Doccia comoda ma da aggiustare

The property was excellent and in a very convenient location, about a five minute walk from the train station.(Unless you were unfortunate enough to use Google Maps, in which case it’s about 45 minutes away.)

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

The cleaning agents used in the hotel have a very intense smell and take more than a day to get less intense. The area is at night less comfortable.

Tutto, ma la stanza più discutibile era il bagno, guarda le foto allegate per capire, addirittura il bagno ha un affaccio su un cavedio e dalla parte opposta, sul pianerottolo, un'altra finestra che permetteva a chiunque di vedere come ti lavi i denti, bastava una banalissima tendina, il condizionatore credo non venga pulito dal giorno dell' installazione, il frigo stipato nell'armadio emetteva suoni fastidiosi. I rubinetti, nessuno faceva il suo lavoro, tutti, compreso il doccione, se così vogliamo definirlo, completamente intasati da calcare, pressione pari a zero, vedi foto, il miscelatore della doccia ha come leva una bella brugola in inox da 6, vedi foto Illuminazione questa sconosciuta, Presa a muro, letto, lato sinistro a rischio corto perché non trattiene la spina inserita, parola di elettricista, molto pericoloso. Colazione, senza infamia e senza lode Posizione centrale buona Vi informo io, perché a me non lo hanno comunicato, in zona non esistono parcheggi bianchi, vi trovate in zona ZTL attiva fino alle 19:30, i parcheggi con doppio colore bianchi e blu di giorno si pagano, di notte sono ad uso esclusivo dei residenti Avrei accettato in silenzio un soggiorno di questo genere solo se pagato con i soldi del monopoli e non con 226 euro per due persone due notti

Difficulté pour entrer dans l'hôtel , personnel pas toujours présent.

Accueil sympathique, possibilité de laisser les bagages si la chambre n’est pas prête. Système d’ouverture de nuit innovant avec un app : pas besoin de code lorsque le personnel n’est pas à l’accueil. Petit dej varié. Proche de la gare, et aussi du centre.

Clim très bruyante et peu efficace. On a jamais trouvé comment avoir du frais sans une soufflerie dans la chambre. Équipement vieillot notamment dans la salle de bain.

Buona posizione, stanza accogliente seppur piccola, staff cordiale. Colazione varia e buona.

La struttura è pulitissima e lo staff è davvero gentile

L’emplacement de l’hotel est remarquable,à quelque pas du centre historique, idéal pour une étape touristique. Le petit déjeuner est fourni et excellent. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable.

Peu de choses : une chambre un peu étroite, et les bruits extérieurs légèrement dérangeants.

Great location, friendly personnel. The breakfast was OK and the coffee quite good.

The cleanliness was far from perfect (although to be fair - themed and linens were fresh) and the property definitely needs some renovation. The bathroom was in particularly bad shape-the bathroom cabinet was literally falling apart with a broken-off door. However, the most overwhelming issue was an incredibly intense, almost nauseating smell of room air freshener. I noticed an ashtray left on the windowsill (which made me wonder if smoking is allowed in the room) and a display of room perfumes at the reception, which might explain the heavy scent. Another major problem was the extremely loud air conditioning, which desperately needs to be repaired. We were woken up in the middle of the night by a loud, disorienting sound of the fan blade hitting the casing, and it took us quite a while to figure out how to make it stop. Overall, a rather disappointing experience.

Me gusto todo! El desayuno era super rico! Se notaba que era casero, de hecho me despertó el olor a queque recién salido del horno. El personal increíble. La pieza súper bien.

Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter le centre de Parme. Le petit déjeuner est correct. La literie est confortable.

La salle de bains de notre chambre (no21) était extrêmement humide avec une très forte odeur désagréable qui se sentait depuis la chambre. Il faisait très chaud ce jour là et la chambre était très chaude. La climatisation étant très bruyante, il a donc fallu choisir entre le bruit et la chaleur pendant la nuit.

The hotel is very well located a few minutes walk from the train/bus station and from the main historic attractions and places to eat. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast offers a good variety of choices. I definitively recommend

Сподобався сніданок, у порівнянні з готелем прямо здивував. Новий матрас та подушка, чиста постіль. Готель розташований у пʼяти хвилинах від вокзалу, це був мій пріоритет, але контингент навкруги викликав багато питань

Готель маленький, затиснутий між домами, таке ж маленьке все і всередині. Дуже низькі стелі, почуття, як у клітці. Кімната пофарбована у темно-зелений колір, витягнутої форми, що не розвернутись. У туалеті встановлені нові унітаз, раковина та біде( яким доречі користуватись через брак місця неможливо), але це не рятує, бо стіни і стеля у плісняві. Душова кабінка теж всередині у плісняві. Звукоізоляція відсутня геть зовсім, спати просто неможливо.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es eine Auswahl an verschiedenem Gebäck, Brot, Marmelade, Aufstrich, Joghurt, Müsli, verschiedenen Eiergerichten und Obst.

Im Badezimmer war die Decke über der Dusche geschimmelt, was zu einem sehr unangenehmen Geruch in dem Raum ohne Fenster gesorgt hat. Leider habe ich dies erst entdeckt, als die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt war. Beim Check Out habe ich es dem Personal mitgeteilt, worauf dies direkt weitergeleitet wurde.

The receptionist recommended some great restaurants to me during my stay. Excellent location between the train station and main attractions. I was in a corner room so noise was not a problem. No complaints given the price.

La habitación muy linda, amplia y comoda. El desayuno completo y rico. el staff muy amable.

El aire acondicionado hacia un poco de ruido si lo ponias en bajas temperaturas. Había un poco de moho en el baño.

Tutto sommato buono, ma la struttura avrebbe bisogno di un notevole ammodernamento. Il condizionatore molto rumoroso durante la notte.

Camera molto trasandata e condizionatore molto rumoroso da non poter dormire la notte.

Ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione e due passi dal centro storico. Ambiente familiare e personale molto disponibile. Camera spartana ma pulitissima e con tutto, compresa aria condizionata, wifi, tv. Bagno pulitissimo e con grande doccia. Colazione a buffet ottima e con molta scelta. Se non cerchi il lusso, questo e' l'albergo ideale!

La posizione ottimale per visitare centro storico, la colazione abbondante, variegata e la signora gentilissima.

La cosa che non ci è piaciuta è la rumorosità del condizionatore! Veramente difficile riposare!

The hotel's location is very convenient. It is within comfortable walking distance of Parma's historic centre and well connected to the main roads, making it an excellent choice whether you're visiting the city or just passing through. Although it is best suited for a one- or two-night stay, the hotel offers everything needed for a comfortable visit. My room was spacious enough, very clean, and well maintained. The bathroom was also nicer than I expected, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. What impressed me most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone I met was welcoming, polite, and genuinely helpful, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. The hotel is functional, well organised, and offers very good value for money. If I return to Parma for another short visit, I would be happy to stay here again.

I had a pleasant one-night stay at Hotel Brenta on my way to La Spezia. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good with plenty of options.

Punto assolutamente comodo per muoversi a Parma…ovviamente, essendo a neppure dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale, soprattutto quando ci si muove durante le ore serali bisogna guardarsi intorno. Personale in reception accogliente e ben funzionante la modalità di rientro in albergo in loro assenza. Colazione top: c’è davvero di tutto, con menzione speciale per i dolci di produzione propria.

Ho preso la singola cui si arrivava senza ascensore (poco male perché viaggiavo leggera): la stanza era piccola ma dotata di tutto ciò che può esser utile al soggiorno, uniche pecche il condizionatore davvero tanto rumoroso (ma accenderlo era il solo modo per sopravvivere all’afa locale) e la condensa in bagno (complice il fatto che fosse cieco).

La douche très étroite

Cosy hotel in the centre of Parma. Late check-in available with clear video instructions. We could store our bicycles temporarily. AC and a small fridge in the room. Nice breakfast with both savoury and sweet options. Our room faced a quiet back street, so we could sleep with the window open. Comfortable bed.

The room was a bit on the small side.

Pulizia del bagno. Pieno di muffa dentro doccia e l'acqua fredda non aveva la pressione. Ogni doccia era un bagno bollente

La posizione dell'albergo è MOLTO FAVOREVOLE, 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e 10 minuti dal centro della città. Staff gentile, accogliente e disponibile a soddisfare tutte le esigenze del cliente. La camera nella quale ho alloggiato era piccolina ma comoda e pulita. Colazione buona e abbondante!

Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare in camera una doppia presa a disposizione! Se volevo tenere la lampada da comodino accesa, non avrei potuto caricare il telefono e viceversa!

The position is excellent. Very close to the train station and to the city centre. Staff was nice and helpful with leaving our luggage before checking in and after checking out.

The room was old style, appliances (a/c, TV, shower door...) didn't work properly. Breakfast was disappointing.

Purtroppo la stanza era davvero poco accogliente al terzo piano senza ascensore (e questo lo sapevamo) ma poi il condizionatore perdeva acqua (rimediato alla meno peggio) era comunque rumoroso e la notte è stata davvero dura da passare o rinfrescavi la stanza ma non dormivi per il rumore davvero forte o lo tenevi spento e non dormivi perché la stanza diventava un forno. Il letto non era comodo.
