Good position in the city. Promenade, restaurants and supermarkets in near proximity. Modern AC, comfortable bed, convenient balcony. Host was responsive regarding problems.

Apartment is worn of - there are cracks, knobs falling off, furniture seen better days. Few times it took some time (several minutes or more) to get hot water. Shower was missing any glass barrier so water went everywhere however we tried.

Arnaque total toutes les chambres sont en travaux.j ai reservé en janvier et vu que le prix me correspondait j ai reservé une chambre familiale et surprise je n ai eu qu une chambre sans etre une chambre familiale. On m a repondu qu il n y avait plus de chambre familiale et vu le prix que j avais payé je n aurais que cela.et que toutes les autres chambres etaient prises. Mensonges toutes les autres chambres avait une clé a l exterieur moi et mon mari nous nous sommes permis de rentré dans plusieurs chambres et personnes elkes etaient toutes libres. De plus photo a l appuie pas vu sur la mer. La clanche de la salle de bain cassés elle etait juste posé la douche de meme et pour faire le café obligé de mettre la nespresso sur le frigo car pas de prise. A 21h00 je recois un message disant que la chambre esr annulé et rembiursé. On a du se debrouillé ne parlans pas un mot autre que francais tres tres compliqué. Des frais supplementaire alors que nous sommes dans le rouge honteux. A fuir

L'indisponibilità di un parcheggio auto offerto dalla struttura.

Poziționare bună a apartamentelor, aproape de "umbrellas". Sunt mai multe apartamente în clădire, în cazul în care este un grup mai mare, cu 2-3 sau 4 camere. Dar pentru a ajunge la baruri, taverne și centru vechi, trebuie să mergi cam 2 km. Mai greu de ajuns pe jos. Apartamentul este curat, dar merită un pic de atenție la detalii.

La proximité avec les magasins, les cafés et restaurants. Établissement très calme, les petites attentions, les dosettes de café et l’eau fraîche au frigo. La gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires.

Everything was Perfect, just the Location wasn’t as it seemed. They said it was next to the beach. But there was no beach in sight we had to take a taxi everyday to the beach

The staff was very attentive to our needs, the coffee they provided us with was amazing. It was right in the heart of the center and there was free parking outside. There was also two adorable basil plants on the balcony. The balcony itself was very nice as well.

It was a bit noisy at times but that’s to be expected as it’s in the very center of the city. Hard trouble with the AC the first two night but quickly resolved it after cleaning the filters. The room had blackout curtains but there was a street light right in front of the apartment so it was still a bit bright during the night. It was advertised to have a direct sea view and you could still see the sea but not the way we expected.

Etwas Renovierung Bedürfnis und es fehlen so kleine extra die den Alltag erleichtern aber ansonsten ist fast alles da was man gebrauchen könnte.

Locația este aproape de faleză și de mai multe puncte turistice. Colaborarea a fost foarte bună cu proprietarul . Camera este spațioasă , curată și dispune de electrocasnice. Există o parcare cu plată în apropiere ( noi am găsit loc de parcare peste drum de locație, fără plată).

The location is excellent, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The room was quite comfortable and everything was easy and straightforward. Check-in was simple, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions and assist when needed. We had a very pleasant stay!

The kitchen is great and equipped with everything you need to prepare a simple breakfast. However, if you are planning to cook a full dinner, keep in mind that the facilities are more suitable for light meals and breakfast.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Καθαρό κατάλυμα και εξοπλισμένο με τα απαραίτητα. Σε περίπτωση που έρχεσαι με αυτοκίνητο υπάρχει πάρκινγκ στο Δημαρχείο με λογική χρέωση για τα δεδομένα της πόλης σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών από το κατάλυμα Θα το επέλεγα πάλι σε επόμενη διαμονη μου.

Όλα ηταν καλά. Υπήρχε ένα μικρό θέμα ηχομόνωσης με τα διπλανά διαμερίσματα, αλλά ήταν διαχειρίσιμο.

In Beschreibung ist gestanden das Wohnung ist am Strand und das war lüge. Das war schon am Meer nur da könnte man nicht schwimmen das war quasi promenade zum spazieren und Schiffe beobachten. Strand war in eine Stunde Fahrt mit Bus entfernt.Das wegen waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Selber Aufenthalt war ok, nicht mehr und nicht weniger, nur ok. Umgebung war wie in 80er Jahren nur graue Gebäude und Straße mit sehr großem Verkehr, also Lärm und Staub. Nie wieder fahre ich dort hin.

Otelin konumu, temizliği, oda içerisindeki malzemeler yeterliydi. Oda biz gelmeden önce temizlenmiş ve tarafıma bilgilendirme yapıldı. Daha odaya gelmeden bütün soruları yanıtlayan bir mesaj aldım. Herkese tavsiye ederim

Prima voor een city trip. Wij hebben stepjes gebruikten naar de stad te gaan. Lopen is wel een eindje, kwartier/20 min. Let op: helmen zijn verplicht in Griekenland. Wij kregen een bekeuring omdat we dit niet wisten! Het is schoon en verder was alles aanwezig. Leuke eetzaakjes in de buurt .

Wij vonden het iets te ver van de stad.

Κλείστηκαμε απε ξω γιατι κάποιος είχε κλειδώσει απο μεσα και εμείς είχαμε μόνο κλειδί για πάνω και όχι για την εξώπορτα και πήραμε τηλέφωνο να έρθει να ανοίξει και μας είπε να μπούμε απο την δίπλα πολυκατοικία και δεν εμφανίστηκε ποτέ.. Είχαμε κλείσει δωμάτιο με μπαλκόνι και δεν είχε μπαλκόνι...το δωμάτιο δεν είχε ούτε καρέκλα να κάτσεις.. κανονικά έπρεπε να υπάρχει 2 έξοδοι κινδύνου και είχε μόνο απο τν μια πολυκατοικία αριστερά!!! Ήθελε να ξυπνήσουμε κάποιον απο τν δίπλα πολυκατοικία για να μπορέσουμε να μπούμε μέσα στς 3 το πρωί με ενα μικρό παιδί 4 χρονών να κοιμάται στο πεζοδρόμιο περιμένοντας έναν κακό επαγγελματία που δεν ήρθε ποτέ !! Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά κανονικά έπρεπε να τον κλείσουν

It was nice. The lady was very nice and let us earlier in the room. Its like a small hotel. Just ok. Toilet is so small. Some things in toilet doesnt work,but for one night its ok. Humidity smell,because its old building,even its renovated. Perfect location!

Technické nedostatky např. Vypínač do koupelny byl u hlavních vchodových dveří, sprcha neměla žádný závěs, takže v koupelně na podlaze bylo neustále brouzdaliště, které nebylo ani čím vytřít, nevybavená kuchyň, chyběly základní věci např. Prkýnko na krájení, vidličky atd...

Mismatch between advertisement and reality. Tiny bathroom, loose toilet seat, missing valve on the sync, overflowing shower sewer, cracked sink. No balcony, no view, no room privacy, no chairs and table, while there is a kitchen corner. It felt as if we had been accommodated in a car garage with beds inside. Never staying there again - ever!

The person I interacted on the phone was trying to help, she was nice and listened to my concerns. Nice location.

I had a very frustrating experience at this hotel. After a long day of walking, we arrived exhausted and ready to rest, only to find that the power was out and we could not even enter the building. We were left waiting outside for nearly an hour until someone finally came to unlock the door. This was extremely inconvenient and poorly handled. What made the situation worse was that guests inside the hotel were effectively trapped, unable to open the door from the inside. There was no communication or guidance about how to use an emergency exit, which raised serious safety concerns. Additionally, the rooms use physical keys, and if you accidentally leave your key inside, you are required to pay around 30 euros for a locksmith to regain access. This policy felt excessive and outdated. The AC Unit in Unit 3 was blowing right in our faces when laying in bed! Finally, during our stay there was no housekeeping service—no trash collection or bedding changes—which further diminished the overall experience. Overall, this was one of the worst travel experiences we have had, mainly due to poor management, lack of communication, and inadequate guest services.

Vec drugu godinu zaredom dolazimo u ovaj smestaj. Sve najtoplije preporuke za vlasnicu Konstantinu❤️. Lokacija 10/10, promenada na 3min, market, apoteke. Apartman cist, opremljen sa svim sto je potrebno. Ono sto bih posebno naglasila je da je vlasnica uprkos nasem dolasku par sati ranije u odnosu na check in, izasla u susret i omgucila da udjemo za 45min jer je dete imalo temperaturu. Bicemo Vasi gosti uvek i svake godine. Hvala Pansea. Puno pozdrava od porodice Lukic❤️

Τρομερό σημείο. Δίπλα στη παραλία και στο κέντρο και ταυτόχρονα μακρυά από βαβούρα.. Θα το ξανά επιλέξω σίγουρα όταν ξανά ανέβω Θεσσαλονίκη.

The location is absolutely great. It's perfect for young families, next to the sea and close to playgrounds and a nice café for kids (παιδότοπος). Aristotelous sq. within walking distance.

They changed our room last minute but the staff was very kind and helpful so they made the transition as smooth as possible. We got a voucher to book again, which is highly appreciated.

The room was very nice! The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect for visiting a conference nearby. The hostess was very friendly!

The bathroom was quite humid with some mould on the showerhead. It would have been nice if one did not have to hold the shower head themselves when showering.

It’s nothing they can control, but for families with strollers, keep in mind that there are stairs. Also from the parking, again not their fault just writing it for the other families is now 17£-24h

Ideally situated, a couple of minutes from the promenade, 20 minutes walk from the center. Various shops, banks and tavernas close by.

three of the five days there was no hot water. Kitchen facilities limited, no decent cuttlery, no kitchen towels/kitchen paper.

Jó helyen, könnyen elérhető gyalog a belváros, a környékén sok jó hely van. Az ágy kényelmes, a klíma halk és jól hűt, tágas szoba.

Nem működött a TV távirányítója, a szőnyeg kényelmetlen, nagyon érdes, a mosdó szűk, görbe falakkal, kilógó vezetékekkel,, a redőny nem működött Parkolni az utcában turistáknak tilos! 150 € volt a büntetés! A szálloda által említett parkoló nem található a megadott címen.

Удобна локация .На 2-3 мин.от крайбрежната улица и Бялата кула .На пешеходно разстояние от центъра и площад Аристотел.Собственикът Константин ни настани лично.Изключително любезна и отзивчива:) Стаята бе чиста,леглото-удобно.

Very easy check-in; the paid parking (an extra €17.90) is in an excellent location, just a few minutes from the accommodation itself. Communication with the staff was simple. The apartment's location is superb—2–3 minutes from the White Tower and right next to the waterfront. We will definitely be back.

in our apartment there was a broken toilet seat and there was no faucet handle in the sink, but it didn't spoil our vacation.

Clean and everything was there

Gazdă foarte amabilă, ne-a trimis toate informațiile necesare pentru a intra în clădire, camera a fost gata mai devreme la solicitarea noastră . Locația este aproape de centru, curat , zonă liniștită , parcare gratis în fața hotelului , nu aparține hotelului, este pe strada libere.

Nu am avut apă caldă , am fost 2 camere într-o singură rezervare și altă cameră a unor prieteni, din păcate niciunii din noi nu am avut apă caldă . 😔

It is in a very good location, it was easy to find and easy to park at the recommended parking (the price was 17.9 euros 24 hour for thr parking, not 12.9 as it used to be), we had good instructions for checkin, the room was very clean. It had a good price for one night, arriving late, leaving the next morning. The beds were confortable and the AC worked well. We received water, coffee and some nice welcome sweets for 3 people.

The room was smaller than expected, the bathroom was also very small, hard to move around. The room we got was not in the pictures on booking, it was similar (furniture, amenities), yet somehow different feel, not as nice put together. It smelled a bit funny from the bathroom. We could not acces the small balcony.

Το μοναδικό που μου άρεσε ήταν η τοποθεσία καθώς ήταν πολύ κοντά στη νέα παραλία Θεσσαλονίκης και βγήκαμε για βόλτα με τα πόδια.

Ήμασταν ζευγάρι με ένα βρέφος 1,5 έτους. Το σπίτι ήταν με τα παράθυρα στην ανάκληση και στις 8 το βράδυ που πήγανε να μπούμε ήταν μέσα γεμάτο κουνούπια και πεταλούδες. Το στρώμα του μικρού στο παρκοκρεβατο απλά δεν υπήρχε και αναγκαστηναμε να φτιάξουμε αυτοσχέδιο με τα σκεπάσματα μας.Το τηλεκοντρόλ της τηλεόρασης δεν είχε καπάκι στο πίσω μέρος με αποτέλεσμα να βγαίνουν συχνά οι μπαταρίες και να τρέχω να τις μαζεύω μην τις βάλει στο στόμα ο μικρός.Το μπάνιο είχε έντονη μυρωδιά βόθρου και ο πυροσβεστήρας που βρισκόταν μέσα σε αυτό ήταν ληγμενος.

Konumu iyi. Yatılan bölüm ve küçük mutfak bölümü tertemiz,düzenli ve yeterli. Kahve, kahve makinası, krema, ufak atıştırmalık kek, hepsini düşünmüşler. Sahil yoluna çok çok yakın. Merkeze çok yakın. 40-50 mt yakınında market, restaurant vs hepsi var. Biz 3 kişilik aile olarak 1 gece kaldık.

Maalesef banyo konumu gereği dışarıdan hava almıyordu. Tabiiki havalandırma koymuşlar ama küçük ve kapalı bir alan olduğu için küf kokusunu andıran bir koku vardı. Ama gözle görülür küf kesinlikle yoktu. Kapı kapalıykende odayı etkilemedi. Otopark kısmına gelince bu tesisin elinde olan bir durum değil. Çevrede fazlaca gezinince ücretsiz bir yer buldum. Siz de şanslı iseniz bulabilirsiniz. Bulamazsanız da yerin sahipleri size ücretli otoparkın konumunu zaten iletiyor.

Το μπάνιο σηκώνει μια ανακαίνιση,μιας κ δείχνει να μην ειναι ολοκληρωμενο, συν ότι τα σεντόνια δείχνανε φθαρμενα(παρόλα αυτά καθαρα).Μια αίσθηση βαριάς υγρασίας, το μόνο αρνητικό.

Η τοποθεσία είναι καταπληκτική και τα δωμάτια πολυ όμορφα και περιποιημενα. Το καφεδάκι και τα σνακ που μας περιμεναν ήταν μια ευχάριστη έκπληξη.
