A beautiful & very relaxing hotel which felt like a piece of serene oasis in Siem Reap. Excellent service by all staff, helpful No complaints! :)

Lovely hotel, very well located, excellent service. Breakfast, a la carte is excellent too. We had forgotten a swimsuit in the room, we contacted them, and they were kind enough to send it to us to Battambang where we were staying for several days. I will return without any hesitation

The bed was so comfy, it was like sleeping on a cloud...I absolutely loved it. The room was amazing too. All the staff are exceptional. They smile, are friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely go back there. Location is pretty good too.

I was on the 4th floor with no lift, sometimes it felt tiring climbing up the stairs. I only found one plug socket in my room. Be great to have a plug socket next to the bed.

The hotel was very well located Quiet but not far away from attractions area. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities, included a pool, which were good. The hotel room prices were very affordable and the breakfast was also good value for money.

My room didn’t have a TV, though I didn’t really mind.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything was at the highest level, the service was first class the rooms and the entire hotel well kept. The staff will fulfill any wish. Spotlessly clean and a lovely Lobby. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, room really was not only comfortable, but well presented too, making it a great relief to come back after a long day out. The staff were very friendly.

LOVED the location, service and amenities. The pool was a good size and enjoyed sitting by it for happy hour every day. Breakfast was huge with lots of options. The staff were very helpful and friendly guest services was awesome and helped get tours booked. For our driver, was fantastic. We ended up booking him for 2 tours. All in all I would definitely recommend and will stay here again!

We had an excellent stay here. The wellness area is truly fantastic and the staff is very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the tasty food, the delicious cocktails, and the refreshing pool. Everything is clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

Our stay was very comfortable, room was nearest to swimming fool. Staff was so humble and cooperative.

Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este hotel, fui en pareja pero antes hice una petición para mi pareja y muy amablemente ellos la hicieron, y ella estaba feliz, le encantó, me lo dijo con los días de que había amado el hotel. En cuanto al desayuno, solo puedo decir que me encanta su concepto y la gente del restaurant es muy amable tanto los de cocina como los de salón, se nota que son personas profesionales dedicadas al servicio, recomiendo además almorzar y cenar ahí mismo porque sus precios son económicos y la calidad es buena, además ellos tienen toda la intención de que realmente disfrutes tu estadía en el hotel y restaurant, hay detalles que me gustaría que a futuro mejorarán como tener quizás TV, que si bien se entiende que la idea es desconectarse, yo feliz iría a quedarme allá simplemente para estar tranquilo y por la noche ver noticias o incluso ahora el mundial. La piscina es agradable y tiene toallas en el bar para que puedas disfrutar sin tener que llevar desde tu habitación toallas. El hotel es céntrico y cerca de Angkor wat (Pocos kilómetros). Lo recomiendo absolutamente porque por el precio que pagas está muy bien. Volvería? Obvio que sí.

It was a wonderful stay. I did notice a few areas around the shower facilities that might need some repairs, but overall the atmosphere of the hotel was very lovely. Above all, the thoughtfulness and kindness of the hotel staff were outstanding. staff member in particular paid close attention to every detail and took great care of us. On our last day, we had some time between checkout and our flight. When we returned to the hotel to pick up our luggage, arranged a place for us to rest comfortably while waiting for a taxi.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Everywhere was clean. Food was good. Coffee great. They recommend trips and places to visit without forcing you to buy any specific one. they can arrange Airport pick up and drop off with a really reasonable price 25$

Really good hotel with true Cambodian hospitality. Everyone was smiling and professional, always ready to help and recommend places to visit in the city and temples. You can also book airport transfers with them for only $25.

The location is perfect close to restaurant market and location attractions such as Siem Reap River street food old market Pupstreet and Psa Khmer (traditional market )
