Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und sicher im Bankenviertel gelegen. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die tägliche Reinigung erfolgte immer auch zeitlich sehr flexibel. Wir reisten als Familie mit 17 Monate altem Kind und können es mir empfehlen. Man sollte wissen, dass viele Attraktionen, wie Innenstadt, People Park ca. 1 h entfernt sind.

Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment, was very spacious and clean, with a good nice window view. Buffet-style breakfast was also provided everyday with variety of food and dishes. Location is also convenient, with nearby convenience stores, malls, and train station is only 2min walk away.

some of the gym equipment was broken but still overall it was good enough to be used.

Personnel de l’hôtel insistant… on peut vous attendre à la porte de votre chambre avec un TPE pour régler immédiatement votre séjour ou le moindre supplément. C’est un peu intrusif… Coup de téléphone de la réception environ 3 fois par jour.

Staff was friendly, room was big and clean. Free breakfast was amazing. Location very near metro station.

Nothing much to highlight here except there was 1 tourist who smoked in the lift and lobby which we highlighted to the receptionist. Other than that all good!

The location is close to the train station. The service by the staff is commendable. Especially Cynthia and 安保部徐凯 who helped us with our high speed train tickets when we missed our train. My family and I are super grateful for the staff’s help and enjoyed our stay very much.

Upgraded to 1 bedroom apartment. Spacious and sufficient for my stay. Air conditioning is comfortable and able to be adjusted to my liking.

La colazione, quasi nulla pensata agli ospiti occidentali, gli staff non capiscono inglese tranne gli receptionisti.

Extremely kind and supportive staff, they quickly reacted and solved every problem. We kept the names of some of them: Daisy (room cleaner), Celia and Linn (receptionist). But all the other staff was also very supportinve, including the restaurant staff. Good nearby restaurants with wonderful Sichuan food.

This hotel is a bit far from the city centre, but we were aware of that when we booked it.

Moderne Zimmer, sehr sauber und sehr nettes Personal das immer hilfsbereit war. Sehr ruhige Gegend speziell am Wochenende da dies ein Business Park ist.

Wir wussten das das Hotel etwas südlich der Stadt liegt und ca. 30 Minuten mit der U-Bahn benötigt werden um in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Zum Panda Research Centre war es über eine Stunde.

ten obiekt jest rewelacyjny. znajduje się praktycznie 200m od stacji lini metra nr 1. 3rd TianFu Street więc komunikacja z miastem jest rewelacyjna. jeśli przylecicie do miasta samolotem to zapewne na lotnisko Tianfu a ta linia jest powiązana bezpośrednio z linią 18. nie trzeba się wielokrotnie przesiadać aby trafić do hotelu. pokój ogromny, czysty, cichy i komfotrowy. śniadania wliczone w cenę są b.dobre. nie ma w nich monotonii ponieważ mogą się zmieniać niektóre składniki w ciągu dni (my spędziliśmy ogólnie 6 nocy) udogodnienia typu pralko-suszarka w pokoju to ogromny plus. stosunek koszt to jakości? nie wiem czy pieciogwiazdkowe hotele mogą się z nim równać. bardzo pomocna i przyjazna obsługa hotelowa. nam pomogli zarezerwować bilety do centrum pandy wielkiej jak również rozwiązać problem z kartą telefoniczną, która nagle przestała działać. dla mnie i żony w Chengdu to najlepszy wybór. jeśli kiedykolwiek zawitam ponownie do tego miasta to tylko do tego hotelu

A couple of people in our group were taken to the wrong hotel, also called citadines within 5min of the Citadines South Hotel. If you arrive at a hotel that looks different to this picture, it is the wrong one. It can be helpful to tell the taxi driver to go to 'bank of Dalian' wuhou tianfu 3rd street no.102-180 as this is directly opposite the hotels entrance.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Translation done via apps. The apartments are very specious with all basic needs for longer stays and cooking. Great value for price.

The paint finishings were rough around the edges, but the cheap price of the stay and good cleanliness made up for it.

Staff at the reception were exceptional, spoke thru google Translate, which wasn't a problem for them. Very kind and greeted us when we would leave and arrive back. They even helped book the Panda Base Tickets for us. Breakfast was yum every day, and rooms were always cleaned.

Ac is not cold as usual, and you can hear the sound easily.

Less than a 5 minute walk from 3rd Tianfu Street metro station on Line 1. Several convenience stores and coffee shops nearby. The 2-bedroom suite includes a washer-dryer and a large comfortable sofa. Just like in photos. Gym was on the small side but was clean. Staff were friendly. Buffet food was good.

The location of the hotel is so close to many things like the Family Mart, Lawson, places to have a quick bite like JianBing 煎饼 for snack, buns, McDonalds (we didn't visit it at all) and so much more. The big plus point is also because the hotel is near the "3rd Tianfu Street" metro station, so it is easy to get around Chengdu. Our room was spacious, and clean. We were staying in the 2 bedroom apartment, complete with kitchen, washing machine (a plus for a family), and two shower rooms. Their breakfast had plenty of choices, and they provide a la carte options too. Staff were friendly, and willing to help us with any questions despite of the language barriers.

Of all the positive things above, the one thing that I want to emphasis is that the staff's lack of English capability makes it very difficult to communicate. Fortunately, I can rely on the translator app, and they were very patient about it. TV channels were all in Chinese ... so not so entertaining for our kids who barely speak Chinese. But it turned out to be a positive thing, because every night we had a family fun game.

Although located quite a distance from the city centre, the hotel apartment is within walking distance to the metro station. There are various restaurants beside the building. We booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms, very spacious and clean. 2 toilets with showers provided with basic amenities. The breakfast has a good spread of hot and cold dishes with enough seats available. Checking in require deposit and checking out is fast with automatic deduction from the credit card.

The apartment is provided with a washing machine, an additional cloth drying rack would help.

Honestly everything was great, I would only say since there are two Ascott Citadines hotels on the same main road, ensure Didi has them both in their app. Initially when I typed in Citadines it took me to the other location first.. but they helped me book a taxi back to the correct location. Other than that, everything was fabulous!

Only suggestion is to provide a second chair to sit if traveling as couple. Otherwise it was perfect.

The apartment is big, clean. Providing breakfast with varieties that change daily..Very good amenities too. Coffee machine provided at lobby, laundry room, gym room also provided. Daily house keeping services. Front desk is helpful too. The location is very convenient beig next to a metro station.

The location is very close to the Metro station, it only take 3 minutes walk and also there are many restaurants around, it is very convenient.

The coffee machine in the lobby always out of service but none of the staffs go to fix it.

Fantastic breakfast included if you can get down there in time. It was a great experience. I had a corner room with lovely view from the bathroom. The bed was so comfortable. I didn't really need the kitchen and lounge but it was all very functional and well kitted out.

No wifi working for me but maybe not surprising. I was later able to get it at the airport by downloading the vpn app and using the china telecom password. I think the hotel could have done something like that for me too if they knew more about wifi. But then i was just passing through. I really did want internet access though so this was disappointing.

The rooms were very large - I especially enjoyed the shower section. I stayed with my partner and found the room very convenient but it could be more challenging for people uncomfortable sharing a washroom as the shower and sink area are not segregated. The hotel also provided cute panda keychains during our stay! We had delivery to the hotel and pick-up was convenient downstairs. There is also a small shop that sold buns and drinks next door. The room was very clean and the AC/Wi-Fi worked perfectly. We mostly took DiDi to get around and location was convenient for pick-up and drop-off.

Good for family Big living & dining space

I have stayed at this citadines many times over the years and have recommended family to stay here. The location is good (close to subway, lots of restaurants and coffee shops), the front desk staff and cleaning staff are excellent.

However, this will be my final stay at citadines or at least this location for the following reasons 1. There is a noticeable amount of mold in the moulding of the shower - It seems like a larger maintenance and facilities upgrade issue rather than one of routine cleaning. 2. The citadines office staff work on the top floor of the building, and they give the weirdest vibes and never say hello in the elevator. Some of them make me feel like they run the place - the way to talk to the staff on the first floor and also look at the guests (no smiles, no attempt to appear friendly, like we’re all a bunch of school children and they’re the headmasters). 3. Unfortunately, the friendly bellboy (who probably has a number of other jobs) misdirected me about how to get my airport ride to the front door of the hotel, resulting in the driver scratching his car while being told to drive up a ramp on the wrong direction. It was also raining, and we ultimately had to bring the luggage out to the street. Even then, the staff refused to admit his error, instead suggesting that the van was “too long.” Perhaps these are common frictions of travel, but over time, small grievances build up. They are also easy things to fix, so the hotels lack of willingness to do so reveals something larger about the general state of its (mediocre) management.

I would like to give compliments to these few front office staffs that assisted me in retrieving back my lost phone on the day I arrived on 30 May 2025. Without their help, I would not be able to get back my phone where I dropped in the taxi when travelling from TianFu airport to the hotel. Everything went well except the breakfast could be improved by expanding the international menu. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it is good value for money.

You can always expect what you get when you stay in Citadines. Lovely roomy apartment. We have everything we need. And Staffs are nice and especially compliments to Ms Celia Go.

None. If I want to say the location is not near the city centre, but subway just a few minutes from the hotel. Ao is not an issue.

Very fancy apartment and like the design, very nice view thru the window and the apartment location is good with easy access to restaurant, convenient shop and cafe.

The staff is amazing. Helpful and smart. Ms Vicky from the reception desk did her best to solve my complicated problem with wechat wallet, new passport and bank account.
