Bugüne kadar yurtdışında bu fiyat aralığında kaldığımız en iyi oteldi. Her yer yepyeni ve tertemizdi. Misafirlerin konforu ve hijyeni için her şey çok iyi düşünülmüş. Ayrıca otobüs durağı ve plaja da çok yakındır. Rodosa gelecek olanlar mutlaka burayı değerlendirmeli

i liked how clean and modern everything was. Hand-controlled AC, easy check in and out, daily housekeeping, fresh towels, slipers and robes.

The location was very nice except for the constant flights overhead that are so loud also there’s a trashtruck that comes at 3 am like everynight and it is quite loud. Other than that i have literally no complaints

Posizione comoda per visitare la città e raggiungere le spiagge cittadine. Parcheggio in strada comodo. Camera e bagno ampi e confortevoli. staff presente e gentile anche se “a distanza”

Poteva essere pulito un po’ meglio sia il resede esterno che gli angoli della stanza dove si accumula polvere, sabbia, piccoli insetti ( comprensibile per un piano terra su giardino). Staff comunque molto disponibile e gentile

Mi-a placut ca avea balcon si ca se facea curat zilnic.

Luminile pe balcon( care noapte se aprind si lumineaza continuu si nu le poti stinge), gălăgia din jur(non stop e galagie afara, e aproape de strada si se aud oameni, motociclete si masini), aerul condiționat care bate pe pat. Pernele, iincomode in toate cele 5 zile petrecute, mi-au creat o durere ingrozitoare de gat si daca ai 1,96 inaltime iti ies picioarele din pat. Gandaci exista, am omorat unul, dar in capitala de unde vin sunt peste tot.

Central location, clean rooms (bed sheets, bathroom, daily clean service).

Unfortunately, we found cockroaches in both of the rooms we rented. No option to leave our luggage at the hotel before checkin.

It was in a fantastic location and was very modern. TV was handy and the bathroom was lovely. Enough space for 2 guests.

There were large cockroaches around the property. We had tried our best to ensure none were in the apartment before leaving for the day but when we arrived back, there were one or two around the room. I suspect it’s because the cleaner had left the doors open while tidying as we took care to ensure all drains and windows were closed.

The location is nice and the cleaning ladies are extremely nice and kind, huge respect to them.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was that we had no internet for our entire vacation. We called the support hotline every single day for five days. Each time we were told it was a provider issue and that someone would contact us with an update. Nobody ever did. Eventually, they even stopped replying to our messages. Our messages through Booking.com were also completely ignored. On top of that, the coffee machine did not work, so we couldn’t even make coffee or tea in our room. To make matters worse, my pajamas was accidentally taken away together with the bed linen. This issue also remained unresolved for two days. The only people who actually helped us were the cleaning ladies. They were incredibly kind, sweet and proactive—they personally called the laundry service, found my pajamas, and made sure they were returned to me. A huge thank you to them for their help and professionalism! Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the rest of the “staff” (if you can even call them that). The call center was an absolute nightmare, no one took responsibility, no one followed up, and nothing was ever resolved through them. During the last days of our stay, the bathroom drain became completely clogged, making it very inconvenient to use. If you are considering booking these apartments, keep in mind that there is no reception and no staff on site. The only way to get help is through a call center, but in our experience it was completely useless. We were ignored throughout our stay, and almost none of our problems were resolved. The only positive experience we had was with the cleaning staff, who were the only people willing to genuinely help us. Unfortunately, this level of customer service made our vacation much more stressful than it should have been.

La localisation était idéale et très calme, la chambre était parfaitement propre.

Pas toujours facile de se garer à proximité, la porte de notre chambre était resté une fois ouverte après le passage de la femme de ménage.

La posizione dell' hotel è strategica, zona senza caos ma a piedi si raggiungono in breve sia la old town sia il centro che si estende sul versante est.

Non è possibile lasciare i bagagli alla struttura prima del check in e neppure lasciarli dopo il check out perche hanno un sistema a distanza di ingresso con codici. Sarebbe bene avvisare di questa cosa i clienti perché ormai è un'eccezione rispetto alla regola dato che tutte le strutture offrono questo servizio, sia bb sia appartamenti sia hotel. Il primo giorno abbiamo dovuto mettere il lenzuolo al letto perche ce l'hanno lasciato piegato vicino agli asciugamani 😅(sotto le ciabattine)

Overall, we had a good stay and would rate this property 8/10. The apartment is modern, fresh, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is excellent if your priority is being close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Everything is within easy walking distance, making it a very convenient base for exploring the area. The only reason we didn’t give it a higher rating was the noise from the street and the constant wind. Since the property is located next to the windy beach, the wind is simply part of the location and not something the host can change. It made sitting on the balcony or relaxing on the rooftop terrace less enjoyable for us, especially when combined with the traffic noise. That said, if you’re someone who enjoys an early morning run or an active lifestyle, this location is fantastic. The beachfront promenade is perfect for jogging, walking, or starting the day with beautiful sea views. If you don’t plan on spending much time relaxing on the balcony or rooftop terrace and are mainly looking for a comfortable, stylish place close to everything, this is an excellent choice. The property itself is lovely—our only drawback was the natural wind and the street noise, which are simply characteristics of the location rather than the accommodation itself

Δεν συστήνω το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα σε κανέναν. Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετικά δυσάρεστη λόγω σοβαρού προβλήματος καθαριότητας και υγιεινής, καθώς υπήρχαν κατσαρίδες μέσα στο δωμάτιο, ακόμη και πάνω στα κρεβάτια και τα σεντόνια. Παρότι ενημερώσαμε άμεσα το κατάλυμα, δεν έγινε απολύτως τίποτα εκείνο το βράδυ για να αντιμετωπιστεί το πρόβλημα ή να μας προσφερθεί κάποια εναλλακτική λύση. Την επόμενη ημέρα, από τις 08:00 το πρωί, αναγκαστήκαμε να εγκαταλείψουμε το δωμάτιο για να πραγματοποιηθεί απολύμανση. Όταν επιστρέψαμε, ο χώρος μύριζε έντονα από τα χημικά και τα αεροζόλ που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν, κάνοντας την παραμονή μας ακόμη πιο δυσάρεστη. Η έλλειψη άμεσης υποστήριξης, η ταλαιπωρία και οι απαράδεκτες συνθήκες καθιστούν αυτή τη διαμονή μια εμπειρία που δεν θα θέλαμε να ξαναζήσουμε. Δεν το συνιστώ σε κανέναν.Αναγκαστικά μείναμε το βράδυ στο δωμάτιο με φόβο και χωρις air conditioner διότι από εκεί έβγαιναν κατσαρίδες.

Huoneemme oli kellarikerroksessa, jonka pihalle oli kaikilla sisäänpääsy, koska hotelliin vievä portti oli auki lukituskoodista huolimatta. Olisin toivonut aitaa, nyt emme voineet jättää pyyhkeitä ym. kuivumaan yöksi kuivaustelineeseen. Mitä pidemmän aikaa olimme huoneistossa, sitä enemmän kylpyhuoneesta levisi viemärin haju. Kaukosäädin oli rikki.

Kaldığımız süre boyunca odamızda hamamböcekleri ile uğraştık, heryerden böcek çıktı ve özellikle son gecemizde sabaha kadar uyumayıp yattığımız odada yatağımızda, eşyalarımızın arasında 10 tane hamamböceği öldürdük. Odanın tasarımı ve konumu iyi olsada bu yaşadıklarımız yüzünden hiçbir anlamı kalmadı. Böcekleri seviyorsanız bu oda tam size göre.

Nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállásal. Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, a szobák szépek, jól felszereltek és teljesen rendben vannak. A tisztaságot is kiemelném. Minden nap jöttek takarítani, rend és tisztaság várt mindig. A becsekkolás is könnyen és rendben ment. Nagyon ajánlom mindenkinek!

Het is een super schone en nette accomodatie. De housekeeping is ontzettend vriendelijk.

Het is een enorm gehorig gebouw. Je hoort alles op straat. Aan de overkant zit bar Thetis die ook dagelijks tot midden in de nacht harde muziek draait. Er is geen receptie, wat opzich geen probleem is maar je krijgt van te voren daar geen informatie over en je krijgt pas een paar minuten voor check in een mail met de codes etc. Je krijgt geen informatie voor de check out. Er is ook geen plek om je koffers achter te laten, dus als je voor check-in tijd bent kan je deze niet kwijt.

I am genuinely surprised that this property is rated 9.1 “Superb.” While the accommodation is relatively new and looks decent at first glance, our experience was far from superb. The biggest issue was pest control. We had actually booked and already paid for two separate stays in Rhodes, with the dates only three days apart, and both stays had cockroaches. During our visits, we found cockroaches in the accommodation, including one in the bedroom and another in the bathroom. It is difficult to understand how a property can maintain such a high rating when guests may have to sleep in a room with cockroaches. Another major concern is the complete lack of customer support. There is no reception or front desk service, and the phone was never answered. The only responses we received were through messages, often after delays. This should be stated very clearly before booking. We informed the property in advance that we would be arriving much earlier and asked whether it would be possible to access the room slightly before check-in. Not only was this request denied, but we were not even allowed access 10 minutes early. Instead, we were instructed to take our luggage to a different hotel because there is no facility on-site to store bags. This was extremely inconvenient and should be disclosed upfront. On our second stay, we were not even provided with the PIN code to enter the property until one hour after the official check-in time, and only after we contacted them to request it. To make matters worse, on our first day we were given the wrong PIN code for the main entrance. When we called for assistance, the person on the phone insisted that the code was correct, despite it clearly not working. We were fortunate that a cleaning lady happened to be there and helped us gain access to the building. Without her assistance, we would have been left stranded outside.

Location, new and clean rooms. I would definitely go back . Highly recommended.

We chose this hotel because of its location, and it did not disappoint. Everything is so close and convenient—perfect for enjoying the sea and wandering through the charming town streets. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for convenience and comfort!

The bathroom was beautiful and the room was very clean

Noises from the bar next to the hotel, I couldn’t sleep and wrote to the property and they didn’t help :( Also the room was smaller than the pictures

Bodrum kattaki odalardan birini verdikleri için odalar genelde soğuktu klima açmak durumunda kaldık ve yatakları biraz rahatsız olduğu için çok konforlu değildi üst katlardan birinde kalsaydık daha memnun olurduk .

Excellent and very clean modern rooms, close to town with easy access to everything. The area felt very safe, and the overall experience was comfortable and pleasant. We have stayed here before and will definitely come back again!
