Reviewed Aug 13, 2026L'appartement est joli et aménagé avec goût. La douche est super. Tout était très propre. Les explications données en amont pour le check-in sont très claires. Nous avons pu nous garer derrière la maison (gratuit de 19h-9h) sans problème. En journée, on peut se garer soit au parking P+R soit au centre commercial. Dans ce cas-là, il faut absolument réserver plusieurs heures en avance pour éviter de payer le tarif normal (se renseigner avant sur internet ou sur place). On peut ensuite facilement rejoindre le centre ville en métro.
Le canapé-lit est un peu dur mais ça passe pour 1-2 nuits. Nous étions 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants) et c'est difficile de manger à 4 puisqu'il n'y a que deux grands tabourets et un bar. Je pense que l'appartement est mieux adapté quand on voyage à deux.

Très bien situé dans Bruxelles car proche de la station de métro Roodebeek (300 m à pied puis moins de 30 min pour arriver à la station proche de la Grand Place). Très bien situé aussi par rapport à deux petits centres commerciaux. . Propriétaires sympathiques et à l'écoute.
Juste le matelas du grand lit de la chambre, un peu mou à mon goût mais j'ai le dos fragile...

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025Excellent location for transport via all methods to most parts of Brussels. The apartment was well designed, light and airy and had a view into a park. Despite being on a busy road, it was very quiet because it faced towards a park.
The pillows were too hard. We also found the stools at the breakfast bar uncomfortable. But otherwise, everything was very good.

Em ambas as camas os colchões deslizavam para o meio, fazendo que tanto na cama, como no sofá, as pessoas mesmo com uma estatura pequena e leve, escorregam uma contra a outra, no meio do colchão. De resto, tudo a funcionar em condições, apenas daria jeito um micro ondas. É perto do Metro, um bairro seguro e com boas condições, mas fica a 30 minutos do centro. Para quem quiser estar muito próximo, não é a melhor opção. Quem quiser sossego e não se importar com a deslocação, sem dúvida é um bom sitio.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2025Property amenities is superb. Property location is excellent. It is just next to the metro station Roodebeek. The locality is very residential and very relaxing. Direct bus connection is there to the airport from Roodebeek bus station. Supermarket Carrefour is just next door.
All was good. Toiletries could be provided like shower gel / shampoo.

Reviewed May 11, 2025It is clean, check in can be done also later using a key from a locker, sent instructions on how to enter were clear, view is nice, shower is great, heating works fine. Also I loved the Delhaize nearby and the fact that metro and direct connection (bus R59 de lijn) from airport zaventem are available.
Black towels (I prefer white, like at hotels, to be able to assess the cleanness, on black it is harder to tell). They were probably perfect clean but better on white. Soap that I found there in the recipient was insufficient for 2 days. Maybe there were some replenishments somewhere but did not see and also did not ask owner as when I noticed it was too late (last morning). Price. Paid 300e for 2 nights which I find very much for an Airbnb apart. Indeed was bigger than a hotel room but for 1 person it is a bit too expensive. Nevertheless I would stay again if somebody else would pay for it :-)

It wasn’t clear where to park my car at first but once I realised there was space round the back of the property it felt more secure.

For 4 people, sleeping arrangement works fine (nice bed in bedroom amd very good sofa bed in living room), issue is having breakfast for 4 people as there is no table and chairs and only 2 high chairs at the kitchen counter.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2024Located next to the Roodebeek metro stop, this artsy and cosy apartment is a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown Brussels. Sitting on the edge of a green belt running through Woluwe St.Lambert it has all you need within footsteps away: restaurants, shops, mall and a convenient 20-minute bus transfer to the airport. Beautifully designed and very well maintained with artwork on the walls and very good quality furniture, bedding, sheets and linens. Also bathroom, kitchen and a small balcony going out into a park.
Ground floor location next to the elevators and entryway/door not padded properly against outside noise makes every word uttered in the hallway resonate and clearly audible inside
