L emplacement et le petit déjeuner

Chambre très très petite. Service de voiturier irrespectueux ainsi que le personnel de l’accueil.

L’emplacement est exceptionnel à deux pas du centre historique. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié que l’hôtel dispose d’un parking.

La ventilation de la salle de bains et le réfrigérateur sont très bruyants. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être nettement amélioré, le buffet n’est pas regarni rapidement et les distributeurs de confiture toujours bloqués. Enfin il est très difficile de rejoindre l’hôtel en voiture car les explications données ne sont pas suffisantes.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, parfait pour visiter Parme. Le personnel très aimable et parlant français.

Le matelas de notre chambre était très dur.

L'emplacement en plein centre. Le conseil du parking était très bien. Déjeuner copieux et chambre fonctionnelle.

La salle de bain est trop petite et aurait pu être mieux nettoyée.

Great location and the rooms itself was great. However, the bed was like sleeping on a board. It was a terrible nights sleep.

Only the bed was terrible, flat pillow with no stuffing, a blanket meant for a child's bed and hard as a board .

The location was brilliant. 5 mins from the amazing cathedral and Pollita museum. Great breakfast. Lovely staff. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Close to the high street for restaurants and cafes.

I like a hotel to have an exercise room.

locations was right in the center of the city; breakfast was good; we had to ask for bread and other cold cuts since they had run out when we got there....make sure you ask for coffee and not the keurig!! :) The room was big and clean and again very centrally located.

Notre chambre (101) sentait l’humidité et le renfermé. Une odeur de moisissure qui n’est pas partie, que ce soit en laissant la fenêtre ouverte ou la ventilation de la salle de bain fonctionner. Le literie est clairement trop vieille, je pouvais sentir chaque ressort. Ma compagne a été piquée dans le dos, fenêtre fermée, probablement par des punaises de lit.

The room was cute, the staff was very accommodating, and the hotel's location was centrally located so in walking distance of everything.

There was a parking space available in the basement below the hotel but it was 25 euro for 1 night. They didn't tell us that until after we parked.

Parkeren moet je echt zelf uitzoeken, het hotel wil alleen dat je via hun parkeert. Uiteindelijk zelf bij toschi geparkeerd. Dat voor voor de TLZ borden. Werd uiteindelijk wel door het hotel erkend dat die goed is.

Unlike everything else – the pleasant surroundings, great location, and welcoming staff – breakfast at the hotel was really surprising in a bad way. It’s definitely something for the hotel to work on, especially in Parma, a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

È stato necessario lasciare le chiavi dell'auto in reception, con la motivazione che avrebbero potuto aver bisogno di spostarla. Ciò non ci ha soddisfatti. In aggiunta, abbiamo notato lenzuola abbandonate nei corridoi davanti alla camera , il che ha contribuito a un'impressione negativa.

Najboljše pri hotelu Torino je zagotovo lokacija. Omogočili so okusen zajtrk, sobe majhne in prijetne, osebje pa vedno prijazno.

Izpostavila bi edino vzmetnice - morda kot predlog za izboljšanje.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and really enjoyed our stay. Its central location is one of its greatest advantages, as it is within easy walking distance of the city center and all the main attractions. Our room (404) had a beautiful, spacious corner balcony with a wonderful view over the rooftops of the surrounding buildings, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The room was tastefully decorated, and the bathroom was exceptionally spacious. The hotel also provides parking, and we had arranged a space in advance for our motorcycle, which was very convenient and worked perfectly.

The breakfast and breakfast area could be improved, as the selection and overall setup were quite basic compared to the rest of the hotel. However, this did not significantly affect our overall experience.

I loved the location it was very central, I loved the communal area with the couch and little bar very welcoming great coffee. The receptionist were absolutely lovely Overall very welcoming feel

The bed was quite hard and I felt the coils digging into me but that's my personal preference I prefer memory foam mattresses, also rather noisy early in the morning on the corridors whilst the cleaners were operating

The location is incredibly good, most things were only a few minute walk from the accommodation, but at the same time the street was really calm and peaceful. The staff was really nice and helpful. Also, we had to stay another day due to the sciopero and not only did they let us stay another night with a really good price but they even managed to let us stay in the same room. Thank you very much! :))

I was traveling with my daughter and she compared the comfort of the bed with the 1 inch thick foam “mattress “ that she had at a summer camp. The beds were very uncomfortable, walls appeared thin and sound from adjacent rooms a problem. The parking situation is ridiculous, I had to park nearly a half mile from the hotel. When our plans changed I needed to shorten our stay there by one day, when asked if I could get a refund for the last day I was denied. I did see their cancellation policy and it clearly stated that if you cancel a reservation the first night is non refundable, I was trying to cancel the last night there and was denied. Definitely don’t recommend this hotel. The only positive was that it was the least expensive hotel in the area. I wish I had stayed in a different hotel for that part of our trip.

I stayed at Hotel Torino for 2 nights at the start of July and on the first night was bitten by BED BUGS. I'm not talking just a few bites, I had well over 100 bites all over my body. I told the hotel about it and requested a refund and they decline to provide me any refund at all. I was covered in red spots and I got to pay for the experience! For my second night I was moved to another room and had more bites the next day. I would NOT recommend staying here at risk of being bitten by bed bugs.

It was not an issue but the rooms are quire small. Fir us was fine, but perhaps for taller/bigger people may feel too small.
