No es un hotel, ni ofrece servicios de hotel. Es como un airbnb. Contacto solo por mensajes x booking con el propietario. Las instrucciones para entrar al apartamento no son faciles.

I’ve been here a couple times and I love that the room is clean, the location is great because it’s walking distance to the places I need to be! There’s a parking lot right behind the hotel so, I can just walk anywhere I want to! I love it! Plus, it’s easy to check in and check out!

Le système d’entrée est très facile à utiliser. Cet appartement est bien situé pour visiter le vieux Mtl, le canal Lachine, le quartier chinois. Dans l’appartement, il y a une cafetière avec des capsules, un grille pain, une bouilloire. Parfait pour le déjeuner. Pour ceux qui veulent cuisiner, il y a marmites, poêles et ustensiles

Really spacious apartment with a comfy bed, nice area to chill and desk to work at. The shower was great (good shower pressure). Very nice to come back to after a day of work.

There wasn't a member of staff on arrival and it was a bit confusing to get into (probably me being tired, though). The location was great for the convention centre but felt unsafe at times.

Cet établissement est une honte ! On nous a attribué un logement plus petit et moins bien équipé que celui que nous avons payé. Tous les meubles sont vétustes. L’environnement immédiat est sale et dangereux. Aucune insonorisation on entend les SDF et les fêtards toute la nuit.

Quasiment tout à part l'emplacement Établissement trompeur qui se veut hôtel alors que c'est un appart hôtel qui ressemble davantage à une chambre d'étudiant Endroit sale : tâche de vomi sous le matelas, ballon dégonflé sous un meuble, mouchoir usagé dans un recoin... J'ai toutes les photos à l'appui. Pas de luggage store donc vous vous baladerez dans Montréal avec vos bagages (50kg pour ma famille et moi-même) Le personnel au téléphone ne comprend rien et ne fait intervenir personne L'endroit est très bruyant, aussi bien dans la rue attenante que dans les chambres voisines Le canapé lit est de très mauvaise qualité (avec un beau trou de cigarette en prime) Les commentaires sont trompeurs, si vous creusez bien vous verrez des commentaires similaires au mien. Et je suis particulièrement conciliant d'habitude mais là c'était inadmissible. Passez votre chemin et allez au Nomade Hôtel juste à côté, c'est 100 fois mieux.

A brevissima distanza da Chinatown, Old Montreal, ristoranti e stazioni metropolitane. Arredamento di gusto, ambienti puliti, cucina accessoriata e presenza di lavatrice/asciugatrice in casa. Procedura d'ingresso automatizzata un po articolata ma supporto online sempre reattivo.

Trovandosi in pieno centro, dalle finestre ai piani più bassi può filtrare un po' di rumore del traffico o della vita notturna. Nelle ore di punta l'attesa per gli ascensori dell'edificio può richiedere qualche minuto in più.

Ho pagato un appartamento con lavatrice e asciugatrice incluse. Quando sono arrivata alla sera mi sono subita accorta che la zona dedicata alla lavanderia era vuota (c'erano solo gli attacchi). Ho contattato immediatamente la struttura. Mi ha detto che non c'erano perché nella mia prenotazione non erano incluse. Gli ho mandato screenshot della descrizione dell'appartamento acquistato e ho dimostrato che sarebbero dovute esserci. Ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto notizie in merito ne al rimborso (neppure dal servizio clienti booking). Inoltre l' appartamento non era insonorizzazione (come diceva la descrizione). Non lo consiglio.inolyre la mail che mi e stata inviata dallhost per inviarle foto non esisteva.

Nous avons aimé le prix, l'accès à l'immeuble a été super bien indiqué, bonne emplacement, plusieurs stationnement à proximité!

Le divan-lit est brisée, quand nous l'ouvrons, la partie du lit n'attachait plus et roulait loin... Le bas des moulures dans la salle-de-bain comportait de la moisissure et les joints de céramique du plancher de la salle de bain et de la douche étaient très sales... Aussi, l'odeur quand nous sommes entrés laissait à désirer... Ça sentait les vieilles essuies-mains sales..

Excellent location, very comfortable 2-bedroom suites.

Entrance codes are assigned remotely and this creates a lot of mess. I booked 2 nights and then booked additional night as a separate transaction. At arrival we spent about 40 mins at the entrance door since entrance code was given for the extended booking and operators could not understand this problem. I recommend this hotel.

The apartment itself is very good. Nothing to complain about. Location is excellent for moving around the city and having everything necessary within reach.

Location is excellent, as I said, but the area felt a little unsafe, especially after dark. Also, don’t count that, simply because they say an early checkin is possible, that it will happen, so make sure to double check with them and plan ahead.

The bedrooms were a bit tight for 5 and the big travel suitcases. Also some bathroom supplies were missing to start with. Was completed after making staff aware.

Super Lage, gut ausgestattet, sauber, alles zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Flughafenbus bleibt fast vor der Türe stehen. Gute Kommunikation mit den Betreibern. Nur der Check-in sollte genauer beschrieben werden. (Wir versuchten, das Postfach zu öffnen anstatt des Schlüsselsafes. Ein anderer Gast hat uns dann erklärt, wie es geht. Bei der Zimmertüre muss man die ganze Handfläche auf das Display legen, damit die Zahlen für die Code-Eingabe erscheinen.) Sonst alles wirklich perfekt.

They call themselves a hotel, but it is in fact an appartment. You dont get to see any staff. In order to go to the place from the old port, there are only 2 ways and each of them make you pass by homeless people, who were obviously onto something. This didn't make us feel very safe, especillay with our kids. No dark curtains in the living room, where the sofa bed is...

Très propre, très sécuritaire et sa sens très bon. Bonne communication par messagerie. Très bien situé dans le Chinetown, très prêts de plusieurs quartiers intéressant de Montréal et près de deux station de métro. Je suggère de sortir à Place-d'Arme, le trajet est plus intéressant. Belle hôtel, je recommande!

Oreiller plus ou moins confortable, manquait deux chaises dans un logement avec possibilité de 6 invités. Pas de laveuse/sécheuse, comme mentionner dans la présentation.

Bruit du frigo et Congel qui ne glace pas . Manque chaise d’appoint pour plus de 4 personnes

Appartement propre, très calme et confortable. Un vrai havre de paix en ville. Responsable hyper efficace par messagerie.

Équipement de la vaisselle un peu léger pour quatre personnes. L’emplacement est sympathique, mais certaines ruelles adjacentes sont moins agréables. Instructions précises pour entrer qui sont un peu laborieuses car beaucoup de manipulations, mais tout est bien indiqué et les responsables répondent très rapidement aux messages.

Bouton d’aération cassé dans la salle de bains donc aération capricieuse. Nous avions réservé pour 5 mais appartement équipé pour 4. Plusieurs cheveux dans la salle de bains à notre arrivee.

O local embora seja muito central, o que desagradou demais foi o gigantesco contato com mendigos, drogados, moradores de rua e bebados. Nunca vi tantos na minha vida em lugar algum! Montreal deve estar passando por um momento delicado . Lindas praças, com esculturas magníficas tomadas por mendigos. Muito lixo ao redor de onde ficamos.

Central location, easy to access the apartment and very spacious.

The location was really central so great for a base to explore from, but the noise from the bars kept us awake a little. Maybe less of a problem depending on which room you get.

My family and I spend only 1 night. The room was clean, there were some little things that needed to be fixed but nothing that affected us. The rooms were comfy and the location was exceptional. Additionally, check in and check out was very easy and convenient.

The bedrooms were great but since we were a bigger group, we needed to use the couch sofa. The couch sofa was alright, was not the best and not the easiest to pull out. The mattress was a bit flat, not very comfy as the beds.

Location was good - we like walking so could reach the old port, main buildings and shopping areas without any issue. Apartment was well-equipped and clean, and easy self-check-in access. Liked the fact that there was a very good restaurant in the ground floor linked to the hotel.

No luggage storage. With an early flight in and late flight out, this was an extra hassle and cost that I hadn't taken into account, but was able to use Luggage Hero to store our bags at the Best Western Plus Hotel around 10 mins away.

Surprisingly well appointed room with clean bathroom, nice kitchen with full appliances, washer and dryer. No reception as it is automated with entry code. The view from our 4th floor room isn't great. But it was quiet environment, close to Chinatown and Old Montréal. I recommend this place and will probably use them again.

Apartment 203 has drainage problems in bathroom sink. Staff was not great at making sure the keycafe setup to retrieve room key was updated for us to checkin earlier. We lost about 1 hour. Also, it was pretty loud till about midnight. Like night club music. Bring earplugs!! Finally, no washer and dryer.

Great location in the middle of Chinatown and short walks to old Montreal or the jazz festival.

The rooms were small and the AC only works in the living room. Perhaps the hardest and least comfortable beds we have ever experienced.

Great location.

The pictures on the website make the apartments look a bit nicer than they are in person, but overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for our family. We rented two two-bedroom apartments, each with two beds, a sofa bed in the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location was excellent—we were able to walk to many places, including Chinatown, and there was even a music festival happening nearby. We also had easy access to the metro and bus system, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would happily choose this property again.

The only downside was that, for our group of 11 people, having only two bathrooms was a bit challenging. However, that’s what we booked, so it wasn’t a surprise.

La situation qui permet de visiter Montréal sans utiliser la voiture et la présence d'un parking publique couvert à tarif raisonnable à proximité. L'appartement est très lumineux sans vis a vis avec une belle vue. Il est bien équipé et très propre. Une communication efficace par mail des équipes.

La climatisation qui est seulement dans le salon donc quasi impossible de bien refroidir les chambres est vraiment le principal inconvenient de cet appartement. Des toilettes séparés de la salle de bain seraient un plus pour un appartement. Le reste est ponctuel et non lié à l'appartement, les travaux en face qui commencent à 7 heures du matin, et les drogués qui trainent pas loin mais qui est un soucis global à Montréal et ne géne pas vraiment, c'est surprenant et ça fait peur quand on arrive mais malheureusement on s'habitue.

Super clean. Has a wonderful location — close to Old City. Parking was not an issue — plenty spots on a street. Overnight we parked in a secure underground parking (30-40$), which was few steps from the hotel. No noises, 2 separate bedrooms. Big terrace. 10/10

Overall, I liked everything. Very comfortable and large apartment. There was everything you need. I also liked the code lock system on the doors. Everything was clean. Also a good location close to the old town. I recommend!

The cleanliness of the room and the hotel. The room was big and comfortable. I liked the rules that no noise after 9pm.

That there was no housekeeping to the room, or at least just replace the towels. But i stayed for 6 nights using the same towels which wasnt that good honestly. Also the view of the room was just in front of the statue or i dont know what its called, my room was on the 3rd floor, the first room on the right handside as you get out of the elevator. Another thing was the garbage dump beside the entrance of the hotel. Pleae consider my comments to be constructive not as complaint. At the end i really enjoyed my stay over there.

Sur le site de Booking il y était indiqué appartement de 46 m2 avec chambre séparée,,non seulement la chambre n était pas séparée mais la dimension est au plus 25 m2 ..la concierge m a offert de me rembourser les 2 dernières nuits sur 3 mais après discussion avec ses patrons ce sera 0 car ils prétendent que tout était clair ..en plus ils avaient l opportunité de relouer une 2ieme fois la chambre le 2ieme et 3ieme soir …très mauvais arrangement de cet hôtel et c est la 1 iere fois que je vis une situation pareille…et Booking après quelques appels sont revenus bredouille

What I liked was is not the issue. Its what I didn't like is the issue.

The mattress was very old and very uncomfortable. It was a double bed and made a great deal of noise as you moved. It was so old and tired that you were forced to roll into the middle of the mattress to get comfortable. The day after I received an email offering me 50% for the rest of 2026 and all of 2027! To do that the price I paid must have been well over the top. This was confirmed for me when I booked else where. I tried to complain and ask for a partial refund, mainly due to the state of the mattress, but got no reply. Would I go again? No. Would I recommend it? No.

The Location is close to the old Part of Montreal. Friendly Staff on the phone.

The bed and also the Sofa bed are very Hard. Not really comfortable to sleep on. The ventilation in the bathroom did Not work. We were 4 people and if One Person had showered it was so hot in bathroom and the humidity very high. You cannot Open a window in the Appartement, only a few centimetres. So you have to use the air condition to get „fresh“ air. The street is super noisy! Even with closed Windows. If you are Lockung for good sleep I definately do Not recommend this Place. All in all was our stay very disappointing. We booked for 4 people but the Sofa bed was Not prepared. This does Not make Sense to us if the booking is for Four. There were no instructions that the sheet, towels and duvets are in the Bench Next to the Sofa. We were looking for it everywhere but the bench did Not Look Like a Storage.

Facilities and location are excellent. Short walk (10 minutes) to old montreal, 20 min walk from city centre. In the heart of China Town.

No onsite parking but parking is available nearby ($33 overnight). No facility to leave luggage after check out but storage services are available in old montreal at a fair price. During our stay construction work was taking place next door which was noisy. Bad luck but I do think booking.com could have warned us. In our condo the tumble dryer was very noisy, so could only use it when we were out. Be aware that the location can be a bit 'edgy' as its near homeless shelters. We had no problems but some may feel nervous if they're not used to an urban vibe
