Executive was closed without notice when Booking and after i complained, hotel sent in some sweets: no savoury during tea time. Then, hotel opened the lounge and food variety was worst than when delivered to room. Printing of simple pdf documents and scanning are chargeable at 10x market price.

Location for canton fair is very good, you have 2 rmb buses that takes you in front of fair in case you miss the shuttle bus. Breakfast was great and room was big and confortable.

Staff cant comunicate properly in english, always with translator by phone.

Location was excellent. Facilities were great and staff were amazing.

Breakfast, not inclusive for vegetarians, vegan and halal dietary requirements.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε άριστη τοποθεσία ειδικά αν επισκέπτεσαι την έκθεση. Τα δωμάτια είναι μεγάλα, άνετα και καθαρά.

Το πρωινό χρειάζεται βελτίωση και περισσότερες επιλογές σε δυτικό φαγητό.

El hotel tiene una ubicación conveniente para asistir a la feria de Canton, el viaje es de 10-15 minutos máximo. El bus del hotel a la feria y de vuelta es una ventaja. El desayuno incluido es una muy buena opción, muy variado y buena calidad. Además te reciben paquetes y la atención del personal es muy buena y buscan la manera se resolver. También durante las tardes tienen té y snacks para los huéspedes en el lobby.

El estilo en la decoración de las habitaciones podría tener un update. Simplemente por estilo, porque todo funciona muy bien y está en muy buenas condiciones.

Ubicacion excelente para ir a la feria. Literal menos de 15 minutos. Las habitaciones tambien excelentes.

No tiene restaurante de comida occidental para cenar post feria y no hay ninguna opcion cerca. Eso hace que tengas que moverte en auto para cenar de noche

I have stayed at this hotel several times during the Canton Fair. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is good, and the location is convenient with shuttle service to the exhibition center. Overall, it offers good value for money.

During my last stay, the room had a strong cigarette smell, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. This significantly affected my comfort and should be better managed.

Restaurant closes early, and breakfast option was not wide for more non Chinese options

Breakfast was a good assortment and well prepared and the chef himself did some inspections.

Such a hotel should at least have one staff member that can understand English without a app. Due to an app translations the staff member booked a taxi to train station on the wrong day.

Супер отель. Понравились номера. Завтраки очень вкусные. Персонал приветливый. Не в первый раз останавливаемся в этом отеле.

Отель хороший, но несколько дороговат, хотя быть может мне так показалось из-за того, что ранее я жил в Фошане, а он априори дешевле Гуанжоу. Не к чему придраться, все было хорошо- чисто,. удобно, завтрак стандартный...Но вау не случилось. Переночевал ночь и потом переехал, практически, в такой же по уровню отель, но в 2,5 раза дешевле, хотя не так удобно был расположен новый отель.

La temperatura de la pileta no fue la ideal por la que no la use en toda la estadia

La proximidad a la canton fair, tiene transporte hacia la feria y cuando llegas tienes un tentempié en la recepción.

El desayuno es muy completo, pero no es mi estilo.

Several problems with staff and speaking English. Required to pay cash in advance and then told no western or Japanese restaurant. No restaurants nearby and some colleagues dont eat Chinese food so big problem for them.

No Western food available. Could not book taxi with staff. Staff helped taxi drivers to rip-us off.

It is close enough to the Canton Fair Complex 25 min walk or 5 min cab, but yet is within a populated area. Place is clean and upscale. The Gym was quite good and adequate.

They are very sticky with the rules around using the swimming pool. I felt policed so didn;t use it.

Wifi was horrible, useless wifi sir, you must get a new router.

Big, airy and very comfortable room, very good breakfast, nice pool and gym.

If you choose top business rooms with a great view, please consider, that such rooms could be with the smell of cigarettes and tobacco. Because rich Chinese smoke often (who choose such rooms).

Great modern building in 15 minutes drive from the city business center and Canton Fair. Easy to find. Comfortable large rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Modern stylish hotel in 15 minutes drive to Canton Fair and city business center. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Good various breakfasr. Staff are very friendly. Special thanks to Huang Xiamin for the help. I am very satisfied with this hotel.

The sink was choked. I feedback to the reception. They informed the technical has rectify. But when i try to use it after back from my outing, the sink is still choked.

The breakfast varieties need to be impoved. Too localised and heavy after eating.

No body speak english

The staff especially Evan and Jerry were very helpful. The hotel is very clean and rooms are exceptionally large. The staff were helpful and courteous at all times.

The breakfast had very little or no vegetarian options. Sad as we had paid for breakfast but were only eating toast or a fried egg. I didnt like the fact there was a fee taken from my account and additionally I was asked for another deposit. This is not a good policy and should change.
