Yueda Financial City International Hotel

As a Swiss I had an excellent stay at the Yueda Hotel. The hotel is beautifully decorated, with an elegant Chinese style that gives it a unique atmosphere. The rooms are extremely clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. A very pleasant experience overall, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent- one of the best hotel I stayed

WiFi never worked. Very poor WiFi - breakfast needs more vegetarian option

Beautiful interior, great breakfast included, very clean and very quiet. Handy to alot of street food. 4 free buses to the Canton Fair. I will definitely stay here again.

Comodidad, limpieza

The people at the reception were very friendly to me

The hotel was very well constructed and nice looking overall.

Staff was horrible, with the exception of the little older cleaning lady who cleaned our room daily. She was the only staff member who greeted you with a smile, was kind, and always said "HI." The rest of the entire staff are completely mute unless you ask them a question of which they would never have an answer. No one helps you with luggage or any real needs unless you beg. I wouldn't stay here again even if it was free. I've stayed at many hotels around the world, and this one by far was the worst customer service. Don't let the nice facility fool you.

THEY DON’T SPEAK ENGLISH , breakfast okey I guess but I didn’t like it , mainly they need more English speakers

The room is big... Clean and the stuff are keen

There was no fridge in the room.. I ask for it but they didn't provide

Coffee was nice.

Rooms - first room had bad smell. Second room had mosquitos but was larger. Smell of smoking inside and outside of the room. No room service for food or drink. Wifi did not work. Very poor. Breakfast - No real variety. Not international cuisine. The same every day. No fresh juice. Fruit would run out. No real protein.

Confortável e relação custo benefício equilibrada

The location is great and the staff very friendly.

Some rooms did not have windows.

Breakfast was acceptable and the location was good for what we needed. Able to get to and from Trade fair in excellent time.

Not being able to access the wifi from our room

Close to canton fair, clean, gread food

Nothing

I was upgraded to a suite . I was very pleased . Bed is very comfortable . Room is clean . I did not eat in the hotel and I could easily find food places by walking 20 minutes away from the hotel. At the reception, hot drinks , sweets and biscuits are available free flow .

There is a certain smell along the corridor leading to the lifts. It smelt maybe incense or herbal or medicinal. I can't pinpoint it. Something I don't like . But I think it may not bother other guests .

Great hotel with excellent breakfast selection. Staff allways willing to assist.

First of all, the staff are excellent. The rooms are decent, and the location is very handy for the Canton fair. But make sure you book the breakfast as they charge approximately $15 for a very mediocre breakfast. Food is often very cold, only one coffee maker for 100 or more guests The selection of food and breakfast is good, but the quality is less than satisfactory. It’s not hard to keep food warm, but they do not turn on the hot plates or heaters - so after moments of going out it is cold. It could be vastly improved with a new faster coffee machine, or better again, three of them. You’ll buy them all for the cost of one persons four day stay. Also, switch on the heaters for the breakfast to keep it warm. Out of a five nights stay. We only at here twice, it’s that bad. The rest of the state was excellent. So sort out the breakfast. Don’t let yourselves be let down by reviews like this over tiny cost saving measures.

Good location for intended business. Breakfast variety to anyome's choice. Close to metro which makes hetting around easy.

Breakfast good

No bady speak English

Driving in city is insane.

The hotel surrounding is very commercial. Hard to find food or convenient store. Hotel condition is good and quite clean. I considered it well maintained. The breakfast is good varieties of food to dessert. I liked the soya bean drink.

Reception was great and helpful. Very professional and friendly. Not speaking English the staff try their best to help.

We were upgraded to a suite because of early arrival and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly

It’s safe, clean and super friendly staffs

Very good location, close to Canton fair, the service was nic and helpfull, rooms big and clean,

친절

Staff at Front desk Miss Lam was very nice and helpful. Overall, most staff was very helpful.

Elevator was a bit slow to wait.

Overpriced for the quality and service. A 21 level building with just one elevator. A/C in the rooms hard to control.

It is a wonderful hotel, clean and friendly,we will stay there if we go there next time.

Roomy and stunning view of the city. Not very close to the city centre but the bunds of exhibition centres, taking taxi is the most convenient way.

Large room. Staffs are generally nice

The room smells like smoking also with high humidity. No Amex

Male staff Mr. Jinming at the counter was very helpful. He is a credit to the hotel.

Location could be better.

No Windows

Great hotel Lots of amenities around the facility for exciting dinning experience. Staff may not be able to guide you well but if you choose to explore, head out if main entrance and bear to left and walk a short alleyway onto a street towards your right and all you will notify is restaurants. On main highway side, good walking area to explore all sorts of shops and other stuff if you want.

A beautiful hotel near Canton fair with helpful staff, great breakfast, nice and clean room. We really appreciated the free transfer to Canton fair and the welcome food and drinks after the fair for our convenience.

Food and service was very good. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

It’s a nice hotel, great breakfast. But there was a really bad sewer smell in the lobby the whole time we were there. It’s about an 8min walk to the subway station which is very convenient.

Air-con seems not working

Good a VERY Chinese hotel....

But be aware. most of staff cannot speak English. AMEX is not accepted! The Breakfast is Chinese, not European. There is no option for Italian Coffees, like Cappuccino or Latter.

close to train and easy access

need more staff that can speak English

Me and my colleagues attended Canton fair - this hotel is very close to the venue. Staff was very helpful and nice.

There was limited amount of shuttle buses to the fair comparing to what we are used to. Internet was not working which was really annoying as we were on a business trip.

Perfect place for Canton fair, there is free shuttle bus, but it's very easy to go by taxi. - staff are very helpful - Room is great, large, comfy bed, good shower, there is space for a few large luggages. - a few minutes by taxi to Canton fair - there is food street behind the hotel where you can taste local food day and night - 24 hours reception - offer room cleaning everyday

The laundry by the hotel is way too expensive, and there is no self-service laundry around the area by walk.

Everything is great, good location, 5 stars breakfast, comfortable, clean room, very helpfull staff.

Location is near to Canton Fair

The room ambiance light is too dim

Even though the language barrier was difficult to overcome, the staff tried their best to help us and they did! We were able to get to where we needed and have a good experience of Guangzhou. The deluxe double is a beautiful, spacious room that was well maintained by house keeping. Location: good but needed a taxi everyday to travel to attractions and malls. Staff: polite and helpful Cleanliness: great! The only reason I couldn’t give this hotel full marks is because the breakfast didn’t cater for everyone. Chinese food served which was extra difficult for us as we were vegetarians. However I believe this is the case in most if not all hotels. Overall, I had a relaxing stay in my bigger than kings size bed. Thank you to all the staff! 🙏

Bra nära mässan buss ordnades

Great property... The front desk guy named John is a real asset to this establishment...

Hotel decoration, friendly staff, large room and mainly how clean they keep room and facilites

Hotel is very nice from the pictures they show, Lobby was clean and nice. Staff really does not speak English at all, maybe a few words, but that is it. They did not have a room for us with two beds and charged us to upgrade for an extra large room with a couch bed. Internet is slow and spotty. Food was just ok. Close to the Fair, which was nice. Took five tries to just get an electrical adapter.

This hotel is clean , the location is good for business especially if you want to attend the fair of guwanzhou, and dont want to pay 200$ for a hotel near the fair , The stuff are doing thier best to satisfy the customers , the hotel main income comes from the Chinese customers so they are not investing alot in english speakers reception stuff , they are very nice young guys , but their English language is not perfect, breakfast is good and if you like the Chinese food then the dinner is also good Be ready to pay deposit and have enough RMBs to pay the hotel charges , they don’t accept USD in cash , you better exchange the money at the airport othewise you will spend a hour at the bank to do so Visa &MasterCard-are okay

Very comfortable hotel with great staff. It’s fairly close to the Canton Fair and they have a shuttle bus at the beginning and end of the day. If you don’t want to be there all day, a taxi is only about 15RMB using the meter. The room is very comfortable and breakfast is a good mix of local and western food. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Language can be a bit difficult, especially when ordering room service but they ended up sending someone to my room to take my order by pointing at the menu. Overall a great place to stay.

It is the best place, clean, large rooms and very close to Canton Fair.

Great Hotel, The gentleman in charge of taxi service helped me out a lot... Cambric and Calico Clothing

Not much local to do near hotel in walking distance, but hotel itself was well kept and very nice. Good food, and friendly staff.

Its great .i luv u stay agian there. Wt only wi fi that good .

Great hotel, Concierge & Cafeteria staff were exceptional. Surrounding area food choices limited. No Gym

Hotel was very nice looking and centrally located within the city. All accommodations were great with the exception of parking. Not many spaces available.

My experience here in this hotel was delightful. Food was great semi fine dining, great atmosphere and easy access to Canton Fair! Thank you!

Nice hotel 30 minute check ins Hot rooms with no answers for sending an engineer up to say it’s fixed. Second and last try. Seasoned traveler in Asia Not overly picky Just expect a clean room and comfortable room. Beautiful property. Just not capable of fundamental execution.

Great hotel. Fantastic service from Concierge (John) & Cafeteria staff. Buses for Canton Fair & refreshments after. Lacks a Gym and Wifi has too many restrictions.

Nice and quiet. They have eggs and bacon. Room is big, comfy and quiet.

Overall was good, especially the service rendered by the staffs, there was this grand feeling, except the hotel is quite old. It would be better if the break fast can be improve into more international as the hotel name.

Hotel mainly focused on domestic clientele, very basic English spoken. Reception always busy, only ever one or two staff around. Arrived with no RMB cash and needed some for a taxi next day., Hotel could not change money or advance against my credit cards, even though holding over 2000 RMB deposit. Local ATM's didn't accept international cards. Lent 100 RMB from the bell boy (Johnathan) and paid him back later, great guy he helped me out of the situation, only good member of staff who wanted to help... I opted for the cheapest room as only traveling on business, room had no window on the 19th floor, comfortable room, ambiance - inside cabin on a cruise ship. Swimming pool, sauna etc are located in the adjacent spa complex with a 200 RMB access charge. Breakfast was OK. Small supermarkets and a McDonalds locally. Convenient for the Canton Fair complex, go by metro, 3 indirect stops and only 3RMB. I traveled to the hotel by metro from the airport, 3 changes, but really easy 8 RMB compared with 150 RMB in a taxi. Wouldn't stay again as nothing memorable about the place, choose a "branded hotel" if you want international service standards, that goes for most hotels in China.

Great stay, rooms are big, clean and very nice. Easy to get to metro station, take taxi or bus. Good location. Recommend it.

Excellent, comfy, very clean, spacious room, clean linens, excellent breakfast buffet, Chinese and western style. Must add breakfast .
