Eastwood Richmonde Hotel Quezon City

The service and hospitality of the staff was exceptional, so professional always with a smile. The location is great there is so much around (there is even a small mall area and supermarket attached very convenient) and it always seems pretty central location where you can go from here to other key tourist locations … the lobby is beautiful

The cleanliness …. But it was handled immediately and efficiently by the housekeeping manager, who was so kind.

Overall it was a good location for F&B , small shopping, and not far from airport . Security and traffic around the are was also good.

Unfortunately , mosquitoes outside the cafe.

The location is incredible. There is so much to choose from for eating out and shopping within walking distance. I especially like the selection of coffee shops in the area.

WE really enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was amazing especially the pandesal bread so yummy. we would like to thank you the staff are so polite the security and the staff at the entrance door are very welcoming.

we've had a very bad experience when we came back and it was late at night. The entrance from the mall going to the hotel was already close. We have a person on a wheelchair and the escalator inside the mall was not working either so it was a very difficult for us. We hope that in the future the door from the mall going to the hotel is still open if the mall are still open.

The hotel itself is really nice. Situated in the heart of the Eastwood area. The staff are nice, professionals and prompt in addressing our concerns.

Room and location is good and very convenient . You can get almost everything. The breakfast a little disappointed with limited choices. It is understandable as we have many choices outside the hotel. Service at breakfast was a little slow though it wasn't crowded.

I can't think of anything that I dont like as most of the time I am out. Happy with the general service and location, and thats more important .

The value of the hotel in reference to its location is excellent.

This is the 3rd time I am staying here. The initial 2 trips were for work and that's when I started liking this hotel and booked the same for me leisure trip too. I booked 2 rooms and one of the rooms where I stayed had WiFi issues even the TV network didn't work.. They tried their best to fix it but couldn't. Immediately they moved me to another room with a free upgrade to a suite apologising for the inconvenience. Now that is what I call great hospitality. Making the customer feel happy even after they went through some pain. I would say the customer service is exceptional Now coming to the room. The regular rooms have great views overlooking the river. The suite has both city and river view which was mind blowing. The location was perfect. Right next to a mall. Also lot of restaurants are just a few min walk. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Manila. Thanks to the whole team for making my stay a memorable one .

Door to the room is not functioning. Because there is no phone to call the front desk we have to go back down again to report the problem. This issue happened from day 1. I had to ask to be transferred to another room just to make the remaining days comfortable. Also shower pressure is very weak and drainage is slow draining.

The staff is very friendly.

They need to clean their windows. It is pretty dirty. Especially around the window frames.

Location is right in the middle of Eastwood. There is plenty of restaurants and shops around. Safe place for kids to roam around and play. Great value for money. We enjoyed our stay.

We booked this stay on promo, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. No hidden transaction fees, and the reservation was very straightforward—hindi nakaka-overwhelm. We requested a surprise “Happy Birthday” note for my daughter, and they went the extra mile by giving a complimentary small whole cake 🥳 Such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture! We also asked for a higher floor and a quieter room for less noise and a better city view, and they gladly accommodated our request. Another big plus is the direct access to the mall—it made everything so convenient since we didn’t have to walk outside just to go back and forth. The receptionists were very approachable, and Guest Services responded quickly whenever we needed assistance. The only thing we wish they had was lotion included with the other toiletries, as some hotels provide this. We didn’t bring any because we expected it to be available, so we just bought one from the mall. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay—even if it was just for one night. Definitely a pleasant and memorable experience for our family. 💛

Server Marianne panahon is an excellent example of a good server. She's very friendly, attentive to our needs Helpful always ahead of us on our needs and she's always greeting us with a smile . Overall , I would give her more than 100% for her review . We're lucky to have her as our server .

My stay at Eastwood Richmonde Hotel Quezon City was a wonderful experience, from the location, amenities, to the excellent customer service. Definitely my favorite place to stay in Quezon City.

In den vier Tagen habe ich vier Küchenschaben (cockroaches) getötet. Habe es an der Reception gemeldet.- Manila ist sehr teuer- wenn man es mit auf dem Land vergleicht, da noch 10% drauf, hier noch Taxe…

Centrally located and secured. Good size room. Housekeeping were good particularly Jonathan, Homer & Vince. Reception staff were courteous and accommodating. The doormen were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast buffet was fair, just a bit monotonus when you are a long stay guest and hot chocolate barely availble daily. Overall my stay was pleasant, no dramas. Only cinstructive comment would be to replace the hallway carpet as potentially it got wet was not dried properly. Would be great if you can make the smell of the hallway and lobby to be fresh to have an enticing impression.

The hotel location is very nice, has a lot of restos and cafes around. The value for money is okay as the one I booked comes with breakfast.

This is our go-to hotel for a family staycation. For this stay in particular, it felt a little extra because of Ms. Anj. Our check-in was a breeze, and our needs as a family were looked into before I even asked for them. She was also very pleasant to talk to. Keep it up!

Bardzo smaczne śniadanie. Cafe Bar jest świetnie zlokalizowany. FANTASTYCZNE materace w łóżkach!! Świetne poduszki i kołdra.

w porze kolacji bar był zablokowany przez 2 wieczory z uwagi na obchody 15-rozcnicy ślubu. Gniazda sieciowe do zasilania np. laptopa są tak zlokalizowane, że nie można tam podłączyć uniwersalnego adaptera sieciowego i podłączyć kabla. No może za wyjątkiem łazienki. Ale laptop w łazience obok umywalki to przesada!

Most amazing experience I’ve ever had in the Philippines my first time here actually but we love JM, Jaja, Celine, Sir Jeffrey and Santos, Fred, Paul, Joel everyone and Cassy and Jade at the top of the spa oh she is so nice she sorted and set up the sauna so perfectly, I am in awe at how incredible the team are, what an amazing experience x
