Es preocupa de l'hora que has de marxar i si pot et facilita el transport fins l'estació. L'habitació decorada espectacular, sembla que estiguis a l'antiga Xina. El pati zen molt bonic per fer-se fotos. La localització molt bona.

Una joya dentro de la zona histórica de Fenghuang, lleno de detalles que hacen la estancia muy especial. Sus habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y silenciosas. El hotel es atendido por sus propietarios y están al pendiente de cualquier necesidad o requerimiento que uno tenga.

La localización es fantástica, la decoración una pasada, si contactas con ellos te ayudarán a organizar todos los transportes y actividades que necesites.

El personal y las instalaciones es bastante viejo.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le personnel de l’hôtel, avec notre hôte qui nous a aidé dans l’organisation de notre transfert. L’hôtel est idéalement placé en plein cœur de la vieille ville de Fenguang, nichée dans une rue plus calme loin de la foule du soir. La chambre est spacieuse, idéalement aménagée avec tout le confort sur place (literie excellente par ailleurs). Le petit jardin est très reposant, et le Shiba Inu pour nous accueillir à l’entrée nous manquera beaucoup.

Nos ha gustado mucho. El hotel es precioso, con un patio increíble. Tienen vestuario tradicional que te dejan gratis si quieres hacerte fotos en el jardín. El personal muy amable, en todo momento dispuestos a ayudar. Aunque hay escaleras para algunas habitaciones ellos te ayudan a subir y bajar todo el equipaje. También, si los necesitas, te facilitan los Didis de ida y vuelta a la estación aunque hay que pagarlos. La ubicación es bastante buena porque estás prácticamente al lado del río. Hemos estado muy a gusto.

Muy cerca del área escénica...muy bien el hotel. El chico de recepción nos ayudó en todo. Te dejan trajes típicos para hacerte fotos. Nos pasó un mapa con los sitios importantes, y encima nos lo escribió en español. Lo recomendamos mucho.

Los mosquitos...pero eso no es culpa de nadie...es la naturaleza. 😃

La ubicación es perfecta y ese es su principal valor.

A ver, está bien, pero no como en las fotos. Recepción trasteada, zona de la escalera también. No tiene ascensor y alguna habitación da al patio interior muy "chino" pero otras dan a un callejón feo por lo que la terracita tiene nula utilidad. Necesita, orden y limpieza, menos trastos. El precio? Pues estás pagando la ubicación pero tampoco es un regalo para los precios de China. En definitiva, se puede ir pero no te fíes 100% de las fotos.

La ubicación, decoración y jardín

El no poder tener desayuno, aunque es por seguridad ya que es un edificio antiguo y no puede tener cocina.

Personnel, situation géographique, petite terrasse

We genuinely couldn’t fault this place. The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay, although just one night, truly memorable. On arrival, we were even given the option to choose our rooms, as one wasn’t quite ready, which meant my parents received a complimentary upgrade. Our bags were carried to and from the taxi all the way to and from the property and up the stairs, which was a lovely touch. The owner also took the time to play his instrument for us, which we really enjoyed, it added such a personal and charming element to the experience. The level of service here is exceptional, easily the best we’ve experienced during our travels through China.

Nothing at all to do with the propriety, but I think we maybe travelled during low season? The town was a bit flooded and the river was very dirty by comparison to pictures online.

Es un hotel muy rústico, y con un ambiente fenomenal. Las habitaciones está limpias y bien equipadas. Sean fue muy simpático y hospitalario, nos ayudó a encontrar restaurantes y a movernos por la zona sin perdernos. El hotel está muy bien ubicado. En el casco antiguo, pero en una zona tranquila y sin ruido.

Ubicación y servicio. En recepción nos ayudaron con excursiones y fueron muy amables. Camas cómodas y buenos servicios.

Por poner una pega, en nuestra habitación el baño tiene un espejo muy bajo. No te ves a no ser que te agaché

Loved the intact 'ancient' building feeling and room was amazing. Clean, hot water, warm aircon. Great attention to detail with art and furniture in the room. Manager was super helpful with train station pickup and drop off. Also kindly took us to the great south wall to explore! Great quiet location, no elevator only stairs as normal in the ancient town areas.

No full laundry service (only washing)

Se ofreció un servicio de desayuno que no merecía la pena por el precio adicional que pedían. Apenas medio Sandwich por persona un café y media naranja. Preferible desayunar en cualquier otro lugar.

Top, très mignon, calme absolu, literie confortable, et propre. Très proche du bord de la rivière, rue adorable! On a même eu la chance d’être upgradé je pense car l’hôtel n’était pas complet. Merci au propriétaire.

Todo me encantó: la ubicación, lo bonito que es el hotel y las habitaciones, la tranquilidad aunque está muy cerca de la zona con más jaleo, el dueño fue súper amable y nos ayudó en todo lo que le pedimos, nos recomendó sitios del pueblo... Lo recomiendo 100%.

Sens dubte el recomano, és el que esperes trobar-te quan vas a Fenghuang, una habitació amb estil tradicional, un arbre mil·lenari que et dona la benvinguda i la calidesa del personal que en tot moment t’ajuda i et recomana els millors llocs del poble antic.

Hotel typique chinois zen et au centre vieille ville

Hotel hi i así en el centro del pueblo, casa tradicional de madera que no pueden cocinar por normativa. Los dueños son muy amables y ayudan en organizar tu ruta y búsqueda de restaurantes. Habitación muy grande y cómoda. Dispones de un gran jardín con un árbol milenario donde poder relajarse

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The hotel is very peaceful. It is a great place to sleep after a day full of people, lights and noise.

compared to other places, hardly any town view. We were staying on the front, and thus did not enjoy the garden view. like many places in Fenghuang, no breakfast served for safety reasons (old houses catching fire...)

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en este hotel en Fenghuang. La ubicación es perfecta, muy céntrica para poder recorrer la ciudad cómodamente. El hotel en sí es precioso, con un estilo chino tradicional que lo hace muy especial. Nuestra habitación tenía un balcón encantador, ideal para relajarse, y además pudimos disfrutar de un jardín precioso dentro del recinto. Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado al detalle. Lo que más queremos destacar es la amabilidad de los dueños: fueron encantadores, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y a explicarnos todo con mucha paciencia y detalle, lo que hizo nuestra experiencia aún mejor. Sin duda, un lugar muy recomendable para alojarse en Fenghuang.

Hotel molto curato e pulito. Staff gentilissimo tanto da venirci a prendere e vista una cancellazione dell’ultimo minuto ha deciso di farci un upgrade in una stanza con balcone e affaccio sul cortile interno. Location impeccabile: raggiungibile comodamente dalla fermata degli autobus (200m).

Wonderful room with a beautiful terrace. They kept the old style of the town. Room was 10/10. The manager/owner provided us with indications on how to reach the hotel. He was very welcoming. He also showed a map and where to go during the night. Great positivity.

Lo primero, los dueños. Majisimos, mis ayudaron con las visitas que hacer y con los traslados. Me vistieron con un traje tradicional y me hicieron un vídeo precioso totalmente gratis. Siempre con una sonrisa. Además está genial la situación. Y es muy bonito.

Tiene mucho encanto, el jardín es bonito, la habitación era amplia y tenía una terraza muy agradable, además de cama grande y todo bien decorado. El dueño es muy simpático y hasta nos preparó un té el día de la despedida.

La cama un poco dura, pero es algo habitual en China yo creo. El aire acondicionado era un poco ruidoso, pero correcto.

What a wonderful stay we had in this Hotel. The host is the most helpful and kind person you can find, no english speaking but definitively not a problem. He helps us a lot with everything we asked (tour/taxi and so on). The hotel is near the most beautiful part of the city, if you are in this area don’t miss it.

The room was very beautiful, very large and well organised. A nice terrace has a view of the roofs. The furniture was amazing, and everything was very clean and well kept. There is also a very nice garden.

Absolutely loved my time at this amazing place. The owner of this hotel is super cool and chilled person, and this you can feel all the way through the environment of the hotel. Absolutely calm and relaxing environment. The hotel has its unique atmosphere and setting with a peaceful courtyard and a lot of traditional Chinese vintage furniture & items all over the hotel. It gives you that feeling of stepping back in time and experiencing slow paced life. And an add up bonus…you can meet two beautiful cats if they are around and cute dog. p.s thank you for a room upgrade and help with the taxi

This was a really beautiful and relaxing place to stay. We loved the garden with the music and really enjoyed our little balcony and the decoration in the hotel overall. The owner and the staff were really kind and hospitable for us and went out of their way to help make our stay really comfortable and special.

Excellent emplacement, nous avons été surclassés, chambre avec balcon, vue jardin. Magnifique. Très propre et confortable.Le jeune homme qui s'occupe de la maison est extrêmement serviable, aimable et aidant. Il nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires avant notre arrivée. La maison et les chambres ont beaucoup de charme, dans la vieille ville, mais très calme. Je recommande à 100%.

Una struttura con grande carattere che rispecchia l'anima artistica del ragazzo che la gestisce con cuore, passione e disponibilità. Stanze arredate con ottimo gusto e cura, con mobili antichi e, nel nostro caso, vista sul cortile zen con albero millenario, oltre che sulla foresta retrostante da cui al mattino arrivano i canti degli uccellini. La strada dell'hotel è pedonale e incredibilmente silenziosa e tranquilla, contando che è a due passi dalla movida scatenata del fiume e dal ponte più iconico di Fenghuang. C'è anche la possibilità di farsi un thè e di provare gli abiti tipici presenti nell'appartamento. Super consigliato agli amanti del bello!
