Allt!! Vilken magisk plats, får 10 av 10 av hela familjen. Vi älskade den fantastiskt vackra stranden (nog den vackraste vi varit på), den avslappnande atmosfären och Tyler med sin underbara familj var en utmärkt värd. Vi har aldrig tidigare blivit så väl omhändertagna och vi längtar redan tillbaka. Förhoppningsvis kan vi komma redan nästa jul 😊 Vi bodde i Djungel-villan och det var magiskt att ha naturen så nära inpå och att vakna till aporna som lekte på taket till vår bungalow och i träden runt omkring. Vi hade egentligen tänkt åka runt på utflykter på ön men den otroligt vackra miljön och den goda maten som erbjöds i deras underbara restaurang (alla borde någon gång i livet få uppleva deras bananpannkakor som var magiskt goda) gjorde att vi blev kvar alla dagarna på coconut beach. Vi unnade oss fantastisk massage varje dag eftersom det var så prisvärt och var så bra och därutöver bara njöt vi och landade i lugnet. Stort tack Tyler för fantastiska dagar och för att ni plåstrade om och tog hand om vår son så fint när han råkade skada sig på några stenar. Hoppas vi ses snart igen!

Wer es ohne Fenster in der Natur mag wird es lieben! Wir fanden es super entspannt und eine saubere und gepflegte Anlage. Die Aussicht im Junglehaus war ebenfalls toll! Die Preise für das Essen waren in Ordnung und die Massage war auch sehr gut. Wir haben das Frühstücken direkt am Strand sehr genossen, der traumhaft ist. Beim Schnorcheln kann man sehr viel sehen. Die Meinung der anderen Bewertungen kann ich nicht bestätigen, Tylor war nett und hat mit uns viel gesprochen. Auch bietet er einen Taxiservice an, der preislich im Vergleich zu den anderen Taxen günstiger ist. Zudem organisiert er ( oder stellt Kontakt her) Anfrage auch Ausflüge oder die Fähren.

Der Strand war ein Traum ! Die Leuten waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir kommen wieder !

Bij aankomst, dacht ik: “ Ow eigenlijk is hier alles, mooier dan dit wordt Thailand niet!”. Ongelooflijk mooie plek, resort, strand, lokatie. En vooral de mensen van dit natuur resort zijn fantastisch. Als je een echte ervaring in de Thaise jungle wil, dan is een aanrader!!

Magical experience at Coconut Beach resort, from the beach, the pool, the dogs, but mostly the family running the place - which made it our most memorable experience in our 4 weeks in Thailand. Everything about this place is special, and for our family of 6, everyone loved it, even if we were all quite anxious about the living arrangements (without windows!), we all enjoyed the rooms also. Thank you so much Tyler, Wii and the whole family (and pets). I was challenged to find gold in the beach, which I found - I.e. the life at Coconut is the biggest treasure 🔱⚱️

My husband and I stayed in the only beachfront bungalow at Coco Beach Bungalows during our trip to Koh Phangan, and honestly—it was perfect. Being able to walk right out of our front door and onto the sand each morning felt like something out of a dream. It was peaceful, quiet, and incredibly grounding. What stood out to us right away was how the entire property feels like it was built with the land, not on top of it. Nothing about it feels forced or overdeveloped—it just fits, beautifully and intentionally. Even though the owner, Tyler, and his family weren’t on-site during our stay, their presence was still felt. They’ve created something really special here. Every detail was thoughtful, and any small issue or question we had was handled quickly and with so much care. Yut, Sai, Deem, and Sita were all amazing—so warm and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. And I have to talk about the food. As a chef, I can be a little picky—but Kung absolutely blew me away. She runs the kitchen with so much heart, and her menu of Thai dishes is just chef’s kiss. Everything we ate was delicious, comforting, and full of flavor. You can taste the love and pride in her cooking. This place isn’t just somewhere to sleep—it’s somewhere to feel. We left feeling rested, connected, and deeply grateful. We’re already dreaming about our return.

Everything. The bungalows are set in a beautiful location right on the beach. The beach is beautiful and well cared for. It's shady and very peaceful. The swimming pool is also very nice and cooling. The food was very tasty. We hired a scooter from them and explored the island at leisure.

That two weeks wasn't long enough.

The Banana Pancake was Amazing and was a welcome treat when we arrived. Tyler was the best host ever along with his family and staff! Very friendly, organized and helpful, above and beyond! The bungalows were beautiful as was the setting and incredible beach! Got a good work out as they are set at ascending levels up hill from the beach, which gives privacy, nestled in the green foliage and trees! The enjoyable restaurant is open air with a high pitched roof and directly on the well kept beach front, thanks to Tyler who maintains it! Fresh coconuts and great coffee! They rent motorcycles there so one can go to the near by towns and explore the island! Its paradise! A bit more quiet and secluded so not for the party minded! Wish we had stayed there our 2nd week! Look forward to going back!

Only thing I could say is that there are quite a few stairs so those with knee issues would have to be able to deal with that. There is a luxury Bungalow on the beach and once you get down there you could just spend the whole week with few steps to the restaurant (with room service) and the beach! A beautiful retreat at its finest!

The location is the best on the island. For the first 3 days we explored the whole island only to realise we had the best beach on Koh Phangan. The most beautiful beach I have ever been to in my entire life. The packed sand, shallow water make it a perfect spot to spend the day and even better place to sunset. The bay is so beautiful, this is the only place I would stay when I come back. Stunning!! The resort is run by a very nice family. Everything is kept clean including the beach. It’s nice they have a kayak to use and scooters to rent all in-house. If you would like a quiet holiday in a beautiful location for a very affordable price, then there is simply no better place.

We spent six nights here, and Tyler and his team are friendly and have created very beautiful bungalows on this beach :) Positives: A stunning beach, surrounded by jungle, and a very intimate atmosphere.

Negatives: Unfortunately, the price is far too high, and there are simply a few things missing to justify it. 1. The food is very basic, with only a limited selection of dishes, and the coffee is unfortunately quite bad. We also noticed that most guests don’t dine there in the evenings. This is a real shame because the setting is great—perhaps a small bar at the reception area would be a nice addition. At the moment, there’s only one cocktail available. During our two-week trip in Thailand, we stayed in two other bungalows where we paid less, and breakfast was even included. 2. The rooms are never cleaned, which is unacceptable considering we paid around €1,500 for six nights.

The hosts Tyler and Wii were super helpful and made us feel very welcome. We very much enjoyed the location and the calm atmosphere for our relax-vacation. Not to mention the breakfast pancake, definitely the best pancake. 😍

The location is isolated, hence very quiet. They make sure people do not run the scooter engines in the premises. You are away from the crowd away from noise you can connect to your thoughts and conscience and meditate. Food is excellent and the service is superb. The location has its own private and isolated beach. They provide snorkelling and paddling sup. The owners are super friendly and informative regarding activities around. We went walking crossing the mountains for two hours to Bottle Beach. It was an amazing trip. You can rent the scooters from the location making it convenient for pick up and return. They provide provide which bag and big beach towels.

They clean the rooms on request and they do not change towels every day. Most probably due to environmental reasons. Once you ask, they will do it immediately with a smile.

My stay at Coconut Beach Bungalows was absolutely amazing. I was looking for peace and comfort near the ocean, and this place delivered in every way. Tyler and his family are some of the kindest, most caring people I’ve ever met—you can truly feel the sense of community they’ve created. Their adorable dog, Pookie, adds even more charm to the experience. The on-site restaurant served mouthwatering Thai dishes, along with Western options, which were all delicious. The bungalows are thoughtfully designed, and the location makes you feel immersed in the jungle. Falling asleep to the gentle sound of the ocean was pure bliss. Nothing, it was all amazing and we would always come back back

One of the highlights was meeting Ying and Pookie, the wonderful resident dogs. Ying is such a sweetheart who loves her chicken McNuggets, and Pookie enjoys hanging out on the beach and even goes fishing in the water in the evenings! They truly added a special touch to our stay. We loved relaxing on the ultra-comfortable beach beds reserved for guests—they made lounging by the sea even more enjoyable. The resort also has a very handy QR code ordering system for food and drinks, which was so convenient. We highly recommend trying the banana roti pancakes, pad krapao, som tam, and the amazingly refreshing cold coconuts. The food was delicious and added to the overall experience.

Nice family run resort with real world setting and exposure to a Thai way of life. Scooters available there and nice fishing village nearby with decent restaurants and good views. Pretty sandy beach that was uncrowded before noon.

Had a rough mosquito hour around sunset. Food at resort fairly basic. Staff is spread thin, hard worked and seemed weary by end of February. Few places to enjoy being other than beach, restaurant or bed because of lush surroundings. Too busy beach.

We had a fantastic stay at Coconut Beach Bungalows! Tyler and his family made us feel welcome and comfortable. They gave us tons of helpful advice about the area, including videos with all the practical information we needed. The location is peaceful, with all bungalows super close to the beautiful beach. The on-site restaurant has fresh and delicious food with plenty of options, so you can relax and enjoy everything without leaving the resort. The bungalows themselves are a real highlight. They're not only super clean and aesthetic, but also surprisingly bug-free despite having no windows. Lack of windows lets you fully immerse yourself in nature, with all the sounds around. The efficient fans keep the bungalows cool and comfortable, and it's much better than air conditioning. This was my first visit to Thailand, and I'm so glad I started at Coconut Beach Bungalows. We'll definitely be back next year.

We enjoyed the picturesque beach, beautiful sunsets, a jungle feel with squirrels, monkeys and beautiful greenery. Tyler and the family are great hosts, we appreciate all the stories shared and the delicious food at the restaurant. The banana pancakes are to die for, but we loved everything we ate there. The coconut beach is rather secluded which is awesome. They clean the beach and sweep the fallen leaves every single day! You will not see plastic bottles there. The nearby village has a very nice vibe with some restaurants, atmospheric Sunday night market and great dive schools. You can snorkle right at the coconut beach too, which is a definite bonus!

We booked our stay during a high season and during the full moon party which drove the prices up due to high demand. Just be mindful that if you visit the island during the full moon party, the prices might be a bit rough in comparison to other places in Thailand. The party is however on the other side of the island, so you can still enjoy the tranquility at the coconut beach :)

We really enjoyed our stay - we especially liked the location, the beach right next to the bungalows was a dream. The bungalow itself is very nice and attractively furnished and the bed was comfortable. The food in the restaurant was great. Staff and owners were always friendly and helped immediately with questions and concerns. The whole area was always clean, you can see that they take good care of it. It's a bit out of the way, you definitely need a bike to get to other beaches and stores - but therefore it is calm and you are not around too many people. The bike rental directly from the owner is very practical, the bikes (mopeds) are in good condition. In the mornings we could see some monkeys jumping on the trees in front of our bungalow :) there are also two dogs and a few cats living in the complex, so nice for pet-friendly people. We would come back and recommend the accommodation to others!

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like. Since the accommodation has no windows, you really have to reckon with spiders etc. in the bungalow (you should take this into account if you really can't cope with it) - for us it was ok.

This has to be one of the most beautiful places to stay on Koh Pha-ngan. You are not just staying in a resort but living with a wonderful family on the best beach on the island. Tyler ( from LA ) and his Thai family have renovated the bungalows with wonderful details and immaculate taste. No windows or even walls in some of the rooms so no need for aircon. This family-run business is well communicated, and we were informed about all aspects in advance. Our room, although windowless, had an insect net for protection. The location is stunning, right on a private beach, and the food is fresh and organic. The place is arranged with love and anyone visiting will have a unique experience. Absolutely love this sweet family run guest house, tucked away in the jungle & a moment from the beautiful white sand beach. Our hosts were genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The best place we’ve stayed in our numerous trips to Koh Phangan in many years, we felt relaxed & at home. The sweet dogs were adorable & super friendly and cute! Tyler the owner went out of his way to assist us and was very attentive. We love his family and were sad to be leaving but keen to return on our next trip. Many thanks and greetings to you all.

Location is great. Great place to relax and get into that vacation mode. Tyler's concept is unique and quite liberating for the tourist (e.g. organization, explanations, quick and easy). Host really gets to know you and shares his life stories which is special!

Restaurant staff are friendly and accommodating but could be slightly more attentive to the guests in their service (e.g. check to see if guests want to order more etc.)

Hosting family is really nice (including dogs), very good service and organisation. Location, bungalow and beach are amazing, we spent with our family a fabulous week and enjoyed the restaurant as well. We will come back!

Everything 😍 The bungalows very beautiful, the beach exceptional beautiful, the food very tasty and Tylor and his family super friendly and helpful! We were a bit afraid of the open bungalows, but there were no unwanted anymals whatsoever. The bathroom does not have a door, only curtains, which you should know when choosing your roomie. Definitely do the bootle beach hike and take the kayak (for free) to the secret beach. The team keeps the beach very clean so the water is cristal clear and great for snorkelling. Coconut beach is quite far in the north (therefore also quite and chilled) so maybe combine this accommodation with a stay closer to Thong Sala.

The bungalows at coconut beach do not only look beautiful! With the open architecture, waking up in the morning and hearing all the great sounds of nature is spectacular. We will miss this for sure! Located directly at the most beatiful beach of Koh Phanghan you can just lay back and enjoy the stunning view, go snorkeling ,get one of the best Thai massages or eat delicious Thai food in the restaurant. And if you want to explore the Island by motorbike or need a ride, Tyler and his family will provide you (within minutes) with anything you need. The whole team is very open and friendly and made our stay at coconut beach even more pleasant.

I loved to be in the jungle and so close to the beach. The location and the beach are top! Tyler is a great host and very helpful.

It is vey unique, family run and beautifully designed. The atmosphere is lovely and peaceful.

There is really nothing not to like, you know what you are signing up for in terms of cleaning and facility. The pool might need some touch up. That’s really all, the family is hard working and lovely. Tyler is a good host. We enjoyed our stay very much!

our stay has just been a lovely experience. the host tyler and his family have been helpful in every way. the bungalows are simple but there is no lack of comfort. its a very quiet place apart from the noises the animals make. the food u can order in the restaurant is always fresh and of high quality. our highlight has been a hike to bottle beach with personal companionship of the smartest dog we ever got to know. as we said before, all in all just one of the beautiful and relaxing places we have been to! we wish you all the best, juliet & max

We loved staying here! We had nice conversations with Tyler and he even showed us the best places in the area. The stylish bungalows are located on the most beautiful beach on Koh Phangan, where you can swim, snorkel and hike beautifully. The beach and the bungalows were beautiful and clean.

Coconut Beach is a special place with a special vibe. It's located on a beautiful beach in one of the few remaining quiet areas of Koh Phangan. The bungalows are beautifully designed and spotless clean. They are windowless so we were connected to the surrounding nature and surprisingly it was very quiet during night. For us, Coconut Beach is the most memorable accomodation we ever stayed. I strongly recommend it for a different experience.

This resort exceeded expectations, its probably the nicest beach on the whole island. The owners went above and beyond to make me stay wonderful, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

A magical peaceful & quiet hideaway that was perfect to relax and unwind. Tyler and his team are excellent and very helpful. They helped us out with all requests. The bungalows are stunning with a very minimalist feel combined with a beautiful jungle setting. Not a great spot with children and we enjoyed the peace with out them around. This is a place to relax, unwind, and be quiet. The swimming on the beach was spectacular, the short long tail boat trip to the local village is easy. We liked the quietness or relatively remoteness of the location. Though still very accessible.

People smoking in the restaurant but when we asked them to stop most did. We would prefer that the property was smoke free. Too many tourists on the beach on the weekend but they disappeared on the Monday!

This place is just amazing 🤩! Heaven that we found in Thailand. Perfect combination of connection with nature (hidden in it), amazing food (all we tried in Coconut restaurant was just delicious and we also visited places near by and experience amazing Thai food), lovely beach (and many more around) and extra to all this maximal comfort because of extremely helpfull Tyler who will help you with everything, even with things that seems impossible. You can relax there, hike, kayak, rent a motorbike and explore the island and that all in still authentic land, far from touristic resorts. Bungalows are without windows so you are in touch with jungle and still feel very safe. Because of location you have to count with fact that in case you want to go somewhere you need to take motorcycle/taxi/boat - but that was absolutely no problem. The stay for us was the best part of our stay in Thailand and we highly reccommend it!

What a location! right on the most lovely beach with snorkelling at your doorstep. Room was amazing with no windows and a great bed with mozzie net.....bathroom great with warm shower too. Restaurant was good and we had a few great meals and breakfast here. Two lovely dogs and great staff and owner.

The location is very quiet and perfect to relax. Tyler an his family are very nice and helpful.

Coconut bungalows are in a fantastic location, right by the beach but also set in a lovely green environment - great to be able to listen to the sea and the jungle wildlife at the same time! All the staff are lovely - nothing is too much trouble and they were always quick to help. We stayed for 3 weeks and Tyler made it really straightforward to communicate all through our stay as well as giving fun rides into the weekly market! As well as the beach, we loved the pool - clean and open all the time, the availability of a kayak was great too! Would definitely recommend!

Everything was great. Our shower could have been a little bit more reliable but it really wasn't a problem.

this was the perfect place for us. Secluded, so not too touristy. The rooms have no windows, but if you’re fine with that, this is a magic place. In spite of having no windows, we didn’t have a lot of bugs or anything in the room - not more than anywhere else we’ve stayed in Thailand (with windows) and not more than you would expect. Tyler, Wi and the staff were very sweet and helpful with all of our needs at all times. The food in the restaurant was very very good - best banana pancake in Thailand! The beach was marvelous, white powder sand, clear water, shallow and calm. For 100 bath per person, you could take a short ride in a longtail boat to Chaluklom, where there was lots of local places to eat, a pharmacy and a 7-eleven. We highly recommend Coconut Beach Bungalows and we’re definitely coming back!❤️

We didn’t like that we had to leave!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Coconut Bungalows, Tyler and Wii were lovely hosts. We were unsure at first about the open bungalow style, but after a few nights we realised how great we felt with a constant supply of fresh air. The beach, which is stunning, is just at the foot of the property which makes relaxing even more accessible. The restaurant serves great food with wonderful views. You can hire scooters and paddle-boards or take a taxi boat to bottle beach, so although the location is a little remote, you can still get around. The stay is not for everyone but if you feel comfortable with open windows, insects and monkeys I would say it’s highly worth it! A beautiful, unique experience!

Amazing location, beautiful and exotic bungalows. Incredible nature, friendly staff, good food, relaxing, massages, drinks, chill, good times and away front the crowds!! Needs to be experienced!!

Everything was amazing!

Unique experience: very quiet, calm atmosphere, beautiful beach, just a few people around. Tyler and Wii were very welcoming, helped with getting around. The bungalow is quite spacious, everything is clean. the nature is stunning, I even got to see monkeys

The location and beach is good.

No privacy - we had people on top of us playing music and another unit literally arms length from ours. Our bathroom only had a curtain and the toilet facing the bed… The shower does not have a proper shower head and the pressure non-existent. It is not a proper basin - no plug. You’ll see very few photos of the bathrooms on the listing and that is probably my biggest issue - he is overselling the accommodation by focusing on the positives and withelding the not so good. No room service, no free water, no towel change. Also, the mosquitos are a huge issue - we literally had to hide under the net!

The proximity to the nicest beach in Koh Phangan is the best! The facilities are very well taken care of, and Tyler the owner is taking care amazingly of his guests. Do try the banana pancakes, they are simply 10/10.

This is the perfect place/beach if your wish is to relax and enjoy. The staff is very kind, the food is great, location is quiet, there are many activities around and restaurants, best snorkling in the island and a very cool hike!

Unique experience for us, have never stayed in a National Park in Asia and been so close to it. First time and hopefully not the last

the location is unbeatable - probably the most beautiful beach on the island? it’s a family run business, which makes all the difference in the world.

Tyler and his wife Wii were amazing hosts. We loved to stay at Coconut beach. The location - at the end of the beach - was awesome, great beach. It's a hidden gem! The family cooked all food in their kitchen, we loved it. My daughter loved the homemade Chicken Nuggets... Tyler picked us up at the airport and rents motor bikes as well, a great one-stop-shop so to say... We will for sure come back again to Coconut Beach - Thanks Tyler and Wii, you both did an amazing job!

Thought really hard, but there is nothing...

The beach is amazing and the bungalows are really beautiful. Tyler, Wii, Pino and Pina are fantastic.

This is what paradise looks like. The room is dreamy, with an awesome outside-inside feeling. This makes you feel part of nature and the natural wind in the room makes the temperature very pleasant. The esthetic is amazing. The beach is very peaceful and private and the beanbags super comfortable. The kitchen is great for breakfast and dinner, and the prices very reasonable! For our honeymoon this was a highlight. The host Tyler and his family are just amazing people and very open for questions and help. We’re sad to leave. Will definitely come back here!

Nothing here, it’s amazing. Be sure to rent a scooter because it’s quite remote, but that’s just the charm of this place as well.
