My stay was wonderful, and I really liked almost everything about the accommodation, including the rooms, the spaciousness, the comfort, and the cleanliness. The place was beautiful and pleasant, and the prices were very reasonable. My only small comment is regarding smoking. I hope that, in the future, the entire building can be made non-smoking, as the smell of smoke can be unpleasant for some guests. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I would definitely be happy to stay again in the future.

I was interested in extending my stay, but I was initially informed that all rooms were fully booked. Later in the evening, while browsing, I found that rooms were still available in the building. However, by then, I had already decided to try a different hotel.

The location is good

Very poor cleaning and maintenance; coaches were dirty, shower head was broken and leaking and very poor cleaning. First time I stayed there it was much better; I’m so disappointed to go there again. Will never do it anymore.

The staff were very helpful specially Leena in the reception, every time she make sure that we have the best rooms and views and attention to our requirements is always fulfilled by her

Everything was perfect

The amenities are good and staffs are friendly

The location is ok, other than this; it’s total disaster and won’t even give them 1 star.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. The parking area was dirty, the toilet ceiling was leaking water, there were no hand towels, and the room was not cleaned despite us staying for 4 nights. We requested housekeeping for 2 consecutive days, but nobody came. After repeatedly asking, I eventually had to raise my voice because the staff simply ignored our requests. We then waited 1 hour and 30 minutes before housekeeping finally arrived. The housekeeping staff looked unhygienic, had a very strong unpleasant odor, and the cleaning was done poorly. The check-out process was equally unacceptable. The receptionist asked me to sit and wait while they inspected the room. I waited 15 minutes without anyone updating me. When I finally approached the reception desk to ask how much longer it would take, I was simply told, “You can go now.” Nobody even bothered to inform me that the inspection had already been completed. The hotel was almost empty, so there was absolutely no excuse for such poor service. The staff seemed more interested in relaxing than taking care of their guests. The entertainment facilities were in terrible condition. Everything was old, damaged, and poorly maintained. The swimming pool water was yellowish and looked dirty, making it completely uninviting. The entire facility looked nothing like the photos advertised online. To make matters worse, the area was constantly filled with unsupervised children screaming, making it impossible to relax. Overall, this hotel suffers from poor cleanliness, terrible maintenance, unprofessional staff, and extremely poor customer service. It does not match the standards or appearance shown in the photos. I would not recommend staying here and will definitely not return.
