.

the AC is always underpowered and not enough for the udupi heat. the centralised ac switches off when u take out the keycard and then needs a LONG time to cool the room , the next time u switch on.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026Нас встретили с прохладными соками и влажными полотенцами для рук, было очень приятно такое внимание, тем более, что мы только прилетели и еще ехали час до Удупи, были уставшими. На ресепшен сотрудники очень вежливые, старались ответить на все наши вопросы. В самом отеле внутри красиво и комфортно. Номер нас очень порадовал, чистый, уютный, все абсолютно есть, чай, кофе, вода, сейф, шкафы, полотенце, в общем все, что необходимо для проживания в гостинце есть. Очень важно - постельное белье было чистым!! Ванные принадлежности бренда "Biotique" приятно удивили, что говорит об уровне отеля. Наше окно выходило в сад, где росли огромные пальмы! Завтрак был вкусным, разнообразным в южно-индийском стиле. Разные супы, салаты, закуски, как горячие так и холодные, соусы различные. Свежими выносили, как только заканчивались досы и какие-то индийские блинчики. В общем мы были сыты и довольны). Вернемся ли мы в этот отель еще раз? Однозначно, да!!!

Im Badezimmer war die Dusche durch eine Duschwand vom Rest getrennt. Warmwasser funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mein Motorrad konnte ich in der Tiefgarage parken.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war auf indische Speisen ausgerichtet. Keine kontinentale Speisen im Angebot.
