Abbiamo passato delle giornate bellissime

J’ai oublié la plupart des piscines d’hôtel où j’ai nagé. Je me souviens pourtant de celle-ci, car on peut y commander un verre sans sortir de l’eau, et le personnel vous l’apporte avec le sourire. En somme, c’est tout ce qu’il y a à dire. Le reste la chambre, l’emplacement, le petit-déjeuner était excellent. Mais c’est pour le bar immergé que j’y retournerais.

Het hotel is specifiek opgericht om banen te creëren voor de lokale gemeenschap, en dat gevoel van trots komt terug in de service. Mijn kamer was schoon en comfortabel, en voorzien van een kluisje, een bureau en badjassen. Het grote zwembad met swim-upbar was een heerlijke plek om de middag door te brengen, en het restaurant in het hotel is de hele dag geopend en serveert zowel Aziatische als westerse gerechten. Het hotel ligt op slechts vijf minuten van de avondmarkt en Pub Street; bovendien is er een gratis ophaalservice vanaf het busstation, wat de aankomst erg gemakkelijk maakte. Een warme, authentieke plek om te verblijven.

C'est un hôtel très agréable qui offre un excellent service et un très bon rapport qualité-prix ; les chambres sont confortables, la piscine est rafraîchissante et le jardin offre une atmosphère paisible. Le personnel de la réception est aimable et serviable ; il nous a toujours accueillis avec le sourire et s'est montré prêt à nous aider. Leur chaleur et leur professionnalisme ont rendu notre séjour vraiment agréable.

Les equipements étaient très bien, les differents service de l'hotel sont top comme la lessive très bien faite ou le bar/restaurant. La piscine est superbe et a une temperature excellente elle est agreable que ce soit en journée ou en soirée. La réservation de taxi pour l'aeroport etait egalement exceptionelle

Personalen var verkligen hjälpsam och vänlig; de hjälpte mig att lösa mitt problem med tålamod och omsorg. Jag uppskattar verkligen deras hjälp och insats – de förvandlade en potentiellt stressig situation till en smidig upplevelse. Tillsammans med den vackra poolen och den fridfulla trädgården bidrog detta till en mycket trevlig vistelse.

Absoluut vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ze staan steeds klaar met de glimlach en beantwoorden al je vragen. Het hotel ligt op een steenworp van het centrum en is dus makkelijk te bereiken als je een kwartiertje wandelt. Wat me het meeste beviel was de mooie groene omgeving in de binnenplaats. Let alleen goed op dat je niet op de schattige kleine kikkertjes trapt die je terras vergezellen.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep, and the bathroom was well-appointed with everything from quality toiletries to fluffy towels and bathrobes. All this, combined with the peaceful garden and relaxing pool, made it the perfect place to unwind after exploring Siem Reap.

Naprawdę zależało im na tym, abyśmy czuli się całkowicie swobodnie – przewidywali nasze potrzeby, służyli świetnymi rekomendacjami i dbali o komfort w każdej chwili naszego pobytu. Pokój był dobrze wyposażony, a obecność sejfu zapewniała nam poczucie spokoju. Piękny basen, zaciszny ogród i świetna lokalizacja były wspaniałe, ale to właśnie ich szczera troska sprawiła, że ​​nasz pobyt był niezapomniany. Z pewnością tu wrócimy!

Staff were friendly, pool area was nice with a sit-down bar. Not too far from the night market either. The bed was comfy and balcony was excellent. It's a very lovely location.

Het ontbijt was niet super lekker. was ook zeer basic. In de namiddag waren er vaak nog geen handdoeken voor aan het zwembad te liggen. Het is wel 5 minuutjes met de taxi/tuktuk tot het centrum. Ligt dus niet echt op wandelafstand.

Wir wurden herzlichst nach der langen Fahrt empfangen. Es wurden Erfrischungstücher und ein Willkommenstee gereicht. Aufgrund der Nebensaison wurde nur ein kleines Buffet aufgetischt. Bei weiteren Wünschen wurde uns eine Karte mit Frühstücksmenüs vorgelegt. Es gab sowohl internationale Frühstücksmenüs als auch asiatische Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Den Pool haben wir das ein oder andere Mal genutzt. Liegemöglichkeiten am Pool waren ausreichend vorhanden. Über den Betten gab es Moskitonetze. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Leider muss ich negativ hinzufügen, dass unser Familienzimmer im Erdgeschoss in der Ecke lag. Hinter einer großen Milchscheibe im Schlafraum befand sich anscheinend der Geräte- oder Putzraum des Hotels. In der ersten Nacht der Unterkunft hatte ein Mitarbeiter des Putztrupps anscheinend vergessen, dass Licht im Putzraum auszuschalten, so dass unser Schlafraum in der Nacht hell erleuchtet war. Ich nahm Kontakt mit der Rezeption auf, aber leider hatten sie keine Möglichkeit gehabt in den besagten Raum zu gelangen, da sie keinen Schlüssel dafür hatten. Zum Glück war das nur ein einmaliges Problem gewesen. Das Badezimmer selbst ist funktional. Die Kieselwand im Duschbereich könnte eine tiefgreifende Grundreinigung vertragen, da diese sich erheblich farblich von dem restlichen Badezimmer absetzt.

We were welcomed with genuine smiles and attentive service that continued throughout our stay, from organizing temple visits to providing excellent local recommendations. The beautiful pool and comfortable rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. We would certainly return to this charming hotel!

Hotel tipo boutique muy mono, la piscina es preciosa, con cockteles super económicos y Happy hour 2X1. La comida del hotel muy bien también y precio muy bueno. Contratamos la recogida en aeropuerto, y el servicio de tuk tuk a angkor con sunrise, perfecto, conductor super amable. La habitación es cómoda, y grande. Me hubiera quedado más días

Nos dieron habitación con dos camas a pesar de haberla pedido king size, pero dormimos bien. El jacuzzi de la terraza está solo de adorno, no funciona. Aunque la verdad es que con la piscina es más que suficiente

Als je een relaxed verblijf zoekt, zit je hier sowieso goed. De kamers zijn echt top. De bedden slapen heerlijk en de douche is heerlijk warm. Vooral bij het zwembad hang je echt lekker. Je kunt er goed eten en de cocktail happy hour is een aanrader! Qua locatie zit je ook helemaal prima: je stapt zo in een tuktuk en staat binnen een paar minuten in het centrum. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en de pannenkoeken moet je zeker proberen. Echt een aanrader, wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Het zwembad is een pluspunt. erg mooi en mooi beplant. Het is geen resort maar een gebouw langs de kant van een drukke weg in Siem Reap. Prima lay out. Restaurant en alle publieke ruimtes zijn open met ventilatoren. Geen airco. Alleen op de kamers.

De kamers zijn goed, ruim, maar wel gedateerd. Geen lift. Naar het centrum heb je een Grab nodig.

We had a relaxing stay here after spending most of our days sightseeing. Our room was bright and comfortable, and the housekeeping team kept everything in good order. We came back around 4:30 PM, had a cold drink, and took some time to rest before dinner. The staff were polite and always ready to help.

The staff were attentive from arrival and helped us with our plans for visiting the temples. The food was excellent, and the comfortable room made it easy to relax afterward.

It's a paradise pool. So extremely pretty. The staff was so helpful in every way. We even got a little celebration fruit basket for our anniversary. The breakfast was not luxurious, but very decent.

The rooms on the first floor have no windows; for light, you need to open the balcony door. Unfortunately, the hotel was undergoing renovations, so it was noisy. The breakfast was poor.

Loved the pool and swim up bar. Both staff in this bar were amazing. Staff were friendly and tried hard to fix issues, like the TV never working. Food was good and priced well.

I think housekeeping need to do a bit better, they left dirty plates from our meals in the room. no hot water in showers which would of be nice for those early morning wake ups. their is construction at present so a little noisy they ahould update this with booking.

I liked the aesthetic and it was very cool. We enjoyed the pool and the loungers. The pool bar had great service and prices!

Our room had a lovely pool view, was clean, and the air conditioning kept it cool all day. Complimentary coffee, tea, bottled water, slippers, bathrobes, and toiletries were provided. The lobby staff welcomed us warmly, and the poolside bar served refreshing fruit juices before dinner.

The reception staff helped us book a tuk-tuk to Angkor Wat early in the morning, and everything was well arranged. After returning, our room was already cleaned and prepared by housekeeping. The room had a relaxing pool view, strong air conditioning, and complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water.

Beautiful hotel, exactly as described. Staff are so wonderful, helping with anything you need. Food at the restaurant was reasonable price and delicious. Rooms are huge and equipped with everything you need. Walkable into the city (30 mins) or a tuktuk is only a couple of dollars. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Siem Reap.

There is building work going on at the moment so it can be loud at points but it makes sense to do this during the lower tourism season.

The location and state of rooms does not reflect the price. The things that are listed on Booking.com are “not working”, we got moved rooms because of aircon not working and we noticed tv was not working- moved to another room because of air con and tv still not working. They also had renovations happening on top floor which we were advised after checking in, they started at 8am everyday and incredibly loud. Room was pretty gross too, dark brown stains on light shades..

Het hotelpersoneel is uiterst professioneel: altijd beleefd, behulpzaam en attent. Ze zorgden ervoor dat het ons tijdens ons verblijf aan niets ontbrak. Een uitstekend geleid hotel met geweldige service.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Residence. Het personeel was gastvrij, hartelijk en vriendelijk; we voelden ons tijdens ons hele verblijf echt in de watten gelegd. Het zwembad, omgeven door tropisch groen, bood een oase van rust. Onze kamer was ruim en schoon, met een fijn balkon dat uitkeek op de tuin. De rustige sfeer was precies wat we nodig hadden om te ontspannen. We zouden hier heel graag nog eens terugkomen.

The accomodation was incredible, the staff was very kind and helpful, they helped us plan our trip to Angkor Wat and it was also available to request tuk-tuk rides at the reception, the massage at the hotel was also very relaxing. Overall 10/10 accomodation in Siem Reap, highly recommend it.

Obiekt w dobrej lokalizacji, 20min spacerem do miasta. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Pokój przestronny i czysty,codziennie sprzątany

Niestety ale gdybym wiedział że trwają prace budowlane na terenie obiektu zrezygnował bym z rezerwacji. Codziennie od godziny 8 rano hałas. Śniadania w restauracji hotelowej średnie. Ryż z mięsem to praktycznie sam ryż ze śladowymi ilościami mięsa. Przestrzeń w okolicach basenu do remontu, deski się ruszają i wydaj się być niebezpieczne.

I loved the entire stay, from the warm staff to the magnificent pool and peaceful garden. The room was spacious and comfortable. A wonderful place to relax in Siem Reap.

Ik voel me nog steeds heerlijk ontspannen na ons verblijf in Residence Hotel. Dankzij de rustige tuin en het prachtige zwembad konden we echt tot rust komen. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en zorgde ervoor dat we ons vanaf het allereerste moment welkom voelden. De kamer was ruim en schoon, en de rustige ligging, weg van de drukte van het stadscentrum, was precies wat we nodig hadden. Een heerlijk uitje waar we graag nog eens naar terugkeren.

TV problems, had been told 4 times it would be sorted only when ask to speak to manager it got sorted, no bottled water, only tap !!!! no lift on 3rd floor !! Lots of noisy constructions going on on roof and near by, moved to another location 🤔

Le restaurant propose une cuisine délicieuse et l'établissement bénéficie d'un emplacement calme, tout en étant à une courte distance en tuk-tuk de Pub Street. Nous y séjournerions de nouveau avec plaisir.
