Reviewed Sep 3, 2026We stayed here with our family and we all LOVED it. Beautiful, comfortable rooms set within stunning landscaped gardens with 2 pools and a brilliant, friendly, health restaurant. The breakfasts were the highlight of our trip with healthy smootie bowls, pancakes, juices, eggs all included. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Luana is a very pretty small sized hotel. Breakfast was amazing. It was walkable from lots of restaurants, cafes and beach. The hotel has 2 small pools, a water server, a restaurant, scooter rental and friendly staff who support and advice guests.
We found it pricey for it's location ( little walk from the beach).

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Nous étions un groupe de 8 personnes à loger dans des bungalows séparés, deux par deux. C'était parfait ! Les chambres et salles-de-bains sont impeccables et de très bon goût. Les bassins piscine au milieu sont joliment aménagés et très agréables pour y nager. Le coin café pour y prendre le petit-déjeuner et d'autres repas est très joli, accessible aussi bien pour les résidents de Luana que les personnes externes. Enfin, le personnel et très amical et aux petits soins. Merci Yudi et Yuni pour votre accueil et d'avoir contribué à la réussite de notre séjour ! PS : Le resort est aussi très situé et il est très facile d'aller en scooter vers les belles plages de Selong Belanak, Lancing/Tampah et Mboizz.

Morda je za indonezijske razmere cena dokaj visoka, ampak standard ustreza ceni, vsaj za evropske razmere. Izjemen kontrast med urejenostjo v nastanitvi in neurejenostjo v vasi do plaže.

Le service n'est pas à la hauteur du prix de l'hôtel. Le personnel n'est pas attentif, beaucoup d'erreurs (petit déjeuner oublier, erreurs dans les commandes).

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Wir haben im 4 Bettzimmer übernachtet, das sehr gemütlich und ziemlich groß war. Die Dusche war toll und das Frühstück einfach wunderbar. Es ist eine tolle, kleine Anlage mit wunderschönem Garten und vor allen Dingen hat mir der Pool sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war super freundlich, aufmerksam hilfsbereit und immer am lächeln. Jederzeit wieder!!!

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Even though the villa has expanded since 2025, it still offers plenty of space and privacy for everyone, even at full capacity. The atmosphere remains peaceful, relaxed, and very chill.
The Wi-Fi was somewhat unreliable, frequently cutting in and out, so it wasn’t ideal for getting computer work done. The cleaning could also have been more attentive. Dirty dishes were often left by the pool and on the balcony, and an ashtray with cigarette butts remained by the pool for several days. These are small details, but paying closer attention to them would make the overall experience even better.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Really nice freshly renovated rooms. We loved the food, the pools and the whole concept. The AC was very new and didn‘t make any noise. The included breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. They had a good laundry service with good prices. The hotel rents scooters, but they didn‘t tell us that the scooter rental is not for 24 hours like in the most rental places, so we had to pay a whole day even though we left at 9 AM.
- After 4 nights we upgraded our room to a more expensive one but it was very noisy (next to staff room) and there was no place to put our towels. The cheaper room is way nicer! - We wanted to pay our bill and the card payment didn‘t work. We had to go to ATM and withdrawal a very huge amount and had to pay 400k ATM fees in total (20€). Things like this happen, but i think a good hotel should at least offer a free drink or something.

Lo único a comentar desde mis gustos y preferencias es que el agua caliente en nuestra habitación duraba para una sola persona.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Honestly guys... It's a no-brainer! What you get for the money is insane. Everything was perfect - including the staff, our bungalow, the two pools and also the food & drinks. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. It's nice and quiet and if you wanna have a bit more action - rent a cheap motorbike and spend a couple of hours at Kuta. Breakfast didn’t tend to start til about 8am, which only matters if you want to do something early in the morning. It is about a 20-30 minute motorbike ride from Kuta, if staying there you probably need to hire some form of transport to get around.

Alargamos nuestra estancia un día más, y quizá repitamos de nuevo en unos días. El restaurante es genial, platos ricos y muy bien de precio. La habitación es grande con un baño decorado al detalle. He viajado por indonesia mucho y este es uno de los lugares que recordaré. Os mandaré los vídeos con el dron cuando regrese a España o quizá os vuelva a ver ;). Muchísimas gracias ☺️

C’est un véritable havre de paix, situé à seulement 2 minutes de la célèbre plage de Selong Belanak. L’hôtel est extrêmement réactif et vous aide pour toutes vos demandes (transferts, location de scooter, activités,...). Nous avons adoré nos 5 jours sur place et le recommandons les yeux fermés. Mention spéciale au personnel, qui est aux petits soins et contribue grandement à rendre le séjour encore plus agréable
Il est peut-être un peu excentré pour certaines personnes, étant situé à 25 minutes du centre de Kuta

There were a lot of mosquitoes at the property when I was there, and I sometimes felt quite isolated being so far out. However, if you rent a scooter, I think you'll have a better time.

Amazing rooms, beautifully fitted, lovely bathroom, comfy beds, swing chair on the terrace. The restaurant was exceptional. The staff were brilliant and arranged everything for us (bike hire and airport transfers). The pools were clean and the gardens were immaculate.

The amenities are incredible, the breakfast (which is included btw) is delicious and there is so much variety. The staff are so so nice and helpful shout out to Yudi! Really a gorgeous stay.

I also left my headphones there when we travelled to another destination, I soon realised and then the wonderful team helped to locate them and posted them to my new location free of charge! I’m so grateful for their kindness and help - they are a wonderful team and amazing hosts!
Nothing! We had the odd power cut because it was a storm, but they got everything (including wifi) back up and running within minutes - very well prepared!
