Eu gostei muito de hospedar nesse flat, cada andar tem um banheiro, no próprio flat tbem tem banheiro. Bem novinho, aconchegante.

Había zonas en las que faltaba limpieza

La ubicación, cumplía lo básico, las camas eran cómodas, nos pusieron ventilador y la casera muy maja y muy atenta. Nos dejo cosas para el desayuno.

Las toallas y ropa de cama estaban viejas y con agujeros; las persianas de las ventanas estaban rotas y no se podían usar; una de las camas estaba llena de bichos; la escalera es bastante peligrosa (incluso para nosotras que tenemos 20 años) y no dejan cosas para limpiar como escoba pero es cierto que nos la prestaron al pedirla

The location is great and close to public transport stations. The host is friendly and easy to communicate with. Since there was no air conditioning, the host kindly provided a fan to help us stay cool.

The accommodation was not very clean and was quite dusty. There was no air conditioning, and it was very hot during our stay.

The area the apartment was in was quiet. Access to its own toilet an decent shower was good.

The instructions for finding it could have been clearer, including public transport links (Metro, Bus etc) We struggled to access the apartment on both nights, one due to an electricity outage and one the door was locked from the inside. There was no iron in the apartment, there was no information book either even with minimal. The TV or Air conditioning units didn't work.

Cleanliness and facilities. Located nearby to bus stop, supermarkets. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. One room is spacious with two beds as per the listing.

No lift- This isn't mentioned anywhere in the listing.

Logement sympa, proche de petit commerce pour quelques course. Le réceptionniste était agréable.

Ce qui va justifier ma note de 8/10 pour le logement ce sont les store des chambres qui ne crée qu'une légère baisse de lumière dans les chambres. C'est pas très agréable d'être réveillé très tôt par la lumière du jour de plus que le logement est directement exposé au rayon du soleil vu que celui-ci est au dernier étage avec des velux.

Bon rapport qualité prix et emplacement

Un four dans la cuisine serait un plus.

Studio was spacious and had everything you need. Location good for EU quarter.

The entrance code did not work, so being a little problem. But there was someone in the building who at the end opened door.

Their toilet flush was detached when we arrive and it simply came off at my first use without any force or misuse. Although it is not broken the company later charged 30 eur for repairing it. Please investigate the situation to prevent the company doing the same trick too all their guests and charging them 30 eur in the end.

Non era indicata l' ubicazione all' ultimo piano senza ascensore. Seconda stanza raggiungibile con delle scale non comoda con bambini piccoli

La parte de arriba con 3 camas era peligrosa para subir por las escaleras, así que no la pudimos usar. Estaba poco limpio y había boquetes en las paredes y óculos . El sofá está muy desgastado y la ropa de las camas estaba vieja y sucia.

L'accès à l'établissement n'était pas facile Le code d'accès n'allait pas Il a fallut attendre des minutes dehors à chaque sortie, rentrée dans l'établissement était compliqué Lq tv n'allait pas non plus malgré les nombreuses tentatives d'un des personnels La cuisine manque un peu d'équipements surtout quand on est en famille Mercide revoir aussi l'isolation trop de bruits dans les chambres

我们入住的是13号，位于顶层，公寓内再分成上下两层，一层有一间有双人床的卧室，二层是有几张单人床的阁楼。 优点：有足够的床位；有客厅和餐桌方便多人吃饭；厨房设施完备；有电视可以投屏；热水方便；有WIFI；地理位置靠近市中心；购物方便；公寓内另有多处公用厕所和淋浴间方便使用；密码锁安全；房东无接触。

有一些细节的缺点：我所住的房间洗手间没有锁，由于我们入住是有男有女所以有一点点不便；我们住的是顶楼所以需要爬几层楼梯，带着行李上楼有点累；电视的支架有一点不稳固；整体公寓建筑有点老；房间内隔音不太好。 但以上问题都不太影响居住。

À l’arrivée personne pour nous accueillir et remettre le code pour accéder à l’appartement, nous sommes restés longtemps dans le hall,quelqu’un se présente à nous avec la barrière de la langue, bon on a pu rentrer.

De faite de pas savoir que l’appartement se trouve au 3e étage pas facile accéder avec les bagages,.

As roupas de cama não estavam limpas, o fogão não funcionou bem, só havia um rolo de papel higiênico disponível, foi cobrado uma taxa de 14€ para efetuar o checkin com 45 minutos de antecedência e o quarto já estava disponível…

La proximité de la grande place environ 30 min à bien. Appartement au 4 ème étage sans ascenseur qui nous as pas déranger , conforme à la description. Réponse rapide au message

Odeur dans la salle de bain qui s est réglée rapidement en achetant un désodorisant et en faisant aller la douche et le lavabo Les stores auraient besoin d'être changé. L'appartement aurait besoin de finition et de modernité

Spacious, easy keyless access. Neighbourhood is nice. There was no breakfast (I don't know if this is general suggestive text in the booking.com form but it asked about breakfast and if there was supposed to be breakfast, I didn't know about it or ever see it).

The ad for this property was misleading, promising an "entire apartment" with multiple sleeping locations. My room was a self-contained studio apartment, which was mostly OK but not as advertised. I'd promised to host a friend for a small portion of my stay but had to renege when I realised there was nowhere for him to sleep (not even a sofa), just a double bed with only one pillow. I reached out to Booking.com directly but they were unhelpful. This was my main issue, but there were also multiple minor issues that added up to a doubly disappointing experience. - Room seemed hastily cleaned. I found illicit drugs on the floor (which I guess could be in the "What did you like?" section, depending on your lifestyle haha) - Toilet struggles hugely to swallow its meal. In the end I did have a housemate for my entire stay, but certainly a less welcome one than my friend - Faulty doorknob can be pulled off easily from the inside (potential fire safety hazard) - The shower leaks, creating a small river throughout the studio from the shower enclosure toward the door - The showerhead is barely functional - Bizarrely, the bathroom sink offers only hot water (no cold) - Water leaked in on a particularly heavy day of rain Some of these problems are only related to my room (#7, the rooms in the house are all a little different), but you can't choose your room so you are rolling the dice. Overall This place has some things going for it, but needs some love and especially an accurate ad to get there.

Let’s have a honest review, the ratio price/size/location is great. The service, by phone, is available, good and helpful. Being an old « local », this stay throw me back 30 years in the past which made me amused by the place, and its state.

Pictures are not the most up-to-date (check mine that I am uploading). Apartment Thirteen is located in an old and typical Brussel’s « maison de maître ». Probably used for many years as a student residence (kots), the landlord or new one found a more profitable way by renting the rooms to tourists. The bare minimum was done to « refresh » the house until it will need full refurbishment from basement to the attic. The studio can indeed welcome up to 7 guests. Keep in mind this a place for those who are looking « budget » accommodation. Booking.com is messing with the information communication action to the host which makes some difficulties to exchange message with the host. Thanks that the host’s local phone number is prompt and reacting effeciently.
