Worst property in Vrindavan. Not maintained at all. So dirty and they don’t change the linen and blankets. We had to leave the place immediately and booked a stay somewhere else. They didn’t even return the payment that was made for 4 night stay and early check in fee. It was altogether around 10k. And booking.com also hasn’t done anything till now. It’s been more than a week since booked a stay here. Worst property ever.

There is foul smell in the bathroom coming from the drain pipe. This should be fixed urgently. Keeping the blower on does not do the job. The bed is uncomfortable because the mattress is too soft and underlayment

The staff has absolutely no courtesy to even smile or greet. There is no Restaurant, only room service, that too direct payment on everything you order in your room,unless you will have to tell the reception that you will settle everything while checking out. Absolutely no clue geographically that anyone can guide you if GPS fails to take you there, in case Administration has blocked few roads due to various reasons. Rooms are very small and the price if high. Service staff is incompetent. We ordered food and tried to cancel it after 2 minutes, the reception declined stating that KOT has been issued now order can't be canceled, we were forced to take that order. Car Cleaning Charge Rs. 100/-, that too only outside and only mats will be cleaned! If you are deciding to stay here, I would suggest you spend a little more and book any 4star or 5star property to get complete service benefits during your stay!

Reviewed Jan 9, 2026Spacious. its an apartment converted to Hotel. Nice outside view. Away from city, traffic, noise. Food was good. Staff are friendly. Toilet/Bathroom are good but don't expect it to be like a 3-5* star hotel. Service is OK(not v good). better for people with own vehicles
We stayed for 2 days Service is not v good. The cleaning staff came once and we asked to clean later. But they didn't show up again. even asking the reception and requesting didn't help. we gave the keys to reception and asked them to make it clean while we were out. when returned at night, the room were untouched.

The Matress were too soft and not cleaned properly, Wash room not clean, the walls in bedroom were dmap walls and too smelly of moisture. kitchen was mentioned in booking but there was nothing in the kitchen. no response on phone from reception desk. Over all too costly for the quality of property and when you stay in these type of properties the motive of coming to vrindavan spoils. they are too commercial and didn't maintain the quality.

Only one combined apartment with two rooms, instead of agreed wo separate one BHK apts provided; in one room even toilet was not attached. We were made to make payment in the name of hone Sandeep Yadav instead of Grand ND resort. Bill raised, after resorting to lame excuses like my WhatsApp number was incorrect, printer not working etc in respect of Apartment 801 instead of apt 203 which was alloyed to us. Reception girl misguided with no sign of apology. Pathetic.

The location of the hotel is too far, none of the battery Rickshaws ( the main mode of transport in Vrindavan) re ready to go to this place, whoever will agree to go, will charge atleast Rs. 150/- for 2-3 kms. The washrooms were too smelly.
