The apartment very clean and modern, good location with a lot of options ( restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, bank) all what you need very close 😊 The balcony was my favorite place to see the sunset

Appartement lumineux, bien équipé avec une jolie terrasse . Hote très réactive 👍🏼

Le bruit de circulation , ça gâche tout , on peut à peine profiter de la terrasse et il faut des voiles quies pour dormir.

Всё понравилось, фото соответствуют действительности. Внизу мини пекарня, рядом автобусная остановка, ресторанчики быстрого питания, сетевые магазины BIM и Margin. На автобусах 12 и 13 можно добраться до центра, до мечети Кутубия и до площади Джемаа-Эль-Фна. Машину запарковали прямо под окном, парковка бесплатная. Квартира оборудована всем необходимым и даже больше, чем надо. Спасибо хозяйке за заботу. Квартира предназначена для длительного пребывания.

Отношение предыдущих постояльцев к оборудованию квартиры. Если не знаете, как пользоваться какими-то бытовыми приборами, лучше не трогайте их совсем, не надо их ломать. Относитесь бережно к чужому имуществу.

Przede wszystkim lokalizacja, obiektu jest położony w nie turystycznej dzielnicy. Co sprawia że można doświadczać autentycznego miejsca lokalnego. Piękny widok z balkonu.

Niestety, pralka nie działała. Zbyt nachalny Kosynier. Prusaki.

Vermieter war sehr flexibel und zuvorkommend. Wir durften vor Check in Zeit einreisen und am Abreisetag auch nach der Check out Zeit den Schlüssel abgeben. Madame Meriem war wirklich sehr nett und Herr Mohamed, der Concierge ist ein lieber und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, begehbare Dusche nach dem Marktbesuch war super. Bäckerei direkt unten, Street food Fans wie ich, finden eine Reihe verschiedener Optionen zum 'rumprobieren'. :-) Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an die Gasgeberin. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!

Etwas laut durch den Verkehrslärm und Bauarbeiten in der Nähe, aber das ist in einer so großen Stadt wie Marrakesch nicht überraschend (WM 2030 Vorbereitungen inklusive). Nachts allerdings war es ruhig und man konnte gut schlafen :-). Tagsüber ist /sollte man sowieso unterwegs sein, denn es gibt viel zu sehen und zu erleben ;-).

İhtiyacım olan her olanaklar mevcuttu. Ekmek fırını, restoranlar, ATM’ler herşey çok yakındı. Turistik yerlerden 3-4 kilometre uzak olduğu için fiyatlar çok uygundu. Yemek için iki kişi ortalama €7-10 çok ucuzdu.

Very friendly host, good and fast communication. Nice, spacious apartment, everything as described. Lovely balcony facing the afternoon/evening sun and the sunset. The concierge was very kind. Some restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Half an hour walk to the city center, or the bus stop is also near. Taxi to the airport costs 100 MAD.

Nothing to dislike

The apartment was very nice and clean, the consierge is a very kind man , The appartenent Is in a non turistic Place and this is a great thing if you are traveling on a budget, everything is near restaurants at a very convenient price, supermarkets, autobus the go to the Medina for the price of 0.40€ cent per person 4dirhams , and the autobus for the aeroport is very near, Everything was clean, everybody were kind, First time in Marrakech but we will absolutely return

The vacancy was short and we wish we had time to stay longer

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was very comfortable and located in a pleasant neighborhood. The location was convenient—just a short walk from an avenue with bus connections straight to the medina. You could also walk there if you prefer. The concierge was exceptionally kind and helpful. Even with limited English, he always made sure we got the information or directions we needed. His support made our stay even smoother. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is cool and cosy, we felt like at home. The balcony is a treasure The host is easy to communicate with and she helped us with some very touristic questions. The gentleman in the doorway is a very kind and helpful person. The location is a bit far from Medina but one gets the experience of the non-touristic part of the city. Good for longer stays The down side of the location was the lack of places to eat. There are a few just around the corner, but they don't reach the quality of the local bakery.
