Dulcet Hotel

Herkese tavsiye ediyoruz.

Was a great stay and friendly staff

Could have. Been more options with brekfast

Den Lift hört man einwenig aber ist okej.

Nice clean rooms, Enes from front desk very helpful.

it was perfect starting from design of hotel till really helpful and kind staff.

nothing

The property was very clean and very nice and the location is great. More importantly the staff are really great

The staff are greater than the property

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cet accueil exceptionnel. L’hôtel est superbe, bien situé et très confortable. Et surtout, un immense merci à Enes qui a vraiment fait la différence : attentionné, souriant et toujours prêt à aider.

Very clean Close to shops and malls Staff was very good, especially Anas Good facilities/amenities

Pool size - too small

Immaculate hotel Food cleanliness and the staff were amazing specially Enes

Nothing bad at all

Very nice hotel, customer service 10/10 Room are nice and clean

Its a very small pool but not super important beach is 10 min drive

Clean Organised Exactly like the pictures The location 👌 Nice staff (especially Anas, that helped us with the space issue)

The standard room does not fit 3 people

Quite location, very friendly and flexible check in/check out hours.

all good, maybe jus hotels kitchen could improve :)

Clean and well positioned for what I needed

Nothing

The location is good room is clean staff are helpful

The room was not what we expected. the ceiling was too low and the room felt cramped

The location was great, a few minutes walk to the bus station, terracity and so many coffee shops and restaurants near by. The hotel staff were amazing specially mustafa who was so helpful and always smiling.

Only thing missing was an iron and ironing board in the room which wasn’t available. You had to pay to get an item of clothing ironed.

Very welcoming and caring staff, especially Enes. 😎

The hotel is really nice and decent with the rooms are clean and have good space. The location is a walking distance from the water with an amazing view. There are a lot restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and facilities around which is very handy. Also some bus stops close by to take you to the old city and the center areas. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The only downside in the hotel is the sound insulation. You can hear the people walking outside the room and from the lobby and one night there were a people talking and partying all night and we couldn’t get any sleep. Other than that the place is nice to stay in Antalya

Had a fantastic stay thanks to all the staff, the lovely young girl who always had a smile, Mustafa, efes and togoba ( hope I got your names right) are a credit to this hotel - nothing was too much trouble! Miss the chocolate milkshakes already!!

Thank you to the amazing team ! Especially Enes 🤩 The hotel is clean, beautiful and the staff is always available to help and is super nice.

The staff - all were lovely. Special mention to Enes. He went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable throughout.

There was some construction going on nearby which woke us up most mornings and was loud throughout the day. The room is advertised as sound proof but it is not.

Friendly clean and great location

Nothing

Loved everything about this property Hotel staff were amazing, very helpful, always happy to help

No dislikes

Dulcet Hotel offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere with attentive staff, cosy decor, and a convenient location near shops and restaurants, making it an ideal choice for a hassle-free stay in Antalya. Highly recommended!

Liked this small hotel, modern and very clean. I would like to say thanks to the reception staff, especially Mustafa and the lad who is the chef, both couldn’t do enough when I continually need ice for the swelling.

Only minor moan was the tv, I couldn’t find any English language channels, but that’s the only minor moan.

…clean and comfortable room …good location, close to the seaside as well as restaurants and shops …great staff - everyone was super helpful and friendly …good breakfast options

Very friendly people on reception, new hotel, nice smell of new things

We stayed for 2 days and nobody came to clean the room second day

Best in town!!!!! The staff was warm and friendly. Our room was perfect: clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Nothing!!!

Everything from the very first interaction. The manager contacted me with the greeting to find out if we need anything. During our stay we felt as really valued guests and any request was immediately responded by the staff. The room was equipped with absolutely everything you can imagine for the comfortable stay. The hotel is new, fresh and stylish, 2 minute walk from the sea. We were extremely impressed and will be happy to return back ❤️

There’s literally nothing to complain.

The staff were so amazing, I would come back anytime just for their great service again. So friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and the bed was comfy. Nice cafe and shop around.

Dulcet Hotel in Antalya was the perfect choice for my solo trip. The room was spotless, and the location couldn’t be better—just a few minutes’ walk to the sea, restaurants, shops, and bus stops. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, with a special mention to Atalay at the front desk, who went above and beyond to assist me. While the room was a bit small with a regular street view, it was excellent value for money. Highly recommend for travelers looking for convenience and great service!

Everything was amazing especially the staff is friendly and help me in anything I want . Special thanks to the manager .

- very clean, modern room, friendly helpful stuff

Amazing

I just wanted to say if you want to have different and great experiences choose this hotel, definitely them rate are over 4* hotel trust me . Absolutely cleanness ordering special decorations !

A beautiful hotel that is finished to such a high standard - we stayed in the spa bath room which was so unique as you could bathe under the stars. They have a cafe/restaurant in the front and a very secluded courtyard where we were able to work. Also liked the touches of providing bath gel & toothbrushes. We were also in Antalya for my teeth and this was the cleanest most comfortable environment to rest.

Perfect stay! :)

Everything was perfect ,, the whole staff are so nice and helping us, the rooms are nice and cozy . It is a small hotel but perfect . The breakfast from the room service was soo good . Thank u for making our stay good and comfortable.

The swimming pool is small

The overall look and cleanliness was excellent. Beautiful space and had no issues at all. Staff were lovely, particularly Derya who was very friendly and welcoming as well as the two other gentleman. The hotel has a very homey vibe. Any questions we had would be answered immediately. They would call up taxis for you whenever needed which would come within 5 minutes. Food was very nice particularly the pancakes.

Nothing

The staff were very kind and friendly, from the first time we checked in until we checked out, the best service during our visit to Türkiye

the bathroom floor is very slippery, so you have to be careful

The breakfast was nice I just had a omelette on most mornings !

what can I say great little hotel and very clean, my room was above the front entrance and was quiet noisy but its to be expected, if you don't smoke I recommend you don't use this room as the smoke will go in to your room, my room was perfect but it just needed some thing to hang your towels on , there is just one hook behind the bathroom door, this was very frustrating, also the bathroom door needs to swing out not in to the bathroom as it makes it so awkward to move around the door to get to the toilet. the beds are extremely comfortable and the room service is the best I have come across, the they are really happy to help out. All the staff at the hotel especially DERYA are very professional and really go out of there way to spoil you, what ever you want (example) Cabs, Restaurants, beech its all in hand The pool area is a nice touch its just right to dip in and out from the summers heat, its just a dipping pool , the area surrounding the pool at night looks fantastic at night I would recommend sitting out there with a light refreshment before retiring to bed. The area were the hotel is situated in is quite a expensive part of Antalaya but if you are looking for good and in expensive food then just walk and you will find what you want, I highly recommend you visit KALECI old town.

Amazing hotel did not want to leave I will definitely be back x

Derya at reception is the most lovely person! She helped with ordering taxis and recommendations of what to see/do/eat. She added a personal touch and is the perfect example of 5 star turkish hospitality! Thank you Derya! Beatiful boutique hotel Quiet lovely neighbourhood

Nothing, everything was great!

Excellent stay - Had a relaxing 8 night break. Service was excellent, always ready to help. Special thanks to Derya & Atalay who looked after us so well

Everything was excellent

Gorgeous hotel with amazing staff! I’d highly recommend staying here, the room was clean, modern and stylish. The staff were really helpful and efficient nothing was too much trouble. We didn’t want to come home!

Everyone on the staff went above and beyond to accomodate us.

Staff very friendly, and one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in.

The only thing I would have liked was the tea/coffee facilities in the room a little better. No cup or mug just small glass.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive especially I would thank Atalay , Daria , Mousa and Mustafa for made everything easy and comfortable for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommend for a relaxing holiday!

Nothing.

Everything was great: friendly staff, clean room, modern design, quiet neighborhood yet good location (close to public transport). Special thanks to Derya for being very friendly with kids. Also, there is a separate zone in the pool for children. All in all, Dulcet Hotel is good for family stay.

The hotel room was sparkling clean. The staff were tremendously helpful and kind, special mention to Daria and Atalay. Their recommendations for places to visit and restaurants were spot on.

Breakfast could be better. The quality of the food can be tremendously improved, specially in a country like Turkey where you don't need to go far to get high quality inexpensive products. In addition, it is not fair for staff to have to service the restaurant and the reception at the same time in the morning. It leads to delays on both ends.

New hotel, everything clean and friendly staff. Good restaurant and nice pool. Staff are best in Turkey, everyone gives advice, always positive. My parents soon will be in Antalya, and of course, I booked this hotel again for them. 100% recommendation.

Pizza in restaurant is just frozen pizza from market and price around 10ye.

We had a great time in dulcet hotel. In fact we stayed 2 days after in an all inclusive resort and thought that we should have stayed in dulcet and do our own thing from there. First of all the staff... Gözde, Atalay, Ismail and Derya were all lovely and all of them were extremely friendly and helpful in any way they could. For example it was my girlfriend's birthday and they helped me super quickly to get her a cake from a very good patisserie and even decorated the room a little for that while we were out during the day 🥰 Second, we thought that the hotel itself is wonderful, clean, very cozy beds and modern bathrooms. Everything is a bit artsy with a nice touch/combination of stone and wood. Even a smart TV as a little extra in the room (not that it's a must have but a nice little extra). Location: it's a more quiet area which we loved! We had a car and were going a lot on self organized trips during the day, and Dulcet had a really nice location for that. Big plus for us, was that there were a lot of wonderful restaurants nearby with very good food for affordable bucks, were you could walk to in the evening.

nothing, it was all perfect

Ismail, Musa, and Derya were friendly, helpful, and always available. The hotel is recently renovated and located near shopping, restaurants, and the sea.

the hotel is very cozy, the staff are very friendly, they always helped in all matters, even helped to congratulate my husband on his birthday at midnight. The aesthetics of the hotel is very important to me, there is no problem with this here, it is very beautiful and cozy! the only thing I would like is a heated towel rail in the bathroom to dry towels after the beach. Thank you so much for your hospitality. we will definitely come back to you

Nothing

It was very clean and staff was nice!

Everything was good

Modern decor and immaculately clean. Welcoming and genuinely friendly staff

We recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly nice and always willing to help with anything we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spotless and maintained at a high standard throughout our stay. We appreciated the attention to detail in both cleanliness and service. Overall, it was a comfortable and welcoming experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service and a clean, comfortable room.

The pool a little small

The staff were very welcoming and helpful Even though they offered breakfast, they were more than happy to recommend places close by. They arranged taxis whenever we needed one. Unfortunately, I can't remember the names of the lovely ladies who worked at reception. The night staff Moussa was so helpful and even offered us complementary drinks when we came back to the hotel at night, which were very well appreciated. He helped us as well in the morning with our luggage to our transfer to the airport. A massive thank you to all, and we wish we stayed longer. And we are thinking of going back when we go back to Antalya. Close to the airport bonus point.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly! Had a great stay. Everything was nice, clean and luxurious. Special thanks to Ismael, Mr. Atalay and Daria, they made our stay special thanks to their hospitality and professionalism. I would definitely visit again when I come back.

Nothing, everything was fab

I recently stayed at Ducel for 8 days and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Thank you for making my trip memorable!

None

Dulcet hotel was exactly what I expected - modern, new, stylish and very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful, it definitely made our stay more pleasant. We liked chilling by the small pool.

There is nothing to complain about. The place is not big but this is what expected and it us very cozy instead.

Nice staff, interior design concept of the building, new hotel,

Bed quality needs to be improved, cleaning of the rooms was not enough good, no mattress changed, empty minibar, second day no water for the room

I strong recomend this hotel for all!. Very frendly staff, Atalay and all other staff are the best!

Very nice rooms and really friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Derya at the front desk was very helpful and kind.

It is a bit far from the city center but close to a beautiful park and a short walk to the beach.

The attention to detail in the Dulcet was incredible, clearly a lot of thought has gone into the design and running of this hotel. Rooms were stylish and clean and staff were wonderful. Daria & Atalay were so kind and attentive, we felt very safe and looked after here. We stayed with our two teenage children who loved the little pool. Excellent value for money. Thank you, Dulcet for making our final few days in Turkey so stress free!

It was spotless clean, great beds Atalay and all other staff were so lovely, they went above and beyond, they would anything they could to help you, the food was excellent, this hotel is a wee hidden gem, I would recommend 💯I will certainly be returning the next time I’m in Antalya.

Nothing

Brand new hotel, very stylish and clean - quite rare thing in Antalya!

Guys, I understand you are trying to be attentive to your customers, but calling me at 23:40 asking whether I want “free drinks” is just nonsense. You woke me up and totally ignored not only my “not disturb” sign but also forgot you’ve already asked me. Then being woken up 7:30am because of a concierge talking loudly to other guests. Sound isolation is definitely an area for improvement. Asking me after out loud and commenting that I came late yesterday evening and you were worried (?!) is absolutely inappropriate (and it is completely none of your business). I would appreciate more privacy and also opportunity to sleep well not being disturbed by staff where absolutely unnecessary. Also worth an effort to check on the ashtrays, they were missing in the backyard the whole morning, as adding instant coffee to rooms together with proper cups (not glasses)

Everything about this hotel and our stay was just perfect! The team was very welcoming, friendly and helpful with anything you need. The whole place and room look so beautiful with a lot of cute details, they really put effort in the decorations and design and it's totally paying off! The room was simply perfect. Clean, loved the design, spacious, even the AC is great (go find out for yourself). Dulcet is one of my favorite hotels ever! If you appreciate a great designed and calm hotel I would definitely recommend you staying here. Thanks for having us and see you on our next trip to Antalya.

Literally nothing! (If you go with kids: the pool is quite small. But didn't hinder us from staying in the pool for hours. We loved to relaxe there)

Everyting!!! The team was the friendliest, kindest and most attentive one could wish for. They absolutely went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our stay. The property was exceptionally clean and nice to stay in. The pool was small but good fun and nice area to chill in the evenings. There are some nice little shops nearby too.

We liked everything.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Its location is perfect, close to everything and a few steps from the sea and the main points of interest. There is a large shopping mall 5 minutes walk away and many restaurants and cafes all around the hotel and the choice was diverse. The street is very quiet and the hotel is very clean. It is brand new with a small swimming pool to relax in and the room was clean and relaxing, the bedding very comfortable and the WIFI very good, beautiful equipped shower with little good attentions. All the staff from beginning to the end were incredibly kind, they responded to all our requests and were responsive and attentive. I thank everyone who helped make our stay memorable and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in a quiet and well-located setting. We will definitely come back.

Everything was fine
