Beautiful home with absolutely everything you need. Quiet street & plenty of off street parking. Definitely attention to detail. Comfortable beds. Would recommend & will stay there next time visiting Balclutha.

Love this home. This is the second time we have stayed here and it exceeded our expectations yet again.

So cosy and homely. Plus the lovely details for breakfast, milk, yogurt and even eggs were so delicious.

How clean and comfortable our accommodation was. Being supplied with eggs, milk, coffee, bread and so much more was fantastic. The beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing!

Given early access to the property was great. Being B&B everything you required for your stay was their breakfast cereals teas coffees write down to different condiments. Beds were very comfortable. View of Clutha River and bridge, close to town ship.

Nothing place was great. Recommend this stay to anyone.

A very homey place, a well-equipped kitchen with a good variety of things to eat — a real pleasure after a long drive.

Not the easiest place to identify from the road, but was totally different from my expectations New, modern bathroom and great kitchen within the much older house. A lot of food in the kitchen for breakfast and very warm property

Entrance - no signage and seems like going into a private driveway.

It was wonderful to have breakfast items provided. The house is lovely with great views, lovely bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. We were there less than 24 hours due to work but would definitely stay again, and would recommend.

Schöner Blick über die Stadt. Voll ausgestattete Küche. Es gab Instantkaffee, verschiedene Tees, im Kühlschrank waren verschiedene Marmeladen, Milch, Butter und mehr. Wirkte ein bischen als sei jemand nur kurz weggegangen. Super schönes Bad mit schöner Dusche und ein zweites WC. (Wohnung für 6Pers).

The house is a bit "vintage", but for our two night stay it was very good: large, comfortable, clean and ... super quiet! We did not meet in person, but Jodie has been very easy to communicate with and accommodating with check-in and check-out times, always very friendly!

Quite location. Easy to get into town. Jody our host was great to communicate with and went out of her to assist. The house was a little gem and extremely well stocked. Our party enjoyed the nice treats on our arrival along with fresh flowers and parsley. Great job.

Fantastic BnB, clean and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable, and a wide selection of breakfast supplies were available. I highly recommend this little retreat.

This was one of the nicest, best value for money places we stayed at and we did a whole lap of the south island. The rooms are really nicely set up and inviting. The host left us a bag of goodies (brekkie) too which was very kind. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area. I highly recommend staying here :) you'll have a bunch of room, comfy rooms and a great view of the wee town!

The fresh fruit and breakfast was very much appreciated.

It was a lovely B&B with everything I needed. The WiFi was strong, there were plenty of breakfast eats. It was comfortable and the host was friendly and welcoming.

Great little Spot. Good cooking facilities, washing machine, beds, lounge area, bathrooms. The Host left bread, milk, tea, coffee, fruit, and other items for us. Very Generous.

Everything was perfect and nothing was too much trouble for our host.

The happy smiling host Jodie made us really welcome when we arrived.The breakfast was excellent 7 different cereals to choose from as well as yoghurt, bread, margarine several spreads, heaps different teas and coffee. There was also a fruit bowl with apples bananas and oranges. Real nice to have comfortable lounge chairs to sit in Thanks Jodie

The bread/fruit platter on arrival- excellent

No hairdryer- everything else was excellent

We loved the view of Balclutha and the Clutha river, Jodie had supplied us with every thing that we could have wanted, the walk in shower was especially good. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and really felt at home. It was really convenient to explore the southern part of the south island of NZ. Jodie was a wonderful host.

We met our host Jodie, a welcome basket with bread, eggs, fruit was waiting for us as well as few items in the fridge

Our host had been thoughtful & left a bowl of fresh fruit for us along with other treats, for us to enjoy! Everything was designed for a lovely stay!

Maybe the TV could have been easier to operate - but our host & her son sorted that for us!

Clutha views was wonderfully comfortable and generous. we really needed a rest on our long trip and this place was perfect!
