Villa Gutenberg Residenz

Very spacious and clean

It was too hot without an AC

Very central location. Clean and spacious. Plenty of towels available throughout the stay. Comfy beds with good quality linen. Would definitely use again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nothing at all.

Perfect. Nice. Clean

Toplage, sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung. Alles perfekt!

Schöne große Wohnung, sehr elegant eingerichtet. Top Lage & super Ausstattung!!

Spacius apartment. Moder kitchen. Fantastic location. Very friendly. Extremly large rooms. We will definetly come nback.

Super apartament, Super lokalizacja

Tolle Ausstattung, sehr sauber, große Zimmer, liebevoll eingerichtet.

Thank you for an amazing stay! The apartment is very spacious and elegant. Beds are very comfortable.

I liked the location, everything in the residence was perfectly neat and clean, beautiful stay, comfy beds!

Excellent Location and beautiful old rich in tradition building. Atmospheric interior, good amenities!

Our stay at Villa Gutenberg Residenz was simply excellent. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Klagenfurt, just a two-minute walk from the iconic Lindwurm and very close to the Museum of Modern Art. Additionally, it’s surrounded by all the amenities you could need, including bus stops, restaurants, and shops, making it easy and convenient to get around the city. The apartment is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was spotless, The free Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the free private parking was a great advantage. Another aspect worth highlighting is the friendliness of the host, who was always available to assist us and ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Their helpfulness and attention really made a difference. In summary, Villa Gutenberg Residenz is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking comfort, a central location, and exceptional service in Klagenfurt. We would definitely return!

The location in the City is ideal. It is very close to public transport, scooter and bike hire and a supermarket. Despite being in the centre, the apartment is surprisingly quiet and keeps out the noise from the city. The beds were very comfortable. Each room had a fan, which was a bonus. An excellent coffee machine in the kitchen and everything we needed to prepare a meal. I have been visiting Klagenfurt since I was a teenager, but have never stopped in the city centre before. It is very convenient to have everything on your doorstep and be able to visit some of the many restaurants and bars. I decided to hire a car to explore Carinthia. The free parking provided by the host was a real bonus. Parking is just over the road in a very secure and safe car park. This meant I didn't have to worry about where to leave the car and didn't have the additional expense every day. The property is on the 2nd floor and has a lift if you want to use it, or you can climb the 48 steps as a bit of daily fitness. As I travel to Klagenfurt every year to visit family and experience one of the nicest places in Europe, I will definitely consider staying at Villa Gutenburg again. Thank you for making our stay a relaxing and comfortable one.

The kitchen was a bit on the narrow side. There is obviously nothing the host can do about this. It suited me, as I don't like interference when cooking, but my wife loves to interfere and moving around near the sink and dishwasher can be a challenge.

Chandelier, high ceilings, comfy beds, pillows, great location, lots of towels

Confusing stairwell, could do with signs

The building is not clean. You will need to provide air conditioning for summer!!

Fully equiped apartment. Central location. Excellent beds and huge rooms.

Bathroom could include a second toilet as it is a long way to the only WC of the apartment.

The place was immaculate - clean, spacious and very well equipped. The location is perfect and so is the parking. The host was fantastic to deal with - super responsive, friendly and available. Highyl recommend and will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect, amazing apartment, very clean, warm and cosy, spacious and decorated with taste. Great comunication with the owner.

Nice location, huge rooms with comfortable beds.

It was quite cold inside, since it was already cold outside and no sufficient warming inside. Also, even though the coffee machine with lots of different coffee choises was nice to have, the owner should have cleaned it before we arrived. The big machine needed to have a cleaning programme done with variable steps, and it took more than 20 minutes for us to do it. One morning we didn’t get coffee at all because of this.

This property was a beautiful tasteful apartment in a gorgeous old building. The combination of old features such as high ceilings, cornices and ancient wooden floors together with a high quality modern renovation worked really well and it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Nothing. Everything was fabulous. The interaction with staff, the attention to detail, it had everything we needed and I wish we could have stayed longer. It was central yet quiet and private. Everything was really clean and fresh. Checkin was a breeze. Would highly recommend, excellent value.

Great service! Very nice and helpful owner. A spacious and comfortable apartment. Great coffee! An ideal place for traveling with family or friends. And they have a parking lot ;) Restaurants and cafes with delicious breakfasts nearby. I highly recommend!

Share the entrance to the balcony ;)

It is such a beautifull place. Its in the center only few minutes from the see. Everything was sooo perfect, perfectly clean and new. The furniture was luxury and beautifull. I would like to give *****. We loved this place so much. Beautifull historical building and the atmosphere of the place was magical. would like to know more about history of this historical building next time. Great place to stay. Thank you very much.

the apartment was stunning - beautifully appointed, with modern appliances that complimented the historic features - high ceilings, wide plank floors. We felt like royalty!
