The villa is lovely. The fridge is a decent size and very cold which is how I like it. The pool is lovely with a lot of patio seating. The security of the electric gate was a bonus. Contact with management was easy and they responded very quickly.

I think some new knives for food prep would be good as the current ones are very blunt.

It is marvellous place to stay for a family or a group of friends. All you need to feel comfortable can be found there. Well equiped and clean kitchen where you can easily prepare breakfasts and enjoy a cup of coffee at the swimming pool. It is a walking distance from Flic and Flac beach where you can relax and have a swim in tuquoise, warm water. In the neighbourhood there are many shops and restaurants offering great food. All rooms and bathrooms are spacious and tidy. The whole villa is stylishly designed. The manager of the villa is truly a kind and helpful person. I am grateful him for helping us with booking an unusul cusine experiance. I highly reccommend the place. We spent there unforgetable week.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la villa, (2 adultes 2 enfants) elle est spacieuse avec ces 4 chambres et ces 2 grandes salles de bains elle dispose de tout le nécessaire ,la piscine est grande et nettoyer 2 fois par semaine, de plus elle est très bien situé juste à côté de nombreux commerces bar restaurant mais aussi et surtout à 10mn max de la plage flic en flac à pied ,Fred est un hôte très accueillant, toujours disponible ,il est d’excellents conseils, ils nous a conseillé de bon restaurant ainsi que des prestataires au top, tant pour la location de voiture que pour les excursions ce qui a contribué à passer une super semaine dans le sud de l’île Maurice, un grand merci à lui.

Quelques petits buggs mais rien qui n'a gâché notre séjour

On a quiet street but within a two minute walk of the shops and restaurants. All of the beds are doubles and comfortable and each room has air conditioning. Easy to access and Fred came and met us and made some recommendations. The pool was lovely with plenty of space and sun loungers. There is a bbq but we didn’t use it.

Nothing. It’s good value for money

Host Fred was brilliant. We had to call on him a few times about the security gate that was not working properly, but he responded very quickly and tried his utmost to resolve the issue; even by organising a technician on site as soon as he possibly could. The level of the host service could not be beaten. The swimming pool was kept clean and tidy twice or three times per week. There are spacious bedrooms and convenient separate bathrooms, and indoor and outdoor seating areas with both comfy and dining furniture.

The location looks like quite an old area from Flic en Flac. On a few days there was consistent noise pollution from neighbourly building activities, which would have been disturbing had we stayed at the villa all day. Despite Fred's best efforts the security gate failed again on our departure day. Luckily it did work to the extent that we managed to drive the car out the property grounds. On a few eyebrow-raising occasions a car or motorbike was roaring down the street.

Big house with 4 sleeping rooms and 2 bathrooms over 2 floors. Good position, 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Rooms and beds are comfortable.

Cleaning needs to be improved in the furniture and also crockery should be better cleaned. Scissors missing. Only 2 fires for cooking but ovens are available. It would be nice to find extra pillows. You can only eat outside under the patio but in case of rain it's not the best. Sofa is very uncomfortable.
