Reviewed Aug 23, 2026長野駅から近く、ネオンが煌びやかな方とは反対側だったので落ち着いて滞在できました。飲食店が多い方へのアクセスも良かったです。
大浴場の洗い場の数が少なかったです。時間帯によっては少し待ち時間がありそう。

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026ホテルはよく清掃されていて、部屋からのロケーションが良かった。また、ウェルカムケーキやアイスが食べ放題なのも子供がとても喜んでいたので、このホテルを選んで良かった。スタッフの接客も笑顔で丁寧で素晴らしいと感じた。
大浴場が少し狭かったが、脱衣所等綺麗にされていた。

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026いろいろなシーンでケーキやアイスなどの嗜好品のサービスが行き届いていて、若い人へのリピートを促す サービスになっていると感心した。
このホテルにはレストランが無いので、ちょっと一口ケーキでも頂こうかと１Fのショップに立ち寄ろうとしたら 目の前で２０時の閉店ですと締められてしまいました。 ほんの少しの事だからと言っても硬く拒否されました。今の若い子はそんな風に融通の利かない子になってしまったのか それとも店長の指導なのかはわかりませんが、機械的で非常に違和感を感じました。

ホテルの売り？であるはずの食べ放題のアイスが品切れが目立ち、朝のバイキングのケーキも品切れがあり、ここは惜しみなく意識して補充するべきなのでは？と思い残念に思いました。アイスは各フロアに置いてあったらいいなと思います。 ウェルカムケーキも種類が少な過ぎる。 昔ホテルで働いていたせいか、色々気になるところがありましたが、全体的に従業員の活気がないです。受付も声が小さく聞き取りづらく、笑顔もない。朝食会場についても、席に案内などなく、券を入り口で入れるシステムもどうかと思います。後、ケーキバイキング裏あたりでお喋りが丸聞こえ。 二部屋使いましたが、一部屋はタンスの防虫剤？みたいなにおいがしたのが気になりました ‥。 シャトレーゼが大好きでとっても楽しみにしていただけに、もっと改善すべきだと思いとても残念に思いました。

如果欢迎甜點（蛋糕）不要限時間，改為隨時憑房卡領回房間吃就更好了，畢竟白天可能都在外面觀光，不一定在下午6點半前會回到飯店。

They offered welcome cake and drinks, unlimited ice lollies and ice cream, even a goodbye treat when you check out. The onsen provided on the top floor provided a good place to relax.

ไม่มีเลย รวมๆแล้วโอเค ถึงห้องจะเก่าไปหน่อย แต่ก็อยู่ได้อย่างสบาย ห้องน้ำแยกสัดส่วนได้ดีมาก ชอบตรงนี้ เดินไม่ไกลสถานีรถบัส สถานีรถไฟ แถมหน้าโรงแรมก็เป็นร้านเช่ารถยนต์ สะดวกสุดๆ
