The staff where super friendly especially Xu

The staff were friendly. The room was modern and very clean. The lady who did the Chinese Tea Culture experience was very informative. Nice pool area (you have to pay for hair covers).

Breakfast was terrible. Not many western options and the quality was very average. The breakfast room is in the Chinese restaurant, decor is old, cutlery was held in a warming fridge, and you left breakfast smelling like the restaurant! We ate at the Western restaurant the first night as there isn’t much around the hotel and being vegetarian, finding suitable meals was very hard in this town. I ordered the only veg option- the Cheese Pizza. That was terrible, base barely cooked, could tell it was straight from the freezer. My husband had the Tomahawk steak, which was ok but quite small. The lifts were also terribly dirty. Quite surprising since the housekeeping in the rooms was great!

La localisation de l’hôtel est excellente à moins de 10 minutes en navette depuis l’hôtel, pour le parc national de Zhangjiajie ainsi que la hulong cave. Nous étions avec notre bébé et le staff a été formidable et pleins d’attention. Nous avons également apprécié l’expérience de la découverte du thé meicha, dont nous repartons avec quelques sachets, il faut goûter ce substitut de the !

The rooms were amazing! So modern and luxurious. The best pillows I’ve ever slept on. The staff were so nice and helpful. I loved that there was a laundry facility to use. The pool area was very nice and perfect to take a swim on a hot day. The food we ordered for dinner was delicious every time. We loved being able to have room service as well.

There was nothing we didn’t like but some small improvements could be to the gym. Some more equipment and weights would have been great to use. And the breakfast was very nice especially the eastern options but the western options could be improved a little bit. Maybe different egg options on different days. One day fried eggs, the next day scrambled eggs. And possibly cook the bacon a little longer so it’s crispier. But overall the breakfast was great! We always left full and happy.

I for one preferred the quiet location, but if you want to be in the buzz of the Wulingyuan city center, have in mind this is 10 minutes Didi ride far.

Everything was perfect, rooms are impeccable and big, staff is very kind and helpful, transfers to the national park are seemless and the breakfast buffet is very varied. Clearly incredible value for money as you are completely taken care of from beginning to end.

The only comment we had was the smell coming from the restaurant, which was very strong in the elevators and on clothing afterwards. Probably just a ventilation fix in the restaurant.

The staff were very responsive; Tingting made an effort to speak English with us and was always smiling. The rooms are large and comfortable.

Don't expect an unobstructed view of the mountains; right in front of the window, there is a major road, a parking and a basketball court with large floodlights—details that don't appear in the Booking photos.

Wonderful hotel, nice, very clean, and beautiful rooms, comfortable beds. The hotel had laundry for the guests to use it. Hotel has delicious Chinese restaurant and western restaurant options too, which my kids really appreciated. Breakfast was very rich with many Chinese dishes, plus some western options like egg, bacon, popcorn chicken, croissant, fruits. Wonderfuly kind and helpful staff and lady owner. My gratitude to the wonderful stay.

El hotel es tal y como aparece en las habitaciones. Acogedor y confortable. Cerca del parque, el hotel Tiene servicio de transfer a la puerta este. Buen desayuno con variedad internacional y china. Personal muy amable y atento. Tuve un problema con mi pasaporte, lo olvidé en el aeropuerto y el chico de recepción (Fu Dong Xu) fue muy atento con nosotros y nos ayudó a solucionarlo, habla inglés. Nos atendió en todo momento, e incluso fuera de su horario laboral. Lili, nos ayudó por WhatsApp con las entradas al parque y las reservó. En general, nos gustó mucho la estancia y las instalaciones. También cenamos una noche allí y todo estaba muy bueno. Unos 100 yuanes en Didi desde el aeropuerto. Lo recomendamos

Great location especially with young ones, they can play basketball, soccer, bat mitten across the rd which my elder sons enjoyed playing and my grandson. Très bel établissement avec de très grandes et belles chambres. La présence de la piscine est un plus.

L’hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre ville. Obligé de prendre un DiDi le soir pour sortir. Très joli buffet pour le petit déjeuner mais plutôt typé chinois. Pas trop de choix sucré pour les occidentaux.

Wij vonden de meeste medewerkers van de receptie niet echt vriendelijk. En dat drukte een negatieve stempel op de sfeer van het op zich leuke hotel. Ze helpen wel, maar niet van harte. Ook was t heel chaotisch bij de receptie. Drie medewerkers zijn tegelijk bezig met een vraag van één gast. Omdat ik zelf Chinees spreek, werden wij geholpen door de cheffin (die geen Engels spreekt), maar mijn dochter spreekt geen Chinees dus voor uitleg over het National Park en het indelen van de dagen was t leuker als dat in t Engels had gekund. De laatste dag kozen we voor de tea experience. Kregen we weer de cheffin toegewezen. Deze was in de lobby en ze bleef maar om zich heen kijken om de boel in de gaten te houden. Op een gegeven moment stapte ze ook zonder iets te zeggen op om iets op te lossen achter de schermen en ze liefs ons gewoon zitten met de tea experience. Wat ook een nadeel is, is dat er in de buurt geen restaurantjes liggen. Het hotel zelf had alleen een kleine westerse menukaart. Geen Chinese gerechten beschikbaar op de dagen dat wij er waren.

I had a great stay at the Sanhe Hotel! The room was very nice and spotlessly clean. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

The only downside is the location: while it is great for visiting the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, it is quite far from the city center.

the family room is super two room separate, very nice and clean. the swimming pool is big and nice inside the residence building.

the other room is king size bed , the decoration is nice, Morden , good space and clean. but there is one thing about the smell, hotel tried to solve the problem, but the smell still there.

Nothing, everything was perfect

The hotel is very well located, only about a 10-minute drive from the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. They offer a free pick-up and drop-off service – just message them about 15 minutes in advance. This is extremely convenient for visiting the park. They also booked our National Park tickets for us in advance via WeChat, and we simply paid at the hotel when we arrived. They even managed to get us a discounted price, which was perfect. This is particularly useful as park tickets require you to book a specific one-hour entry time slot (for example, 8–9am). The staff are very kind and helpful. Their English is limited, but they really try to help, and communication via WeChat is easy and responsive. The hotel itself is very recent and in excellent condition. The rooms are large, modern and very well equipped. There is also a very convenient free laundry area on the top floor/rooftop, with washing machines, free detergent and drying racks. Several nice extras are included: free afternoon tea with fruit and snacks, a tea tasting experience, and traditional local costumes that guests can try on for free. The swimming pool is also free but is located about a 5-minute walk away within the residential complex. You need to get an access tag from reception, and swimming caps are compulsory (the hotel provides them). One thing to be aware of is that the hotel is located within a larger residential complex where several buildings and common areas are unfinished or abandoned. The hotel building itself is completely finished and modern, but some advertised facilities are not really usable: the children's playground is unfinished and the fitness area/equipment is in poor condition. Overall, a very good stay, with spacious modern rooms, friendly staff and especially convenient access to the National Park.

They had forgotten to put bathrobes in our room for going to the swimming pool. No view from the room (because our configuration was only view on the back)

L’hotel purtroppo non rispecchia pienamente quanto presentato sul sito. Gli ambienti comuni non erano particolarmente curati né puliti; nei corridoi era presente un odore sgradevole e nella hall si sentiva spesso un forte odore di fritto proveniente dal ristorante dove viene servita la colazione. La colazione offre inoltre pochissima scelta per chi preferisce il dolce. Il personale della reception è stato gentile, ma abbiamo riscontrato una certa mancanza di preparazione e di chiarezza nel fornire informazioni e assistenza. Abbiamo acquistato direttamente tramite l’hotel i biglietti per alcune attrazioni: abbiamo apprezzato che ci abbiano contattati prima dell’arrivo per organizzarne l’acquisto, ma al momento della consegna non ci è stata fornita alcuna spiegazione o indicazione utile su come utilizzarli o su come organizzare le visite. Nel complesso, considerando come l’hotel viene presentato online, ci aspettavamo un livello di servizio e di cura maggiore.

- staff were soooo nice and so so helpful, honestly a big big thank you too them - arranged our transport to the airport and to the national park - really helped us with booking our tickets to the attractions that we wanted to go to (we are really grateful for this)

The hotel was amazing. Rooms were exactly as in the pictures. All staff were super welcoming and helpful. They helped us organize everything for our sightseeing — from buying all the tickets and arranging private guides to organizing private transfers. Everything was taken care of for us, which made our trip so easy and stress-free. The owners also made an amazing traditional tea ceremony for us and treated us with next-level hospitality. We truly felt like guests, not just customers, and it made our stay truly unforgettable.

Our stay at the SANHE Hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms are modern, clean, and have super comfy beds. The staff are friendly, the free laundry facilities are a great bonus, and the park shuttle is convenient (though a DiDi ride is only 8 Yuan anyway).

The photos online look Al generated and don't match reality. The hotel isn't set in nature, and the overall feel isn't high end. The lobby is cluttered with cheap decor and snacks, making it feel more like a mini-mart. The playground from the photos doesn't exist, the gym only has one machine with no weights, and the pool is shared with the whole building complex (swim caps required, though they kindly gave us free ones. The hotel's food and breakfast were disappointing and overpriced (very poor quality) with almost no Western options like ham or cheese. Skip it and head to the small family run spots down the street on the left instead the food there is authentic, amazingly delicious, and dirt cheap.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottimo il servizio che ti permette di organizzare le escursioni delle 3 principali attrazioni del parco protezione UNESCO dello Zhangjiajie. Suggerisco di prenotare tutte le 3 attività, Grannd Canyon/ 1/2 giornata, Zhangjiajie forest park tour (1 giorno completo) la porta del paradiso, monte Tianmen. 5-10 minuti dalla entrata del parco Est e dal paese dove ci sono i ristoranti e i vari negozi.

La colazione intercontinentale è discreta, area di miglioramento visto il numero di ospiti europei e occidentali.

Dit is een heel goed en vriendelijk hotel. De begane grond is een beetje een huiskamer, waar een bar is en waar je ook zelf wat drinken kunt pakken. De general manager gaf ons een thee experience en regelde vervoer en een perfect adresje voor het diner. Hele goede service. Het ontbijtbuffet is Chinees en erg goed!

Het zwembad begeeft zich op ca. 300 meter lopen van het hotel. Je moet daarvoor tickets meenemen uit het hotel. Er zijn helaas geen handdoeken service. Het Chinese restaurant is niet geopend in de avonds

Il secondo giorno non è stata rifatta la stanza nonostante fossimo fuori dal mattino fino alle 16 del pomeriggio e per questo ci hanno regalato un pacco di tea.

Las fotos de las vistas desde la habitación parecen que estás en medio de la naturaleza y no es cierto, es una zona urbana. La piscina no está a pie de hotel, hay que desplazarse por una urbanización de otros edificios iguales. Tumbonas de la piscina inutilizables, llenas de verdín. Gimnasio muy poco equipado

المكان بعيد جداً عن وسط المدينة وتم طلب تغيير الغرفة بعد الليلة الثانية بحجة ان الغرفة محجوزة لشخص اخر مع ان الحجز مؤكد لثلاث ليالي وطبعاً حاولت التواصل مع بوكنج بهالخصوص ولكن تم تجاهل الرسائل

L’hôtel est un peu excentré du centre-ville, mais c’est ce que nous recherchions. La chambre était propre, bien entretenue et la literie très confortable. Un petit réfrigérateur permet de conserver de l’eau au frais. Les bouteilles d’eau sont offertes et vous pouvez en demander autant que nécessaire tout au long de votre séjour. L’hôtel propose également un service de navette gratuit vers la porte Est, située à une dizaine de minutes. Le chauffeur part à l’heure qui vous convient, ce qui est très pratique. Lors de notre séjour, il a même eu la gentillesse de nous déposer gratuitement en centre-ville pour une promenade. Autre point très appréciable : des machines à laver et des sèche-linge sont mis gratuitement à disposition, tout comme la lessive. C’est un vrai plus après une journée de randonnée. Si vous commandez des boissons ou de petits encas en chambre, ils sont livrés par un robot, une touche moderne et originale qui rend l’expérience sympathique. Le personnel parle très peu anglais, ce qui peut compliquer les échanges au premier abord. Heureusement, la fonction de traduction intégrée à WeChat permet de communiquer facilement, et nous sommes toujours parvenus à nous comprendre. Le petit-déjeuner est correct mais et ne constitue pas le point fort de l’établissement.

La restauration : nous avons tenté de dîner un soir à l’hôtel. Service très lent et le repas n’était pas bon et vraiment cher pour la qualité du repas.

La habitación estaba muy muy bien! Muy limpio y muy amplia.

Creo que es caro para lo que te encuentras. La recepción y las instalaciones (piscina, zona de desayuno…) no están acordes a lo bien que están las habitaciones.

Свежее состояние номеров, интерьер отеля, тихое место расположения. Отзывчивый, приветливый персонал, готовый помочь, откликнуться на просьбы клиентов. Чайные церемонии, возможность продегустировать, разобраться в многообразии сортов чая, технологии его сбора и переработки. В отеле есть разные по вместимости и уровню комфортности номера под любой расклад «команды», рекомендуем!

В некоторых номерах не хватает аксессуаров для того, чтобы повесить полотенца, личные вещи на время посещения душа и/или сна. Рекомендуется закупить для душевых кабин крючки на дверь / стены. Было бы замечательно, если бы ассортимент блюд завтрака был более разнообразным.

La vue sur montagne n’est pas très belle car la route ce trouve juste en bas et les autres chambres ont vu sur des bâtiments en construction … dommage

El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia muy agradable. El personal muy amable. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda. El desayuno es self-service y hay infinidad de platos, hay que recordar que estamos en China y nos puede resultar curioso desayunar verduras, arroz, noodles o sopas, pero también hay huevos, tostadas, fruta. La piscina es un plus importante y ya no hay que preocuparse por el gorro de piscina porque te facilitan uno de manera gratuita y es de uso personal, no se ha de devolver. Si te alojas 3 noches te van a buscar a Zhangjiejie. Independientemente de las noches que te alojes, te llevan y recogen en el parque de avatar. Y por último, no está en el centro, pero un didi no te cuesta más de 1€ aprox, de manera que se puede ir a cenar al centro, aunque ellos también ofrecen comida occidental. Por cierto, en la planta 7 tienen lavadoras y secadoras. Que más se puede pedir!!!

Muy cerca de la puerta Este, te llevan en transfer a la entrada del parque. Instalaciones nuevas. Muy bonito y agradable. El personal muy atento y servicial.
