I had an excellent stay at Radisson Hotel Vrindavan. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and comfortable, making my stay truly relaxing. The staff was exceptionally polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is also convenient for visiting the nearby temples and exploring Vrindavan. I would highly recommend Radisson Hotel Vrindavan to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay, and I would be happy to visit again.

Nice to stay , but improve more for ambiance

Neither credit card payment nor bill to room facility was available at the spa. This was not made clear at the time of booking spa services. However, the spa services, were new, well maintained and the therapists and manager excellent. The problem was with the lack of payment options.

Rooms weren't ready till 2:30pm and after assigning them, one room was already taken by another family so more delay. Ordered lunch from room service, very disappointing food given the charges they're taking. Rooms were smelling of sewage, maybe because of the air conditioning and no maintenance. Rooms not sound proof at all. Got to know at the checkout that we have to pay additional for a kids bed, given that they charged already for a group of 4 adults and 1 kid.

The staff was very rude. The food was too expensive given the quality and the quantity. It's not at all a 4 star restaurant. Their bathrooms stinks, i would never go again here. They didnt even keep my room ready - bathrooms had no towels and no toiletaries. They won't answer to the call made from the room and even if they answer, they failed the delivery the items that we ordered. Very poor management.

Мы забронировали три номера в отеле во Вриндаване за месяц до поездки. Бронировали через букинг, но так же написали в службу бронирования отеля и связались с отелем по ватсап, что бы подтвердить наш визит, так как по условиям бронирования предоплата не требовалась. Но когда мы подъезжали к отелю, пришло уведомление, что нашу бронь отменили. В отеле нас размещать отказались, объяснив, что отель ожидает визита Президента. Нас просто выставили на улицу, менеджер вел себя грубо и высокомерно, не предложил даже воды и никакого альтернативного жилья. Во Вриндаване сложно найти жилье должного качества. Все отели были заняты. Поездка была полностью испорчена. Нам пришлось уехать из города. Никаких извинений от отеля мы не услышали. Будьте внимательны, бронируя этот отель, убедитесь, что во Вриндаване нет высокопоставленных лиц в это время, а то можете оказаться на улице, так же как и мы! В целом отель и обслуживание хорошее, мы останавливались здесь раньше неоднократно

Hard water and frequent power cuts. Delay in auto start of Auxiliaries should be reduced for immediate backup of power.

No relaxing area just reception, no clean towels around the pool. More managers than staff 10staff front of house at breakfast, with less guests. Coffee was dire at breakfast tasted stewed so I asked for a cappuccino. No staff to man machine at reception. Even though it’s chargeable as a company you are missing a trick there. Reception manager on shift for my stay. Asked for a taxi. He tried charging me double. I have travelled in India many times and was fuming. To be honest your customer service should be getting the best for the customer. To many manager who think they are vital and not enough people who wants what’s best for the customer. They could do with seeing other radissons in different countries maybe.

At check-in the staff managed poorly. I’m standing there with two personnel at the reception but none attending to me at the desk. Then I ask & hand over my ID for check-in & the lady is still asking me who’s name is the booking under, dazed & simply ignoring the ID. The check-in needs to be better. The remaining staff is good. Also, my room door wouldn’t close from outside & it took the staff a while to fix it right after check-in. Imagine checking in, that too late, like 8 PM, to ignorant check-in staff & waiting for the housekeeping staff to fix the door.

Zeer slechte tijd gehad in het Radisson hotel Vrindavan. Dit hotel ziet ons NOOIT meer terug! Na 3x een klacht te hebben aangegeven werd er pas iets gedaan. We werden toen uiteindelijk naar een andere hotelkamer verhuisd, maar daar deed de koelkast het ook niet!! Schoonmaak 1x niet gedaan, dus na aangeven 30 minuten in de lobby gezeten :-( De frontoffice bleef al tijd beleefd en correct. De general manager presteerde het tot 4x toe om geen gedag terug te zeggen tegen ons. Wat een arrogantie!! Geen sorry, geen gedag en laat staan enige vorm van compensatie vanuit het hotel(nothing complimentary). Ja, de fouten (tv in de eerste kamer niet werkend, koelkast niet werkend in beide kamers, douchestang kapot, toiletpapier 2 dagen niet aangevuld en de kamer niet op tijd schoongemaakt!!! Oh ja, mocht u rekenen op de Welness (zoals wij), vergeet het dan maar! Er was een lege ruimte, waar een verbouwing plaatsvindt. Een medewerker vertelde ons dat het pas over 2 maanden af is… zeer teleurstellend.

I had a very disappointing stay at this so-called 5-star hotel. For a property charging ₹14,000 per night, the experience was far below expectations. The room was extremely small and absolutely not worth the high tariff. Even basic services were a struggle. I had to call the reception at least 5 times just for a single room service request, and this was a recurring issue throughout the stay. Breakfast was another letdown. There were very limited food options, which is unacceptable for a luxury hotel. On top of that, the restaurant was clearly understaffed—I had to call the waiters around 15 times just to get a spoon. In-room amenities were also problematic. Wi-Fi was not working, the TV was not working, and for every minor issue I had to repeatedly call room service. Even then, someone would be sent only after multiple follow-ups. It honestly feels like the hotel is spending more money on social media marketing and celebrity promotions than on actual guest experience and staffing. The ground reality does not match the image being portrayed online. Overall, the hotel is highly overpriced for what it offers. The service quality, room size, staffing, and facilities do not justify the cost at all. Definitely not the standard one expects from a 5-star hotel chain. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.
