الموقع فقط لكن اصحاب الفندق غير ودودون مغرورون ومتعجرفين ووقحين فقد ابنتهم ليزا رائعه الغرف قديمه الاثاث قديم الاطلاله لم تكن كما طلبتها أعطوني غرفه مطله على الشارع المجاور وحجزي كان باطلاله لاانصح بهذا الفندق اطلاقاً والفطور كان هناك صرصار على الجبن يقولون عادي من الطبيعه والصرصار لايظهر عادة إلا في الحمامات انه ليس فراشه ولا نحله

فندق قديم اثاث قديم افطار محدود أسعار مبالغ فيها لاتستحق حتى نصفها

A wonderful hotel in a peaceful location above the town, with breathtaking views from the rooms. The rooms are clean and well-designed, and the beds are comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner are delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. Every meal was a pleasure not only for the taste buds, but also for the eyes. Last but certainly not least, the staff deserve special recognition. Everyone was incredibly helpful, kind, professional, and always greeted us with a warm smile. This is a truly excellent hotel, and we can wholeheartedly recommend it.

駅近だったこと。

チェックイン前に到着し、荷物を預かっていただき外出。戻ってきたときにはの松は部屋地入れておいて欲しかった。電源コンセントの数が砂なく使いにくい場所で、スマホの充電にも工夫が必要でした。

皆さん親切でした。チェックアウトの際忘れ物をしてしまったときも、迅速に対応していただけたので、無事に受け取ることができました。 ロケーションは駅から少し遠いですが、バスやホテルの無料送迎を使えば気になりません。のんびり歩くにもいい距離です。 夜に外に出ると星が綺麗に見えますし、朝食は山を望みながら食べることができました。また、朝食はどれを食べても美味しくて満足です。 バスタブがあるのも嬉しいです。

シャワーの出し方が難しく、水圧が弱かったことと、エアコンがないこと。窓を開ければ涼しいです。

The view from the room was amazing and the location was perfect for us. They were super Pet friendly and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

スタッフが丁寧でフレンドリー。また、ディナーの際は、ホテルの女将が毎回挨拶に来てくれました。その際に、今回は８５歳の母と滞在したのですが、ユングラヨッホに母は登れないであろうということで代わりにカレンダーを下さったり、駅の送りもとても配慮して下さりました。

食事はボリュームもありよかったのですが、塩分が少し多くからかったので（特にスープ）、もう少し薄味で自分で調整できる方がいいと思いました。

اذا ما اخذت اطلاله مباشره علي الجبل لا تسكن الفندق كلامي واضح اطلاله مباشره راح يعطونك اطلاله جانبيه ارفض حتى تحصل علي اطلاله مباشره واثناء الحجز اكد عليهم في الاطلاله تكون مباشره وقريب جدا من كل الفعاليات بس المشكله نزول و الصعود ان الفندق مرتفع

The location of the hotel was on top of a hill but had an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony and the restaurant. Noice breakfast. Cozy rooms. Wonderful hotel

No air conditioner but we manage to open the door of the room it became nice. The staff was not helpful at all even when you asked and we wrote all the check in at the reception and the lady there was even not helping us.

Fantastic views. Lovely outside terrace for drinks/meals. Breakfast was exceptional - large selection of cooked food, fruit, baked goods Room was excellent. very clean and a lovely balcony with superb views of the mountains and the valley

・チェックイン時とチェックアウト時にシャトルバスが手配できること。Booking.comのチャットでグリンデルワルト駅の到着時間を伝えると、迎えに来てくれました。 ・部屋やレストラン、ロビーから見えるアイガービューがとにかく圧巻です。時間帯によって雰囲気が変わる景色をずっと眺めることができます。夜は星空も綺麗でした。 ・無料のケーキビュッフェがあります。チョコレートケーキが美味しかったです。 ・スタッフはとても親切です。チャットや受付での質問にいつも丁寧に答えてくれました。 ・夕食のコース料理が豪華です。2日間とも違うスイス料理をいただきました。 ・朝食も種類が豊富です。Morning Postでグリンデルワルトの様子を知ることができます。

・冷房はありません。8月は、午後3時〜9時頃までは特に部屋が暑く感じられるかもしれません。 私たちは冷房がないことを事前に調べていたので、国から冷却シートとハンディーファン、薄い部屋着を持って行ったところ、特に問題なく過ごすことができました。

Great location, beautiful views. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Food was fantastic with all the fine details thought off. Breakfast had a great selection with good quality produce.

No air conditioning which was very uncomfortable during our stay in August. It’s a 7min walk up a very steep road from the town, if you miss the local bus.

Everything The views are to die for, I will definitely come back for those views.. the rooms are perfectly sized nicely upgraded.. the breakfast every morning is a delight, the bread and butter very went back for several times… the dinner at the restaurant was also amazing, loved their fondue.. the shuttle service from the station was most appreciated since we were traveling with 2 kids

The walk to town is beautiful and 10 mins downhill which is not an issue going down, but while coming up if you miss the last bus be prepared for a strenuous hike in case you are no used to those..

Hotellet ligger lidt væk fra centrum oppe i tærren, med en flot udsigt. Dejligt roligt i fht centrum, gåafstand til lift og banegård. Værelse med balkon var virkelig hyggeligt, traditionel alpestil - pænt og rent. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Hundevenligt hele vejen.

The location.

My stay at Hotel Kirchbühl Superior from July 31 to August 9 was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The cleanliness was extremely poor. The bed linen appeared to be rearranged rather than properly replaced, and it had an unpleasant smell. The towels and bathrobes also smelled musty and dirty. The reception area had a very unpleasant odor, and the general cleanliness of the hotel was far below an acceptable standard. The bed was uncomfortable and constantly made loud noises, making it difficult to sleep properly. The most unacceptable incident was that while I was away from the hotel, staff entered my room and took my personal portable water spray without informing me. When I later asked where it was, they told me they had taken it because it could supposedly damage the floor. No one informed me, asked me, or left any notice. The floor was not damaged in any way. Taking a guest’s personal belongings without their knowledge is completely unacceptable. The service was equally disappointing. At checkout, staff put our luggage outside without telling me, while I was waiting in the car. On another occasion, I requested tissues and received them almost two hours later. When my wife was injured by a sharp edge on the furniture in the room and we asked for a bandage, we were told that she had to come down to reception herself to get one. To make matters worse, I was charged an additional cleaning fee at checkout that had not been clearly disclosed beforehand. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. Instead of being welcoming and helpful, some staff members came across as arrogant, dismissive, and completely uninterested in resolving legitimate guest concerns. I am not writing this review to harm the hotel. I am writing it because these things genuinely happened, and I would not want another guest to experience the same problems.

Towels only get changed if you leave them on the floor (not bathtub), body lotion (in general small offer of bathroom amenities) doesn’t get filled up, breakfast isn’t complete until 8am

On a apprécié notre séjour dans cette hôtel. Excellent emplacement face aux montagnes. Le personnel toujours disponible pour répondre à nos demandes ou questions.

房间正对雪山，适合看艾格峰，景色很好。阳台比较宽敞。床品干净舒适，酒店有免费下午茶，几样小点心。mini吧免费，有矿泉水和果汁。有免费停车场。早餐还不错。

房间的窗户没有纱窗，开窗通风时会有苍蝇飞进来

这家酒店拥有在半山坡的非常绝的窗景，可以看到几座山峰。但是除此之外，服务和早餐都不是那么完美。在这儿住了3晚，每天早餐面包都硬邦邦的，种类也很有限。去哪里都需要走下山坡，还挺累的。房间是小木屋，很大但仍然是小木屋。
