Location is good, ATM, mosque and supermarket within the apartment

I will not recommend any body to book that property ever, I don’t knw who is worst between the property or the owner. 1. The toilet is flooding 2. ⁠mosquitoes 3. ⁠there is a gap from the main door where rats pass through the apartment 4. ⁠the internet is not working and I have a child the rely on Wi-fi plus not TV cable. 5. ⁠the house is extremely dirty I have to invite cleaners. 6. ⁠some sockets are not working. The kitchen extractor was removed and was not fix back. And the most annoying thing is I reported all this to the landlord/care take who He admit and even promise to Change the house for us by Sunday because that’s when he’s expecting a vacant house. He later said the house he promise was not available, I then appeal to him to come and fix atleast the Internet for my child. He promise to send send somebody to check and he never send nor even call to apologize. To make it worst, The house light went off completely a day before my check out date. after several attempts to reach him. He said he forgot that we are still in the apartment 🤦‍♂️. In short it was a terrible experience I wouldn’t want any body to experience.

The location is perfect close to banks, coffee shops and a large outlet mall with a great supermarket. The pool is large and refreshing on a hot Cairo day. The compound is large enough to do exercise without having to go anywhere. There is a top class Italian restaurant a few minutes away. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is very safe, quiet and secure. The apartment is spacious with a good tv and wifi is good too. It is very dark and quiet at night which is perfect for a good rest. Everything is available for delivery. You can hire a cleaner or get your laundry done. Uber is very handy just outside the reception. The host Zaed is a friendly and helpful host who will sort out any issues you might have.

When I arrived the apartment had been overly sprayed with an air freshener which personally I do not like and it took some time to get rid of the smell.

Great location with café, restaurant, ATM downstairs + Shopping mall next door. Very safe with police department next door. Nice pool. Very quiet neighbourhood not far from Airport. Old Cairo is easily accessible via Uber. The apartment is nice with AC, washing machine, iron.... and a good bed

I only got a small towel for the whole week

They waited till I was at the facility in the evening to tell me there are no rooms available

صاحب المكان بعث امرأه لتسليمي الشقه .وعند مغادرتي وانا أضع الحقائب في التكسي جاء رجل يسألني عن طرد يدعي انه كان في الشقه ، وصحاب الشقه كتب لي على الموقع اين وضعت الكيس فهذا التصرف غير لائق وانا كمستاجره لست مسؤوله عن طرد يدعي انه كان موجود بالشقه.وهو المفروض يتأكد من شقته قبل تسليم المستأجر من أغراض تابعه له

الموقع بالنسبة إلى المطار وجراج السيارة

حجزت الشقة على أساس أنها تطل على حمام السباحة وكانت داخلية واعطاني المستضيف شقة أخري، غير أن دش الاستحمام لا يعمل وطلبت تغييره ولم يستجيب المستضيف، وأخيرا طلبت منه اول ليلة تسجيل خروج متأخر بزيادة نقدية ولقيته أرسل أحد يفتح عليا الشقة قبل الساعة 12 الظهر يوم المغادرة ومعي أهلي بالمنزل، وأخيرا اخذ مني مبلغ مالي أكثر من سعر بوكينج لليلة كاملة زيادة

After confirming to the host that we're arriving late, he closed his phone and we were not allowed to enter the facility. Very bad behavior.

The host Mr. Zead is great, cooperative person, The unit is clean, well maintianed, comfort and in very good location near to many facilities

Quiet neighbourhood close to a shopping area and shopping mall with nice pool

In April the water in the pool was a bit cold

the check in was smooth, the experience was good, Zead the host was very friendly and helpful.

Clean and Tidy all the facilities are in excellent condition

Claramente alquile para Tres personas adultas y solo nos dieron una cama. Mi hijo tuvo que dormir en un sillón incómodo. Muy negativo el encargado Nunca quiso reconocer que el alquiler era para Tres adultos. Por lo tanto tenía que habilitar tres camas, adujo que el alquiler era un cuarto y Nunca se preocupó por solucionar el problema. Muy negativo

La falta de atención, fuimos tres adultos, claramente indicamos en Booking Tres adultos y nos dieron solo una cama.. Nunca sé preocuparon por solucionar el problema. Totalmente irresponsables

شقة هادئة في مجمع ممنوع الدخول الا بالاذن الامن عالي جدا مسبح موجود الشقة مؤثثة المشرف لطيف جدا جدا

باب غرفة النوم يحتاج اصلاح الباب الخارجي يحتاج لمبة اضاءه ظلام

Property was very clean ,Mr Zead the owner was super helpful in all ways , very decent , services supermarkets grocery stores pharmacies are all around the place if you need to get anything it’s just exactly under the building, so you won’t feel isolated . Building is clean from stairs till everything inside the apartment , bed linens and wardrobe kitchen and toilet floors are super clean .

I visit Cairo for work once a year and I always rent this apartment. Great location, surrounded by all services. Zead is an excellent host that will help in anything you need. Recommended.

حجزت الفندق ودَفعت كامل المبلغ، وعند وصولي تفاجأت بأن الفندق ممتلئ، وأخبرني الموظف أنهم سيحولونني إلى فندق آخر. انتظرت ساعتين دون أي نتيجة، واضطررت لإلغاء الحجز، وقيل لي إن المبلغ سيعود بعد يومين. للأسف تجربة غير مرضية إطلاقًا، ولا أنصح بالتعامل مع هذا الفندق.

النظافة ليست ممتازة ،تحت الكنب لقيت غبار كثير جدا وأغراض بعض النمل وليس بكثرة ولكن توجد حشرات طائرة السعر يعتبر غالي علما أنني طلبت تمديد 3 ليالي واضف ليلة ولكن لم ينزل بالسعر

La casa era molto basica, pochi usciugamani, non c'era il tappetino per la doccia, ma forse era un bene visto che la doccia perdeva è ogni volta allagava il pavimento....

Jag älskade allt med detta ställe – lägenheten var skinande ren, vackert designad och mycket bekväm. Poolen var perfekt för avkoppling och läget var utmärkt. Personalen var otroligt vänlig och alltid redo att hjälpa till. Det kändes verkligen som hemma.

Allt var perfekt , inget att klaga på.

Electricity was shut down due no credit and our medicines damaged for no power at the fridge for few hours

The apartment was spacious and located near the JW Marriott where I was attending an event so it was a perfect location for me. There’s also a quiet pool area, but I didn’t go for a swim. The host is friendly and communicative, and the place is great value for money.

They don’t have minus

I had a wonderful stay at this place .it was extremely clean and well-organized, which made my stay very comfortable. Checking in and out was smooth and hassle-free. A special thanks to Mr. Ziad, who assisted me throughout my stay—he was incredibly helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

I never had issues with a rental like this before. It started off by moving me from the initial booking to this bigger apartment then move me back a day later which wasn’t something I liked. The temporary apartment had flies all over the bathroom as well as water leaks everywhere. The night passes and the landlord sends me a couple of people to help moving my stuff which was a nice gesture but obviously I had to unpack, pack, then unpack for the move. Once moved in there, I communicated a few issues right away, some of which were never resolved. Also, some more issues presented themselves during the stay and communication with the landlord was horrible. Some of the issues: * Standing shower leaking water during shower; excessive amounts that reaches outside the bathroom * The whole toilet isn’t fixed in ground. Literally, you could pick it up and move it, right and left, tilt it, … * The bidet on the toilet didn’t work * The intercom in the living room was damaged. I had to leave the line on unless I wanna hear a ver loud non-stop beeping noise. Leaving the line on didn’t feel right as well because it does make noise as well but not as high as the beeping noise. Also, didn’t feel right, felt like someone could be listening to our conversations. * The AC draining hose was cut and laid in the balcony while the compressor is in the balcony, meaning that the balcony was a pool of water and no drain. Ended up not using the balcony. * All TV remote’s batteries are dead. * All furniture isn’t working properly; drawers not closing, cabinet doors aren’t latching, sticking out bolts and nails; huge amounts of hazards everywhere. * Asked for another door key, I was promised one but never delivered. * Electricity is working on prepaid charge system which they never charge enough for my stay, but I have to go find the security to charge it for me because the landlord won’t answer. * I was only given 2 towels and begged for more, I was given 1 more only.

The property location is A , the service given by Zead is outstanding , he went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable , everything is at arms length in this area !

Property has a great location for my business trip also quite and peaceful with security personnel at the gate so you feel comfortable . It's ideal for 2 people Owner is very cooperative

Staff were quite rude on WhatsApp even before getting access to the property. Blinking light in corridor of building outside the apartment which was very annoying. Some windows didn't lock properly. Only 2 towels were available for a family of 4. No bedding for the sofa bed even though I asked in advance sofa bed very squeaky and wobbly. On the 4th day the electricity was cut only in the apartment, not the rest of the building. Also a gas man came to the door asking for payment of the gas bill, when we said we don't live here he said it doesn't matter and he will cut the gas off!! Boiler was very hit and miss and couldn't get hot water most of the time. No toiletries in the bathroom, no shower curtain.

Highly Recommended! I booked with Mirage the night before arrival into Cairo. Mirage managed to upgrade my booked apartment to a duplex that really really exceeded my expectations. my family and every one who visited us did enjoy the view and loved this place. Thanks Zaad. Location 10/10, Cleanliness 10/10, internet, appliances, beds all are 10/10.

The proximity to many places that we visited and to amenities were particularly good. We liked that there was access to a swimming pool. Room, bathroom, and the Ac were good overall. Excellent communication and overall comfortable apartment, clean and tidy. The cereals/chocolate & water upon arrival that we found there was a very good touch as we arrived late and my son loved it.

Minor suggestions- We brought up the need for a new sofa bed and bed mattress as feedback, and we were reassured that our comments would be acted upon as well as repainting of the ceilings and adding a few mugs/utensilsetc..
