There's no toiletries like shampoo. There was a soap but could have been better if it was complete. I hope when the person is coming in, room was already cool as the aircon was a bit slow to cool down the room. Check batteries of remote controls..it was a panic mode that tv is not working coz of batteries. Not much support or welcoming...maybe because it's different from hotel where the person is always present. Here, caretaker that you can only chat....

our first 1-2 weeks of stay the hot water system wasn't working, the smell of the kitchen sink was smelly even though its been cleaned bt the maintenance. The heat pump was not cooling however its been service when its been reported to the care taker.

Reviewed Nov 27, 2023Considering its proximity to Eastwood Mall and entertainment and dining, the price is pleasantly affordable. It was clean and in order. Almost everything that we could need was available.
The smell of the bleach upon entering was just too overpowering. It irritated our noses and gave me, especially, a bit of a headache. We had to leave the room for 30 minutes just to let the air from the aircon circulate and lessen the bleach odor. But at least we know it was a clean and disinfected room! We reserved for three, but only had two blankets.

Reviewed Nov 2, 2023Smooth check in. Friendly staff. Clean room with necessities. Great pool. Lots to do in the area. Bonus, they allow pets, but bring their updated vaccination card. Highly recommended.
The elevators can be confusing, especially with pets. Nothing else.

I ordered room for friends who attend weeding party of my wife's brother. I wasn't main guest and stay was paid before they came. I didn't noticed that they need COVID certificate for stay. They require COVID certificate at 29.07.2023!!! I stayed already 1month in Phillipines and it's first time someone want that from me. I was so embarrassed in front of my wife family that they cannot check in. I thought it's just a joke because airplanes already not required mask inside plane 👏 but I was Rong and my friends after 4h bus journey need to check in in different place.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2023I like the location, 45H which is of course 45th floor a bit too high but it's ok. It was ok.
The price is ok, decent. There were small cockroaches not just in my room but on the 22nd floor, my sister's room. The smell was weird, to be honest it smells like toilet or dirty fridge. I didn't feel it was super clean. If the smell wasn't weird and no cockroaches it would be so much better. Bed looks clean and the linens. There were towels, i didn't use it. It seems like the rooms was cleaned properly but the cleaner didn't polish the kitchen area, that's where the smell was coming from. AC was good, it's cold enough.
