Besonders gut war die Fahrrad Nutzung und der Wasserspender in der Villa. Mehrere Villen mit eigenem Zugang.

We hebben genoten van dit fijne plekje in Selong Belanak. Heerlijk zwembad, twee fijne slaapkamers met eigen (buiten)badkamer en nog een aparte woonkamer met keuken. Dichtbij het strand, en fijn dat je met de fietsen overal zo kunt zijn. Leuke eetgelegenheden in de buurt en vriendelijk personeel. Kortom, wij hebben genoten en hadden nog wel langer kunnen blijven!

Die Villa war wunderschön eingerichtet und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel. Die gesamte Anlage war schön. Wir durfen uns kostenfrei Fahrräder ausleihen und waren damit binnen kurzer Zeit beim schönen Strand Selong Belanak und bei den umliegenden Restaurants. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war die schönste Unterkunft bei unserer Rundreise.

Tout était génial ! Les chambres étaient super propres et confortables, la piscine était géniale et nous avons adoré avoir 4 vélos à notre disponibilité pour nos déplacements. Pandan Villas a été notre meilleur logement à Lombok !

Our family loved staying at this place so much we did not want to leave. We had a two-bedroom villa, consisting of 2 spacious bedrooms, a very comfortable outdoor dining and living area and a private pool which was amazing. Our kids loved the toys they provided to play at the villa and on the beach. The villas are close to the beach (only a 5min bicycle ride) and restaurants/shops. The bicycles that were provided for free had baby and child seats, which made it really easy for us to move around. On top of that, Denny and the whole staff were extremely friendly and helpful. When we talked about our surfing experiences, they gave us some old bodyboards to try out - this was so thoughtful and the absolute highlight for our kids.

Отличная вилла и отличное расположение. Место тихое, даже утренней молитвы из мечети не слышно. До местных лавок с продуктами 5 минут пешком или две минуты на велосипеде (прилагаются к вилле). До пляжа минут 10 пешком, там же магазин с алкоголем и всякими снэками. Кухня хорошая, все есть для приготовления. 2 спальни отличные, в каждой своей туалет и душ. Шампунь, гель для душа, body lotion супер классные. Кондиционеры в спальнях на кровать не дуют. Патио где кухня классное, диван удобный, вентилятор потолочный отлично там работает. В бассейне вода циркулирует все время, бассейн прохладный. Плита газовая хорошо работает, холодильник большой, кулер с водой, холодная, горячая, воду приносят новую по мере потребления. Denny очень классный парень, на связи в Whatsapp оперативно, на месте подскажет и расскажет обо всем. Сам пляж хороший, десяток местных клубов обучают новичков серфингу, занимаются от 5 до 75 лет. Однозначно рекомендую !

Besides beach and great pizza nearby, not much to do in area. But villa made up for it!

We had a wonderful stay at Pandan Villas. The villa was spacious, private and beautifully designed, and the pool was fantastic and much bigger than we had expected. Overall, it was perfect set up for our family of four – we didn’t want to leave!

The only downside is that it’s a bit far to comfortably walk to the beach with kids. That said, you can easily rent a scooter from the villas, and there are complimentary bikes available – though the rocky roads might make riding them a little challenging.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Pandan Villas as a family of four (two adults and our kids aged 13 and 9). The villa layout was perfect for us — both en suite bedrooms were very comfortable, and the master bedroom having a smart TV was a big bonus, especially for relaxing evenings with Netflix for the kids. The outdoor living area was spacious and inviting, and the kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of utensils, making it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to stay in. One of our favorite parts was the swimming pool and loungers — ideal for cooling off and unwinding after a day at the beach. The complimentary bicycles were also a fantastic touch; we used them daily for quick 5-minute rides to the beach and for heading out to nearby restaurants in the evenings. Jo and his team were incredibly helpful and always available whenever we needed anything, which really made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience — we’d absolutely love to return!

Just what a villa in Lombok should be. Clean, well presented and comfortable. The pool is perfect and the staff are excellent.

Labai patiko ši vila – turėjome privatų baseiną, du kambarius ir pilnai įrengtą virtuvę, erdvės pakako, aplinka apsupta žalumos ir tvarkinga, todėl poilsis buvo jaukus, patogus ir ramus.

Lokacija nėra labai arti jūros, reikia paeiti, o tai nėra didelis minusas, bet ir ne privalumas, taip pat tvarkai reikėtų skirti daugiau dėmesio, nes valoma paviršutiniškai, nevaloma po lovomis ar gultais, per ilgesnį laiką tai jaučiasi, be to, buvo nemalonus nesusipratimas su masažiste, kuri dėl savininko pastabų išsigando ir išėjo, nors tokios paslaugos šioje vietovėje yra įprastos, taip pat kai kurios vilos vietos jau atrodo šiek tiek nusidėvėjusios ir galėtų būti atnaujintos.

We were 2 couples and so enjoyed our stay at Pandan Villas. Beautiful 2 bedroom villa with lots of room and excellent service. This villa was excellent value. Nice and quiet and the service was especially great. The villa provides a grocery service with prompt delivery. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Had to think about that! I guess the local road leading to villa could be improved but that is certainly not the villa’s responsibility.

Die Unterkunft ist fantastisch. Der private Pool und die Einrichtung sind wunderbar. Das Personal und der Service, wie auch die Sauberkeit - einfach top. Der Manager wie auch das Team sind super hilfsbereit wenn man etwas braucht. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Pandan Villa. Besten Dank.

Absolutely wonderful. Loved staying here. Just as described. It was rainy season and we had several days of rain virtually all day and this was a very comfortable place to hold up for a while. The pool was fabulous. It’s a great depth. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

O alojamento está muito bem cuidado e decorado. Providenciam atividades para fazer nas imediações e bicicletas gratuitas (o que é muito necessário para aquela área). Gostei do cuidado em terem deixado uma boa na piscina, divertimo-nos muito com ela :) O preço - qualidade é bom. Os funcionários muito simpáticos.

O alojamento está próximo da praia de selang mas para todas as outras áreas é necessário transfer... por isso, requer algum planeamento . Recomendo este local para uma estadia curta e para grupos de amigos/ amantes da natureza porque é um bocadinho isolada.

Så otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Dedi fixade allt, bara att skriva till honom. Ägaren också väldigt trevlig. Städningen var mycket bra. En nästan nybyggd villa som var så fin. Ett lyxigt boende. Lugnt och skönt. Kunde låna cyklar gratis på boendet. En kort cykeltur på 6 minuter till en fin strand. Massor av fina stränder runtomkring om man hyrde scooter. Lätt att köra här, inte så mycket trafik. Boendet fixade allt, vi behövde inte ens hämta scootrarna. Inte var det dyrt heller. Många bra restauranger runtomkring.

Modern, clean, and had everything we needed for our family of 4. Dedi, Jo, and all the staff were amazing and super helpful.

Couldn't recommend this place enough! You're a short 7 min bike ride (the Villa provides bikes free of charge) from Selong Belanak where you'll find plenty of beach side restaurants (highly recommend Laut Biru) and surfing schools, and a 5 min ride from the main strip where you'll find mini marts and more restaurants. Joe, the owner, is great and very knowledgeable (been in Lombok over 13 years) and Dedi (site manager) was super helpful if you need a car or any recommendations. They even threw in free sodas and snacks for the kids! The 2 bedroom Villa had ample space for my family (me, wife + 1 x kid) and could probably fit 2 x families if each only had 1 x kid. The pool is good enough to cool down in and the living/kitchen is spacious enough that you're not stepping on each other. Excellent value for money!

The bikes are a little dated and weathered but we didn't have any issues with them at all. More an observation than a complaint.

Úžasný pobyt ve vesničce Selong Belanac. Krásná příroda. Uvolněná atmosféra. Skvělé, čisté a moderní ubytování. K pobytu možnost využít kola zdarma. V blízkosti možnost dobrého jídla. Do ubytování jsme se dostali čirou náhodou a bylo to skvělé. Doporučujeme a děkujeme ubytování za milé přijetí 😊

The villas are spotless. Rooms are spacious and beds comfy. Kitchen is well kitted out, lounge area comfortable and the pool ideal for quiet relaxing. Staff is incredibly helpful.

Perfect private villas: spotless, modern, comfortable, fully equipped. Wonderfull private pool. Quiet and convenient location, close to the beach and many restaurants. Most importantly, service above expectations! Transfers, motorbike rental, nanny service - everything arranged by the lovely team.

Only good things to say! The staff were lovely and helped us to organise taxis as we didn't have scooters. The bikes were great to get around the town. The rooms were clean and very comfortable.

The bikes could do with a bit of maintenance but otherwise no issues.

The staff was amazing and villa is just like you would hope for in Bali. Loved the outdoor kitchen/living room, open air showers and private pool courtyard. Super attentive to our needs and great pizza and chinese dumplings within walking distance. The staff even set us up with scooters for a great price and had them delivered to the villa. Loved it!

We spent a week at this beautiful villa. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Villa was clean and has everything we needed. The distance to the beach is so close from the villa. We would definetily love to come back to stay at Pandan Villa again.

Todo es fantástico!!! Es espectacular: la decoración indonesia maravillosa, la piscina ideal y salada, las habitaciones espaciosas cada una con su baño amplios y con todos los complementos. Las camas enormes y cómodas. La limpieza perfecta. La cocina equipadísima con fuente de agua potable, nevera y todo para cocinar, eso sí, no hay microondas. La sala con sofá amplio, luz natural y mesa y sillas preciosas. Y la piscina rodeada de plantas autóctonas y palmeras. Te dan ganas de no moverte de allí. También tienes a tu disposición bicicletas para moverte por el pueblo. La ubicación excelente, en un sitio tranquilo y apartado, pero cerca de todo, eso sí con coche. Y la playa, fantástica. Y por último, el personal maravillo! La encargada fantástica, te espera a la llegada, te lo enseña todo y te orienta sobre restaurantes, la playa, etc, muy, muy, bien. Y el dueño que vino a saludarlos varias veces también muy bien. Así cómo el personal de la noche que siempre estaba atento a cuando salíamos y llegábamos con el coche. Cuando volvamos a Lombok, será nuestro destino, seguro!

The villa was fabulous. We stayed at week and commuted to the motogp. Our villa was a two bedroom with private pool. It was clean and comfortable. There was a great restaurant next door and others in easy walking distance. What a bonus to be able to get some basic food to purchase for breakfast. We hired drivers through the villa and they were all excellent. There was free bicycles to get down to the beach. Joe the owner was fantastic and the staff (thankyou dede) were so helpful and quick to answer any queries. My husband and I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend the villas to anyone wanting to stay in this location.

Upea, uusi ja siisti villa rauhallisella alueella. Polkupyörät kuuluvat villan hintaan, mutta lisäksi skootterin vuokraus onnistui loistavasti majoituksen puolesta. Majoituspaikan isännälle iso plussa, erittäin hyvää palvelua! Paikalle saapuessa kertoi hyvin lähialueesta ja palveluista. Pyykinpesu -palvelu onnistui todella helposti. Allas puhdas, vesiautomaatista sai juomavettä. Villalle toimittaa lähiravintola myös ruokaa. Aamupalaa ei ole, mutta majoituksesta löytyy hyvät puitteet sen valmistamiseen. Rannalle lyhyt matka pyöräillä. Kaikenkaikkiaan paras villa, jossa Indonesian matkallamme yövyimme.

This stay is very very nice. Nicer than our usual go to accommodation while traveling. However it was a much needed quiet space after sleepless nights at loud Tetebutu. This was the perfect rest stop and ultra comfortable. Great food around the area via bicycle. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Pandan Villas. Our time there was far too short and we would have happily stayed for longer. Joe, the owner, met us when we first arrived. He was really friendly, took us around the villa which was gorgeous! Modern, clean and very comfortable with everything that you could possibly need. The villa is about a 10 minute easy walk to the fabulous Selong Belanak beach & about 5 minutes to the town where there are restaurants & cafes, a perfect location. Next time we come we will definitely stay for longer. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Pandan Villa. Da wir nach 22 Uhr anreisten und zu dieser Zeit kein Restaurant mehr geöffnet hatte, wurden wir bereits vor der Anreise gefragt, ob man uns Pizza besorgen und in die Villa stellen solle. Einfach ein rundum Blick für alles! Direkt am ersten Morgen wurden wir herzlich von Joe und seiner Ansprechpartnerin Naila begrüßt und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Villa war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt. Auch das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass wir die kostenlosen Fahrräder nutzen konnten, mit denen der Strand in wenigen Minuten erreichbar war. Joe hat sich großartig um unsere Kinder gekümmert und ihnen Bodyboards und Bälle zur Verfügung gestellt – ein Highlight für die ganze Familie! Außerdem hatte er immer eine passende Empfehlung für Ausflüge, Restaurants oder Aktivitäten parat und war jederzeit an unserem Wohl interessiert. Wir können die Pandan Villa absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an Joe, Naila und das gesamte Team für die unvergessliche Zeit!

Tout est parfait! Le logement 2 chambres climatisé, la piscine privée, les services offerts (vélo, bodyboard, lavage, etc). La plage de Selong belanak accessible à pied. Pleins de très bons restos tout près. Nos 2 coup de cœur bouffe sont le Three Sisters pour ses dumplings incroyables et le Driftwood café pour le déjeuner exceptionnel. Les hôtes sont très réceptifs lorsque nous avons des questions et peuvent vous organiser des transports, location scooter ou activités.

Literally the best place in the world. It couldn't have been any better. Lovely rooms, pool, location, and Joe the owner or manager literally woke up at 4:30 am when we had to leave early to catch a taxi to make sure the taxi showed up on time and that we headed out on time. What a guy. This place is a gem, you'd be lucky to stay here.

Located in the heart of Selong Belanak, just a few minutes from the beach, the villa is fantastic. Spacious, comfortable, and peaceful… Joe is a great host — let him guide you, he has plenty of excellent tips. Highly recommended.

I have nothing negative to say.

We had a wonderful stay at Pandan Villas. The villa is beautiful and the swimming pool is amazing. Our two year old daughter loved it. There were also toys for her to play with. So that was great! Joe is a friendly guy and he made us feel very welcome. He even provided a car seat for the taxi for our daughter. We stayed for only three nights but we could have definitely stayed longer at this wonderful place!

We loved everything, the place is amazing! Two bedrooms, a private pool, and plenty of space to relax. A special shout-out to Jo, the best host anyone could ask for. He was incredibly kind and helped us with everything we needed. I 100% recommend staying here, and if I ever come back to Lombok, I wouldn’t think twice about returning!

Absolutely superb.The whole design of the villa and everything in it was outstanding. The villa is spacious, very comfortable beds, great water pressure in the showers, and all the lovely little touches made it feel like home. You can tell a lot of thought and care has gone into it to make it a relaxing and comfortable stay. It was so nice to relax by the pool and hang out at the villa but also very close to the beach and restaurants so we could go out an explore on a whim. The staff are very friendly and kind and do an amazing job. Thank you so much for making our holiday so special!

We stayed at Pandan Villas for four days and we highly recommend the place! Excellent location close to the beach with good amenities around the property. We highly recommend the local food market 200m walking at the main road. The host is very helpful, communicative and delivers a great overview of what to do in the area upon arrival. The villas are well-equipped and the pool is clean. Overall a great experience and if we would come back to the area we would definitely book again!

Close to the beach and restaurants without being too close. Very comfortable villa

The house is beautiful and perfectly located so close to the beach. It is fully equipped and there is restaurants around that you can reach out to for breakfast or lunch or dinner which was very convenient. The bikes were great and Joe was literally the best host we could ask for. We had an emergency in the middle of the night and he came to help us immediately: thanks again Joe, much appreciated!

We hadn’t realized that the rooms do not connect on the inside so we both slept with one of our kids in separate rooms.

Very cosy, modern villa with a swimming pool, open kitchen and living room, two bedrooms. Joe helps with everything, can advise places around. Location is good, next to a good beach, where you can swim or surf. Actually it’s the best beach for having beginner surf classes. Joe gives bikes which you can use to get around. Beach, cafes are within a short ride.

We'd like to thank Jo and the staff who made our stay perfect. The property is large, well appointed with a very well equipped kitchen, beautiful pool and great bedrooms. The location is ideal- easy walk to both 'town' and the beach. The property is on a charming country lane. Jo is very knowledgeable and helpful. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Our experience at this villa was nothing short of exceptional. The property is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, and it’s fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The complimentary bikes were a thoughtful touch. Joe and his team were amazing hosts. Joe went above and beyond to assist us with everything — from arranging motorbikes within 10 minutes to answering all our questions and providing excellent recommendations. We’ve never had such attentive and helpful hosts. A big thank you to Joe and his team! The location is also perfect — just minutes from the beach. We visited several beaches in Lombok, and Selong Belanak stood out as the best. It’s clean, with no trash, great local warungs, and friendly people. Highly recommend this villa and the area!

Great villa with beautiful interiors and exteriors, lovely host Joe and his talented staff made sure we had a great holiday in Selong Belanak. 🤗 Free bikes and even fitted with a seat for our youngest at the back. Lovely pool and private garden with a fantastic outdoor shower after a day at the beach ⛱️ They even had free drinking water and a smoothie blender that we used to make nice refreshments. In all a great place for a relaxing holiday, thanks Joe & Co!!

We are from the USA and absolutely loved the Pandan Villas and Joe! Location was central yet quiet, near many great restaurants and beaches. Plus Joe had many "top pick" recommendations for us to check out around the island.

Beautiful villa. Even better than the pictures! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect with a quick walk or bike ride to the beach or the surrounding restaurants. The owner and team there were also very helpful.

Had a fantastic stay at Pandan Villas. The villa was beautiful with private pool and outdoor kitchen and living area. Bedrooms with AC were extremely clean and comfortable with spacious bathrooms. With free bikes available for everyone, the trip to the beach is very convenient. Less than 5 mins. Joe was extremely helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed as well as arranging for things like scooter rentals.

We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our stay in Lombok, which was also our last accommodation in Indonesia before flying back to Spain. The villa felt like heaven, even better than expected. Jo made us feel very welcome from the first minute. He explained everything well, gave us excellent advice during our stay, and supported us in everything we needed. This place is a gem and Joe makes it even more special by being very welcoming, helpful and taking care of all the small details. Perfect place to relax and stay away from the touristy places in Lombok.

Stunning place, everything to a high standard.

The Pandan Villas are very new and stylish and thoughtfully equipped. Joe the owner - a very nice and helpful guy - literally thought of everything. Families with kids will find kids toys, floaties for the pool, even beach toys and beach hats ;). Bikes with baby seats are also complimentary. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can think of and more and Joe supplies you with local food like organic eggs, butter and cheese if you want to. We absolutely loved staying here and hopefully will come back one day :)

We liked everything.

Joe has created an amazing little oasis in the heart of Selong. He truly went above and beyond with toys and games for our kids and bikes to use for free throughout our stay. We stayed in a number of villas across Lombok and this was by far our favourite.

The villa was perfect for our stay. It is clean, beautifully furnished, and close to the beach and some restaurants. As a family, we appreciated all of the extra touches like the kid's cot, high chair, car seat, toys, and bike seat. Joe is a fantastic host who goes out of his way to make sure you have what you need. We will be back.

FYI the area is fairly quiet, with a handful of restaurant options and no supermarket. We organised groceries in advance, which Joe also helped us to purchase.

Selong Belanak has the most beautiful beach which is a ten minute walk from the villa down country lanes and beautiful fields of water buffalo, or there are bicycles to use. There are also lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The villa itself has two very comfortable double rooms with en-suites, part outdoors. We loved how the property was stocked with tea bags, decent coffee, and a well stocked mini bar at a good price. It was lovely to lie on the sunbeds during the day and relax by the pool, and the outside shower was great after the beach with two very sandy children!! The villa also has all the menus from local restaurants for dining in, and they all deliver. Joe also arranged a hire car for us one day when we wanted to go off exploring. We’ve stayed in a lot of good villas in Indonesia and this is definitely one of the best. Highly recommended.

Loved everything about it.

We stayed for a week with our family (2 kids aged 1 and 3). at Pandan Villas. Joe made sure there was a nice babybed and chair. The space was very nice: hip design (all locally made); very comfortable and clean (cleaned every day). Joe is happy to help with organising taxi, scooter, cars and nice tips where to go. When our son needed some medical advice, they made sure there was a doctor within 15 min. The location now also has bikes that you can use to bike around Selong and go to the beach. The location is also great: beach around the corner, nice restaurants nearby. We loved Selong beach which is great for families, and for surfers (beginners). We were sad to leave.

Super nice villa with pool. It’s clean and well equiped. Mister Joe is very helpful and can arrange anything for you. The mini bar has drinks and snacks. Location is close to the beach of Selonok Belanak and a few nice restaurants. Our stay was so relaxing.

Nothing. I would not reccommend walking back from beach or restaurant to the villa in the dark because it’s a dirt road and no street lights. For us this was not a problem because we rented scooters. Also the villa offers peddle bikes for free

Joe made our stay easy. From the time we arrived, we have an airport transfer arranged as the villa is a little secluded. Villa is exactly what it looks like in photos, almost brand new. The villa is clean with a long list of amenities provided for and it is cleaned daily. Staying with children could be challenging, but Joe made sure we got all help we needed. Fresh milk, oats and infant chair (brand new) are provided for free. That shows the amount of thought he puts in to ensure his guests are well taken care of. He also recommended us places to eat as well as negotiating prices for us for car rental. On the day we check out, he took onto himself to drive us to our lunch spot. The children love the warm pool and we could actually stay in all day.

Villa is bright, brand new and great. Decorated with taste and around a very welcomed swimming pool. Super quiet and good option for families, with restaurants nearby. And on top, A super friendly host Joe who has lots of good advices. Only wish I could have stayed longer.

Omg this place is awesome! We are 5 months into a world trip and this is hands down the best place we have stayed in so far. Just book it. You wont be disappointed.It's absolute luxury for the price. Built by a Australian to western standards it''s nearly new and beautifully finished with tasteful local decor. The private pool is fabulous, I don't think the photos do it justice. Everything has been thought of - the kitchen has a proper fridge and a brilliantly cold freezer. There is an on tap water machine you can get boiling hot water for your tea or coffee or cold water plus milk is in the fridge all free of charge. Everything u need in a kitchen is there, they even have a smoothie maker which got a workout while we were there. Nice touches like moisturizer and tissues in the bedrooms, a safe, swimming towels as well as bath towels all make this accomodation top notch.loved the indoor outdoor bathroom - super clean plus the shower is amazing! Plenty of hot water and great pressure. The simple things make all the difference right? A smart TV has just been installed in one of the rooms too so we logged into Netflix and had two family movie nights while we were there. Joe, the owner, is super helpful and even provides free bicycles to use to get around. There are a number of great restaurants easy cycling or walking distance and many of them even deliver to your door if u fancy. The beach is a short cycle/ walk away and surf lessons were NZ$15 an hour - way cheaper than Thailand. This is one of the most relaxing enjoyable places we have ever stayed, and we travel a lot so this is high praise. Perfect set up for families or two couples with the two bedrooms. Would love to come back.
