The room was not properly cleaned. A dead fly I found there was still in the room days later. Surfaces were dusty.

Air conditioning would assist

It provided value for money. I was treated right.

The staff is not very friendly. I waited for a few minutes at the gate. There was very few sachets of sugar even for one cup of coffee. Atleast 4 or 5 sachets please.

The ease of finding the place and Secure parking Reception was very accommodating for staying after Hours awaiting my arrival even after check in

I was pleasantly surprised when my room was upgraded to a room with a bathroom, free of charge. I loved that the room was so clean and that all the amenities such as a kettle and fridge was there.

I loved everything.

It was quite peaceful and quiet and that was a plus for since I was there on business.

I didn't like that they didn't include a blanket or state that there isnt one, so that one could make means.

The shower walls dirt and old soap flakes off the walls. Tiles cracked and can easily take the skin of your toes if walking barefoot. Ants and insects were sprayed, but not swept up afterwards. Refrigerator was very wobbly. Kitchen is equipped with some things, but needs more things. Like there is no steak knife or cutting knife. Limited Walls in unit bubbles up and paint coming off. Bathroom Basin drain has a blockage, water drains very slow. Fan is included, but I had to ask for it. Needs some small items, like there was no soap at basin to wash hands.

The stuff members were very kind and friendly, they made the environment feel warm as home

The kitchenette with 1 bar fridge to share with more than 4 people and the sharing of the shower. They did not allow me to enter their premises before the check in time which is 15h00. I phoned to ask if I could just bring my bags and go away and they say no entry before 15:00. I was so tired since I travelled for more than 24hours but I had to wait for 15:00 at the bus station.

I struggled getting access to the property through a call. After I drove there for over an hour twice as I got there and hooted the host was extremely rude to me.

Clean, smells good, shower was good, seamless self-checkout, generally good.

Their dog (I think husky) at midnight cries like a woman at first then only after a while you realize it's a dog. It sounded like the dog is enclosed in a small room next to mine. The dog either needed food, attention, more space/freedom. They were in my room (locked) while I was away during the day. Evidence was clean mug that I used (mixed feelings). I prefer total security and not having to count whether cash or other stuff went missing, but that's just me. Small detail(nitpick): no teaspoon for coffee, just tablespoon.

The parking is very small/tight.

I liked my room and everything.

Having 1 shower for 4 rooms and not having a kitchen. The ventilator was very cold. I'm thinking in winter, it must be worse. My host wasn't very welcoming and kind.

The bedding was dirty and when I arrived there was a plate with pizza in the microwave which shows the place was never checked or cleaned. Additionally, the second bed had vomit on it which made my whole experience disgusted. I rate this place a 0 out of 10. I would never come here again!

I loved how the environment is peaceful and all tenants are respectful to one another. I appreciated how the room had everything at service.

I think the bedding material wasnt essentially up to par but I appreciate everything else. The bedding didn't look clean but the environment was so I'm happy about that.
