Price for Canadians was very high. Mexico forgets that Canadian dollar is only worth 68%of an American dollar. A big hilltop for people with physical disabilities

Great stay in the Michoacán unit at Casa Riviera. Good location just up from the beach and heart of Bucerias. Nice sized bedroom, bathroom, living and kitchen area. Balcony overlooking the pool was great. Pool too very enjoyable. Would stay again if we return to area.

Step up into bathroom from bedroom only downside. Got to watch your step.

Lovely apt with everything you need, nice soft bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, nice big deck. Huge cozy living room sofa. Nicely decorated apt. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood, so happy we didn’t stay in the centre of town. 5 minute walk to the beach with 1 steep hill but very manageable with the stairs. Great choice of nice restaurants nearby. Loved everything about it!

Located in a beautiful neighborhood of Bucerias, this apartment provides a simple but very classic decor with all of the amenities you might need for your visit. Exceptionally clean, comfortable, easily accessible and within walking distance of the beach (2.5 blocks), restaurants/cafes, Centro, groceries, local transport or Uber and banking.

I loved my stay and would stay over and over!

The bed was so comfortable and the unit is really well supplied with kitchen tools, beach supplies (chairs, cooler, umbrella), different types of towels (beach, pool & shower). We were impressed with how well stocked the house was and how comfortable and big the bed was. We only saw another person at the pool one time in our entire 4 months stay so the entire property felt totally private. The host had quick and responsive communication, always. Our stay was overall amazing and we would definitely love to return!

Everything was great. When we had an internet issue that was company wide with the internet provider, the host was quick to bring us a backup to use to continue to be able to get online as needed.

Everyone was so nice and accommadating. Christina,Berta and Emillio were extremely nice. The place had everything one could imagine especially in the yucatan room which comes with your own small pool. This last week of our vacation was the BEST thanks to all and we will see you all again next year for at least 2 weeks. ❤️ to all!

Thank you for such an amazing stay. The propery was absolutely beautiful and extremely accommodating. So close to the beach and the plaza de bucerias. It is beautifully decorated and this will be my forever stop when I am visitng family.

We liked the location on a quiet street and the suite was well-equipped for everything we needed. Spacious balcony and living room. Very nice pool. The property manager communicated promptly and clearly (in English) and was flexible when our plans changed.

Home away from home! The unit was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Nice to arrive and have some basic supplies in place. Centrally located on a quiet street. Short walk to restaurants, shops and beach. There is a friendly superintendent that visits daily should you need any assistance. We would stay again!

It was super quiet and relaxing and very private. The host was great and super friendly and responsive! It was a close walk to the beach and other restaurants as well as the neighborhood being quiet. It was a great experience, definitely plan to come again.

First time in this appartment, but I will be back, for sure. All what you can imagine that you need was there. Nice balcony, good equipment over all. Ventilators and air condition. Even seats and umbrella for the beach! All small details like coffee machine, water, filters was there. Located in a quiet area you can park your care safly in the street. Wlking distance to the beach like 7 minutes. A lot of nice restaurants near by walking distance. Thank you for this relaxed stay :-)

Our stay at Casa Rivera was absolutely wonderful! Very clean and nicely decorated place. Super calm and walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores and the beach. The beach was very clean and quiet. We will definitely come back!

Nice place for a quiet vacation. The condo has all the amenities that you need. It is well maintained and the host is attentive if you need anything.

The unit was clean, well equipped with all the things you may require for your stay. Included beach chairs and umbrella. It was exactly as pictured on the site. House staff were exceptional. There are only 3 units in this building and the location is perfect; close to many stores, restaurants and only a few blocks to the beach.

The Wifi wasn't working the last couple of days of my stay

The property manager was very accommodating, we needed an early check in and we were accommodated. The place was clean, and had everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen.

The apartment "Chiapas" is very comfortable for couple, well designed and furnished. A comfortable balcony with a nice view. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Riviera. The room was huge, and the kitchen and everything we could have wanted to prepare breakfast and coffee each morning. The balcony was gorgeous although would have liked an umbrella to create some shade. A great location as only 5 mins to walk to the beach and town. Was clean, very comfortable and would highly recommend.

Casa Riviera was wonderful location is great you can walk explore and find everything you need. Communication with Emilio was great. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay complicated by a day without water Not the fault of the hotel but a pretty big inconvenience considering we spent our last day on a boat and did not come home till late to NOT have a shower or toilet to come home to or wake up to on our last day was difficult !!! The owner communicated as best they could, but it did dampen our stay. The room and the building were lovely ! Clean and tasteful and super convenient I would totally recommend and love the unit but hauling water at ten PM was a bit of a let down and the water took a long time to come back well into the next day. We found a resort near by to have a shower before we left . Had we had earlier notice we may have booked the last night elsewhere .

The property was very nice. We loved the location. It was a quick walk to get groceries, eat at many different restaurants, and close to the beach.

This is a hidden gem in a great location! We will be back!

The property is well kept and quiet, with nice amenities and a great location. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and balcony provided wonderful views, and the area around the property is residential.

Instructions to enter the location were a bit confusing. Thank goodness guests were just leaving and showed us how. They too had they same problem but the host/Marcel was quick to respond via text and very polite/helpful! The housekeepers were very accomodating! Upon arrival, the guests left us with some beer as they were leaving. The housekeepers put it in an isulated bag to keep cool for us while we were out and about waiting for the room to be ready. Nice/thoughtful touch! Their English was not too bad (wish we learned Spanish before coming). The location is perfect! The 'whole' complex (outside/pool area and rooms) is wonderfully clean! Beautuiful pool area - lots of green and beach loungers. Very zen! Close walk to everything. You do though have to go downhill or back up hill to the beach/ocean and downtown Bucerias. It is a little jaunt! No problem for us. About a 10 min walk to the grocery store that has everything you need. We felt very safe at this condo location! Loved the pool! Loved the large balcony! The kitchen was beautifully stocked for what you need, large bathroom, very nice bathroom toiletries, bedroom good size with comfortable bed and there were towels, chairs, beach mats, umbrella and other things for your use to the beach! Great perk! At night, we would have enjoyed watching a movie but it was all in Spanish. We tried to switch the language but would not work. No problem - we are on vacation! It's a beautiful 3 story location. No elevators. The hosts were very very attentive and accomodating! Beautiful vacation here!

On our last day, we had no idea the place accepts smoking. The gent above us was smoking cigars. We are not smokers so this was a little disappointing to us.

Husband and I stayed in premium apartment on third floor of this property for 2 weeks From initial booking to checkin to checkout everything was first class snd seamless. Communication with Manuel the host was instantaneous. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals and fully functional. All appliances except dishwasher including in suite washer and dryer. King size bed was comfortable with amazing linens. Towels provided are white snd luxurious. Its decorated tastefully and meticulously clean. Full balcony with table and chairs. View of ocean. 3 blocks from the beach. There’s 2 beach chairs with beach umbrella and cooler for beach days. Well maintained pool on main floor with deck loungers under swaying palm trees We had opportunity to view other apartments and house on this property and all are beautiful, and well maintained. We highly recommend this property for able bodied guests. The walk from beach is on incline! We got our exercise which was needed after dining on amazing food in the many walkable restaurants nearby.Large Grocery/department store 10 minute walk from property. A staff member who is an uber driver provided our airport transport approx 15 minute drive. Such a great quiet hideaway. Don't hesitate to book here! Betty from Canada
