Purtroppo forse data dalla posizione dell appartamento a piano terra, le formichine era di compagnia anche se abbiamo parzialmente risolto spostando l immondizia fuori nel terrazzo , il proprietario ci ha dato uno spray ma è stato un palliativo.

Peace & quiet . I travelled to Heraklion via ferry and just needed to sleep. It’s peaceful. Comfortable bed & Clean shower is what I’m about .

Good location,not far from beautiful beaches and with great views to the seaside and to the mountains. Free parking for the customers. It was clean apartment ,with comfortable bed and good bathroom. There is a lovely ,friendly and communicative parrott who is bringing a lot of fun to the customers.

We liked the pictures of the property and that’s how we choose the place but unfortunately our apartment was without jacuzzi what was shown at the offer. Even if it was our mistake at the booking we ask to upgrade it and we were told that the place is fully booked but at Booking.com was still showing availability of rooms with jacuzzi. That was disappointing experience.

Location was perfect. Very quiet but only a 10 minute walk into town.

Our apartment, number 5, was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. The view of the sea, town and mountains was breathtaking, and in the morning we could enjoy a beautiful sunrise. Thanks to the design of the building, the balcony remained pleasantly shaded and comfortable even during the day. The staff were kind and welcoming. This is a place we would truly love to return to!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view of the sea. The team did everything they could to make sure we had a great experience. Even when we had a small issue, they responded quickly and took care of it right away. A big thank you to Antonis for his hospitality, help, and excellent service. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

There are quite a lot of stairs, but it’s manageable and you get used to them. I would also recommend having a car, as some places are a bit far to reach on foot.

Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός και ευγενικός το τζακουζι ήταν ευρύχωρο και με πολλές παροχές φωτισμό και Bluetooth.

Ήταν καταπληκτικό σε πολυ όμορφη τοποθεσία…..άνετο και πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο δεν του ελέιπε τίποτα απολύτως …..ήταν παραπάνω από ότι έπρεπε ….και η τιμή φανταστική ….

Nice apartment with a comfy bed. The hot tub was a wonderful addition with the magnificent view. The kitchen was also well-equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals. Highly recommend!

Das Apartment ist sehr schön, geräumig und sauber, allerdings nicht all zu modern was den Balkon angeht. Antonis ist ein super Gastgeber und war bei Problemen sofort ansprechbar und hilfsbereit! Er hatte uns auch tolle Restaurantempfehlungen gegeben. (Taverne Tsourlis in Stalida und Taverne Harakas in Chersonisos sind sehr empfehlenswert!) Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man muss zwar wirklich gut zu Fuß sein, da die Straße und Einfahrt sehr steil ist und etliche Treppen zum Apartment zu besteigen sind, aber dafür hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Stadt und das Meer. Außerdem kann man durch die Abgelegenheit dem großen Trubel im Stadtinneren und an der Strandpromenade entfliehen, wenn man es etwas ruhiger möchte.

Es gibt wirklich nicht viel negatives zu sagen! Einzig, dass wir leider mit Ameisen im Küchenbereich zu kämpfen hatten - was für uns aber nicht groß problematisch war. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn man Handtücher und Bettwäsche einmal gewechselt bekommen hätte. Auch bei der Küchenausstattung könnte man schauen, dass Salz, Pfeffer, Essig und Öl verfügbar ist. Bei uns war leider bis auf Salz alles leer.

Локація дуже хороша якщо приїхали машиною. Вночі навколо тихо, ніякого шуму від дискотек чи ресторанів, але є "звуки природи" від півнів на собак :) Втім це не дратує. Гаряча вода є постійно. Кондиціонери в кожній кімнаті, тихі та ефективні. Хост дуже приємний у спілкуванні і допомогав вирішити будь-які запитання. Кухня обладнана, в апартаментах все продумано до дрібниць, дійсно приємно. Зміни білизни та рушників 2 рази на тиждень. Чудові краєвиди з вікна та тераси. Рекомендація: при наявних можливостях краще обирайте кімнату на вищих поверхах з джакузі.

Не найкраща звукоізоляція від сусідів. Над нашею спальнею була сусідська тераса з джакузі, якось вони вирішили влаштувати активність опівочі і це було схоже на боулінг, не дуже приємно. Не проблема, але зважайте на факт: персонал не знаходиться постійно десь поруч! Одного разу ми забули ключі в номері (моя провина), але нікого з персоналу поруч не було і довелося заплатити майстру по щоб відкрив нам двері. Я вдячний за допомогу хосту - оперативно викликав допомогу, але така дрібниця коштувала нам 50 евро і варто бути обережнішим.

The apartment was beyond our expectations. The view from our balcony was just amazing. If you are a cat lover there is plenty of them.

Nous sommes arrivés au logement 2h avant l'heure prévue, (15h ) Il n'y a eu aucun problème . Pour communiquer avec Antonis la meilleure solution, c'est WhatsApp . Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel !. De la terrasse la vue est splendide ! Juste en face des montagnes , de la ville en contrebas et de la mer... Le jacuzzi est très bien pour se délasser lorsque l'on rentre d'une randonnée ...ou juste pour en profiter..c'est un vrai plus ! Le quartier est très calme. Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin à Stalis ! Vous êtes à 10mn d'une supérette et des restaurants près de la plage . Je conseille quand même de louer une voiture pour explorer l'île. Il y a une bonne atmosphère qui règne en crête et ce qui m'a le plus marquer , c'est la gentillesse des habitants ! Merci à Antonis pour ce beau séjour en crête. Je peux que recommander cet établissement !

Extremely beautiful and relaxing area. There were cute cats around aswell and the owner was very responsive and helpful to every request. The Jacuzzi is also really fun and nice to have on the balcony.

Η διαμονή μας στο Blue Horizon ήταν εξαιρετική. Το σπίτι ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν για άνετες και ξέγνοιαστες διακοπές. Η θέα ήταν πανέμορφη και προσέφερε στιγμές χαλάρωσης όλες τις ώρες της ημέρας. Η τοποθεσία ήταν εύκολα προσβάσιμη, ενώ υπήρχε άνετος και βολικός χώρος στάθμευσης. Οι χώροι ήταν καθαροί, περιποιημένοι και προσεγμένοι στη λεπτομέρεια. Συνολικά, πρόκειται για ένα κατάλυμα που συνδυάζει άνεση, ηρεμία και όμορφο περιβάλλον και σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά!!

Wir sind durch Zufall auf das Apartment gestoßen da sich unsere Flüge geändert hatten. Wir haben es nicht bereut. Wären gerne noch ein paar Tage länger geblieben. Das nächste Mal müssen wir das definitiv. Es war alles so perfekt. Nicht vergessen die Freundschaft zu Rico 🥰

Da müsste ich echt scharf überlegen. Aber da gab es überhaupt nichts zu meckern.

Apartament jest bardzo duży, czysty, calkiem dobrze wyposażony (jest żelazko i suszarka), przemiłe panie sprzątające. Kuchnia bardzo w porządku, chociaż niektóre naczynia mocno wysłużone :) Dużo przecudownych kotów, które chętnie wchodzą na balkon <3 Łóżko wygodne, jest klimatyzacja, generalnie samemu apartamentowi nic zarzucić nie można

Lokalizacja niestety kiepska (ale rezerwując, wiedzieliśmy o tym), bardzo stromy podjazd do apartamentu. Główny i najwiekszy minus - widoku na morze praktycznie nie ma, widać głównie apartamenty naprzeciwko :( Nas zasmucila tez papuga w klatce pod budynkiem.

We found ourselves in a last minute predicament and the host was extremely accommodating for a very last minute booking. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable and fully equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very warm and cosy. The bathroom was exceptional with hot water throughout the day. The balcony had a stunning view overlooking the coastline. Free parking available on the premises. We were welcomed back each time by the friendly parrot and cats :)

Αρχικά, ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενικός, διαθέσιμος να βοηθήσει και διακριτικός! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, καθαρό, ευρύχωρο και με πολύ ωραία θέα. Γενικά ένα πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα με ωραία έπιπλα, που σε κάνει να νιώσεις κατευθείαν σαν να είσαι σπίτι σου!

Miły i uprzejmy właściciel. Czyste mieszkanie i jacuzzi. W kuchni był cały niezbędny sprzęt, żeby przygotować szybkie śniadanie. Z minusów to trzeba iść trochę pod górkę ale dla świetnego widoku z tarasu warto :)

Logement au calme, confortable et bien équipé. Vu incroyable sur la mer depuis le balcon. Idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Voiture nécessaire pour des déplacements. Antonis, le propriétaire, est super gentil et toujours prêt à aider. Encore merci pour l’accueil. On recommande ce logement !

Schöne Aussicht zum Meer & in die Berge! Sehr sauber & gute Ausstattung. Sicherer Parkplatz auf dem Gelände & man ist schnell am Strand, bei Geschäften oder auf den Straßen in die Umgebung. Katzen kommen zu Besuch & es gibt einen schlauen Papagei "Rico" am Eingang.

Leider war der Whirlpool im Oktober nicht mehr in Betrieb aber er sah sehr gepflegt & sauber aus. In der Küche könnte es noch ein paar Gewürze geben aber man kommt zurecht. Ich habe noch einige Gewürze gekauft und da gelassen.

I enjoyed the peaceful, natural environment, as well as the landscape of mountains and coastline. The apartments are beautiful and comfortable. They are very modern and well-equipped.

On the hill, with amazing views. I had stayed there before the renovations, so it was great to see it after the renovations— very good work from the owner. Just to let you know, it is not suitable for people with mobility disabilities.

The apartment was amazing. The view was stunning — from our balcony we could see both the sea and the mountains. Everything was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. There’s also a parrot living on the property who’s always happy to get some attention. The kitchen has all the necessary dishes, the furniture is new and in great condition, and the bed is very comfortable. The host is always available and very friendly toward guests

The only thing I didn’t like was the steep climb to the apartment, but it’s short and won’t be a problem for young people , it’s like a little workout

The owner of the apartments Antonis is super friendly and helpful. The apartment is modernly furnished and beautiful. It has a fantastic view and is in a great location. It is great because they pick up the trash from the apartment every two days. Also, you get two new towels every two days, which is great.

The only downside was that the apartment was not cleaned to our wishes and standards. However, this was not the owner's responsibility, but the cleaning lady who takes care of cleaning the apartment.

Apartamentul este curat, spațios și are o priveliște deosebită. Totul a fost exact ca în poze, iar atmosfera foarte plăcută. Gazda a fost amabilă și atentă la detalii. Recomand cu încredere!

Amazing view!!! Clean and white towels and sheets. Teams calls were stable. Water in shower was hot and in jacuzzi warm. In apartment we found everything we need for comfortable stay. Iron, hair dryer, table games, everything!! And super nice parrot on the territory. Also, just in 5 min grocery and in 10 min beach and nice cafes.

The host is very kind and welcoming, and the apartment is very cozy. The whirlpool in the terrace with the beautiful view is definitely a big highlight!

Rewelacyjne miejsce - ciche i spokojne, świetny widok, bardzo sympatyczny właściciel. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i duże mieszkania z dobrze działającą klimą. Zdecydowanie polecam!

C’était génial nous nous sommes régalé ! Une vue juste incroyable et les personnes qui nous accueil sont adorable ! Complet niveau équipements ! C’était super à refaire !

Manque légèrement de chaleur dans le jacuzzi et nous avons pas mal entendu les personnes au dessus de nous.

Ήσυχο, άνετο δωμάτιο, ωραία θέα. Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία. Είχε πλήρη κουζίνα με δύο εστίες, σκεύη και ψυγείο.

Ειχαμε θέμα με μυρμήγκια στην κουζίνα. Δεν υπήρχαν σίτες παρά μόνο στο παραθυράκι του μπάνιου.

L'emplacement et vraiment parfait, au calme et avec une supérette à 5min à pieds. L'appartement et moderne, super bien équipé et avec une vue plus splendide aussi bien de jour comme de nuit!!! Si comme moi vous avez le sommeil léger, sachez que vous pouvez dormir sans aucun bruit, l'endroit et vraiment très calme et vous êtesa 10min en voiture de Malia. Pour finir, Antonis est un hôte 5 étoiles! très gentil, arrangeant et m'a donné de bonnes adresses ! Je serais où me loger la prochaine fois que je reviendrai à heraklion ! Milles merci pour ton accueil Antonis, tout étais parfait!!! Je le recommande sans hésiter !

Beautiful view of the town below as well as surrounding mountains. Communication with the host was excellent and the apartment had everything we needed, including a large sized fridge.

A bit of an uphill hike back from Stalis restaurants. There was also some cross-over noise from other tenants causing some sleep and privacy issues.

Prachtig uitzicht, mooi appartement met een heerlijk bed. Er ontbrak niks alles was aanwezig. Vriendelijke host die voorstelde om eerder in te checken omdat het op dat moment mogelijk was en ons suggesties gaf voor goede restaurants in de omgeving. Afstand naar beneden is goed te wandelen.

Excellent location, the room view is absolutely amazing day and night. Apartment has all the amenities you need. Also, it was very clean and this was through all our vacation.

Posizione perfetta per chi vuole soggiornare in un luogo tranquillo e allo stesso tempo con una vista stupenda sul mare: 4 minuti di macchina dalla spiaggia, ma ne vale la pena. Appartamento grande con vasca idromassaggio vista mare, aria condizionata, cucina fornita di tutto, prodotti per il bagno e numerosi asciugamani e accappatoi. Host gentilissimo disponibile a dare indicazioni su ristoranti vicini.

Forse all’arrivo la pulizia dell’appartamento, che comunque è stata fatta anche il secondo giorno di soggiorno in modo impeccabile.

Antonio è un host cordiale, attento e sempre presente. La posizione è bellissima: leggermente in collina con una bellissima vista su Malia. L’appartamento è nuovissimo ed è munito di tutto: in cucina troverai tutto quello di cui hai bisogno e oltre agli asciugamani troverete mono dosi di bagnoschiuma, shampoo e sapone oltre a spazzolini e cuffie. Che dire: STUPENDO!

Tutto splendido, da Antonio che parla benissimo italiano e ci ha subito accolti con gentilezza e simpatia e sempre disponibile per consigli sulla zona, all'appartamento pulitissimo e con idromassaggio in terrazzo con vista sul mare TOP. Spero di tornarci prima possile.

Fuori dal caos ma a qualche minuto di macchina da tutto. Antonio è gentile, davvero disponibile e parla italiano. Gli appartamenti sono semplici ma con tutto, accappatoio, ciabatte e teli poi sono veramente un plus. Idromassaggio con vista stupenda su tutta la baia. Utilissimi anche i consigli che ci ha dato Antonio su spiagge e ristoranti. Perfetto per chi non ama stare nella confusione ma allo stesso tempo non ne vuole essere troppo lontano.

The view is splendid, the kitchen is functional, the bed is comfortable The jacuzzi is simply incredible and Antonis's welcome is simply superb!!!

everything is nice, really no negative points

Molto bello e zona tranquilla, avevamo appartamento al secondo piano con vista mare dal terrazzo. Dotato di tutti i comfort primari, gestore veramente molto cordiale e gentile, un vero piacere !

בעל הדירה אנטוניוס איש נהדר וחביב. הדירה במיקום מצויין קרובה לים ואטרקציות. היה מאוד נקי ונוח. ממליץ למי שנופש בכרתים לסגור את המקום הזה.

Il titolare gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, parla italiano perfettamente e vi assicuro che cambia molto avere qualcuno che parla la tua lingua, siamo stati in un altro hotel prima dove parlavano solo inglese e nonostante lo parliamo discretamente cambia tutto.. Posizione vicino al mare ed al centro paese(5 min) ma non cosi tanto da essere disturbati o sentire rumori. Visuale fantastica

La pulizia della stanza non era impeccabile ma la disponibilità compensa tutto

Un peu excentré , voiture indispensable. Pas mal de fourmis au début mais le propriétaire a été assez réactif pour essayer de régler le problème .

Heel mooie locatie, met een prachtig uitzicht. De kamers waren heel netjes en alles was voorzien. Modern, goede airco, voldoende handdoeken, badjassen, badslippers, tandenborstels, douchegel, ... Ook voor de afwas stond alles er. De zaakvoerder was ook een fijne man, heel vriendelijk en de papegaai Rico vonden we ook heel leuk! Er lagen ook wat folders om eten te laten brengen tot aan de locatie.

Er is niets tegen gevallen. Wat wel niet zo evident is, als je geen auto hebt en je boodschappen moet doen. Nog een mooi klimmetje, maar dit is zeker niet als negatief bedoeld.
