El personal Mariam y Asma excepcionales, amables, atentas y siempre dispuestas a ayudarnos con una sonrisa. La ubicación es perfecta para conocer Marrakech y moverse por la Medina. A amabilidade da anfitriã e das suas filhas, agradecemos imenso. O Riad é absolutamente fantástico, superou imenso as expectativas. A piscina é linda e o espaço tem uma decoração incrível, ar condicionado em todos os espaços. Pequeno almoço feito na hora, excelentes panquecas, crepes, fruta, sumo de laranja, chá e café. Se nota el cuidado y el cariño en cada detalle, lo que hace que la estancia sea muy cómoda y agradable…Además, el ambiente es tranquilo y muy cerca de la medina. También me gustaría destacar la atención de Asmae! Además de mantener el Riad en perfectas condiciones, cada mañana preparaba un desayuno delicioso y abundante! Es increíblemente amable y estaba pendiente de que no nos faltara nada. Su trato cercano y su dedicación hicieron que nos sintiéramos muy bien atendidos durante toda la estancia. Shukran, Asmae!♥️ Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable por la limpieza, el encanto del riad y sobre todo, por la excelente atención recibida. Tout était très bien. Le Riad est très agréable et intimiste. Il est bien situé, toutes les chambres ont leur propre salle de bain/toilettes et la.climatisation. Le terasse est super agréable et le bassin permet de se rafraîchir. Asmaa qui prépare de bons petits dejeuners et s occupe du Riad tous les jours est vraiment très sympathique, toujours souriante et disponible.

Tout était niquel.

Struttura perfetta, molto pulita e in posizione centrale. Presenti bidet nei bagni, un bel plus per gli italiani. Colazione ottima e staff molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissima la cena all'interno del Riad!

L'acqua della piscina non sembrava pulitissima.

Asmaa è una persona fantastica sempre disponibile, di una dolcezza unica e una cuoca formidabile per colazioni da leccarsi i baffi! Favolosa anche la guida da loro trovata per un tour città e la cena in riad poi un sogno con dei sapori fantastici! Stra ultra mega consigliato, anzi proprio raccomandato!

The property is spotlessly clean, 4 lovely en suite bedrooms. We felt very comfortable. Asma made the most wonderful breakfast for us each morning. On request, she also cooked a meal for us on our first night. Traditional Moroccan fayre and it was so lovely. I highly recommend this. I can’t praise Asma enough. She took care of the daily housekeeping and answered all our questions. She is such a lovely person and extremely helpful. She arranged our return taxi to the airport. Thank you Asma.

Property is tucked away. We ordered a taxi through the owner and a porter met us and took our luggage to the Riad. This was included in the cost of the taxi. Property is 5 minutes from the Souks.

Grand riad privé, où chacune des 4 chambres avait leur salle de bain privée, très appréciée! Cuisine équipée et machine à laver à disposition également très pratiques! Petit bassin permettant de se rafraîchir très agréable! Le tout décoré avec goût! L’équipe d’accueil, ménage, repas était top! Et les dîners du soir étaient extra! Le rooftop est très paisible!!

Difficile à trouver au départ car il n’est pas indiqué (pas de panneau). La ruelle qui mène au riad est très salle. Les câbles électriques pendaient juste devant l’arrivée et des enfants tagguaient des murs à côté de la porte d’entrée. C’est quand même bien éclairé le soir donc on sent plutôt en sécurité.

Nous avons adoré le riad, la décoration est magnifique, la literie est très confortable, la propreté est parfaite. La localisation est très bien, pas loin des souks tout en étant dans une ruelle calme. Le plus du séjour, c'est Asma, sa gentillesse, sa discrétion et ses petits déjeuners excellents tous les matins. Nos enfants l'ont adoré ! C'est une perle ! Nous vous recommandons cet hébergement.

Riad coconut is luxurious, and was the perfect place to end our stay in Morocco following a 4-day desert excursion. The rooms are fantastic, the pool is lovely, and the bathrooms/showers are really nice too. The biggest highlight was Imene's cooking—genuinely better than any of the fancy restaurants we ate at. At 20 euro pp it's a great deal, we even asked her to come back and cook a second night. Asma was very helpful as well.

The location of the Riad on google maps is incorrect and will lead you astray. Follow the photos Karine sends you, and look for the "91" by the door.

Tudo espetacular! Excelente localização. Tal e qual como nas fotografias. Estava tudo impecavelmente limpo, as anfitriãs eram muito atenciosas. Um pequeno paraíso no meio de Marraquexe. Pequeno almoço maravilhoso. A repetir, sem dúvida alguma.

Modern riad with all amenities. Perfect location, a 5-minute walk from the main square. The homemade breakfast prepared by them every morning is the strongest point of this riad. Possibility to dine in the riad, with dinner prepared by a local cook. Absolutely everything was positive!

Since there is no heating, the house is a bit damp at this time of year. However, you can turn on the air conditioning on the hot setting to heat the rooms.

El Riad es súper bonito y amplio, está muy bien ubicado y estaba muy limpio. Karine nos recibió a la llegada y fue súper amable. Asma ha sido maravillosa, era la persona que preparaba el desayuno (buenísimo) todos los días y limpiaba. Si volviera sin duda me alojaría allí de nuevo

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nous avons passé 5 jours merveilleux à Marrakech en famille et notre séjour au Riad Coconut a été tout simplement parfait. Dès notre arrivée, tout a été impeccablement organisé, notamment la prise en charge depuis l’aéroport, ce qui a été très appréciable. Le riad est magnifique, avec une décoration soignée et un environnement calme et agréable. Les chambres sont très confortables, propres et bien entretenues. L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel, on s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Un immense merci tout particulier à Asma, qui s’occupe de l’entretien du riad et des petits-déjeuners. Elle est tout simplement géniale : très gentille, souriante, à l’écoute, toujours disponible et attentionnée. Et que dire de ses petits-déjeuners… ils étaient absolument fabuleux, variés et délicieux, un vrai plaisir chaque matin ! Merci également à Karine pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité lors de nos échanges via la messagerie booking. Nous recommandons le Riad Coconut sans la moindre hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci encore pour ce séjour exceptionnel.

Struggle to find fault!!

Il y aurait tant de belles choses à dire sur le Riad Coconut… Je me contente donc de confirmer tous les avis positifs déjà partagés : ils reflètent parfaitement notre expérience.

Pas de remarques négatives à formuler, seulement quelques conseils qui pourraient être utiles aux futurs voyageurs. Deux des quatre chambres sont disposées en enfilade : pour accéder à la dernière, il faut passer par la première. Un point à garder en tête si vous voyagez en groupe. Concernant le petit déjeuner, n’oublions pas que nous sommes au Maroc : il est plutôt orienté « sucré ». Les personnes préférant un début de journée plus « salé » peuvent prévoir leur gouda, emmental ou autre, ou mieux encore, en informer à l’avance la maîtresse des lieux qui, j’en suis certain, se fera un plaisir de l’adapter. Enfin, si vous aimez vous détendre devant une série après une journée de balade, sachez que - même si chaque chambre en est équipée, ce qui représente déjà un certain luxe! - les Smart TV ne sont pas aussi « smart » qu’on pourrait le souhaiter. Peut-être préférerez-vous emporter un ordinateur portable pour profiter confortablement de vos plateformes de streaming, d’autant que le wifi est très stable. Conscient que la perfection n’existe pas, je donne tout de même la note maximale pour mettre en valeur le travail remarquable de Karine dans la conception de cette très belle et agréable maison d’hôtes, ainsi que pour la qualité de son accompagnement et de sa communication avant et pendant notre séjour.

Le Riad est très bien situé et très confortable. Le service par Asma et Ymen est très discret et professionnel (merci à elles). Karine est de très bons conseils (encore merci pour tout). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Piscine non chauffée. L’eau froide doit être agréable l’été quand il fait très chaud mais en octobre on ne peut pas l’utiliser.

The staff were really sweet, there was water waiting for us when we arrived which was really sweet and all the ACs were working. The riad itself is beautiful, despite being quite small and we loved the size of the beds, the architecture was stunning

The breakfast, it was the same thing everyday and very carb-heavy. We bought eggs for ourselves but these eggs were then used for our breakfast - without the salt we also bought for it! But this did not by any means detract from our enjoyment of the riad

Riad Coconut is absolutely amazing. 4 rooms, swimming pool, terrace on the rooftop 👍 very sufficient for families. Also I highly appreciate daily care about guests, on very high level. Happy to come back anytime.

Our stay at the riad was truly exceptional. The property was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with spacious, well-proportioned rooms that offered both comfort and charm. Every detail, from the tasteful décor to the high-quality facilities, reflected a genuine commitment to guest comfort. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, making it the perfect retreat. Asma, Nehza and Imaan were exceptional.

It was light and airy. Beautifully clean, the plunge pool was essential. Lovely breakfast Asma who looked after us, so kind and welcoming. The Riad was really quiet and the roof top terrace another added bonus. The taxi and guide from the airport made our stay hassle free, but do not pay the porter, he gets paid by the Riad.

All four of us were delighted with everything, especially Asma!

We loved everything.

We only stayed for one night at the end of a tour before flying out but wish we had had more time to enjoy this serene space. It was so nice to have our own rooms and bathrooms and the riad was modern and beautiful. We received a warm welcome and our breakfast had been pre-prepared so we could eat it before our ridiculously early flight.

We were a group of 7 staying at Riad Coconut and we all loved our stay. Karine went above and beyond helping us with plans and bookings for activities during the stay - we are very grateful.

Tastefully decorated, newly refurbished, helpful owner and convenient location. The riad looks better than the photos in fact. We stayed 3 nights there. Although had encountered several unexpected incidents on the first day, eventually all resolved nicely. As the Kitchen is fully equipped, I even cooked simple Chinese dinner twice in the kitchen which is a big bonus for us. . Housekeeper came to clean the riad, make breakfast for us every morning. For early departure, she will prepare the juices, fruit salad and leave them in the fridge for us. Bacha Cafe is just 5 mins walk from Riad if you are a big Bacha coffee fan. But bear in mind there is a 2 hours long wait before you can get a table. Best to go in the morning at 9 am to register yourself so you could get seated at 9:30 am. You need to pay 10 MAD to get into the museum to reach the cafe or pay full price of 75 MAD?? for a visit of the museum to kill time while waiting for the table. Anyway, highly recommended this riad to anyone visiting Marrakesh.

Nothing we didn't like. Maybe because we come from a tropical country, it would be nice if the heater in the riad could be stronger and warmer.

Amazing house in the center of the city. Breakfast was made for us by the host. Really nice to have 4 bedrooms and the house is impeccably decorated. Really comfortable!!

It was somewhat hard to find when we first arrived.

Everything looks exactly like the pictures! It’s really well located. For us the best part was Asmaa, the house lady that made us delicious breakfasts and was really caring and nice. We will miss Asmaa smile for sure!

A beautiful riad in a quieter street in Marrakesh, but still close to everything so we couldn’t ask for more. The riad was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were kind, helpful and accommodating. Our breakfasts were also very good were a lovely finishing touch on a great stay!

Absolutely Nothing to dislike!

Excellent location, excellent breakfast provided by friendly staff, welcoming host, close by local amenities and staff went above and beyond to cater for our needs. Loved the terrace too.

Riad was located in neighborhood where you have to walk along alley ways which is really dark and sketchy at night. To be fair local workers did instal new lighting to brighten up the dark spots of the alley. Motor bikes/cyclists will zoom by forcing you to move to one side of the alley way. Pool was cold, would be better if heated or a jacuzzi is fitted on terrace. If more than one shower is in use the pressure goes really low. But we did receive hot water everyday.

We loved that we had the whole property to ourselves the hosts were lovely and very helpful. It was in the perfect location to get around and explore . There were 2 lovely ladies who cooked us lovely breakfast and were always very helpful with whatever we needed. Would definitely come back and stay here if I were to come back again :)

Fully renovated, most charming riad in centre of old town of Marrakech, all historic sites at walking distance. The owners, Karine and Antoine, are very kind, relaxed and accommodating, arranging shopping and even having a three course dinner cooked in the riad on the first day upon our arrival in the evening. Every morning arrival of kind local women serving delicious breakfast. Super, private rooftop terrace with sunbeds and many seating options.

It’s beautiful and the owner and staff are very delightful.

The energy was down nearly half our stay. There was an electrical issue that caused a blackout for our rental, but the owner immediately called electricians to solve the issue.
