Reviewed Jun 15, 2025We were booked double bed type. The bed was so comfortable. Staff were well-mannered. They provided bathing soap and shampoo.it was a Ac room with fan.
There were no stools for kept things besides the bed. In the bed, so many short hairs it was looking awkward. Toilet hasn't any handwash toilet papers etc. From the stay to the beach it's a narrow way was difficult walk at night. No shelf.And also don't have any kettle.

There was power outage whole time of stay.. we were ignored and disrespected upon asking for refund. Owner have no sense or manner how to talk.. he was not even ready to listen anything. He said we can't do anything. It's like a fraud. Taking the money like a 3-4 star and no backup for electricity. No hospitality manner. Don't get influenced by the looks and location.. if anything goes other way... Owner is dismissal of every situation... And will disrespect instead of addressing the matter. Worst stay in whole trip. Do not recommend.

Rooms size is quite small. We booked two rooms for our family. Both rooms were allotted at different location. There is no option of big family rooms or possibility of additional bed for kids. There was constant harsh smell in room. small rooms may be OK for solo or only couples.

Do not have facilities worth the money... We even had to ask for basic toiletries. I didn't understand what was given under the name of the blanket.. it was just an old bedsheet which was not even clean... The AC was not even cooling enough and the fan had the same speed on all levels... Not at all a comfortable mattress overall it was a disappointing and uncomfortable stay..

1) Bedspreads was not clean and I have requested for new one but that was not smelling good. 2) The room I stayed had bedbugs and that made me to become uncomfortable and we left the room early in the morning because of that reason. 3) Informed the staff about the same before I left and I got an info that no one reported that issue.

Honestly the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in, completely filthy bathroom, hair in the bed. It was as if they didn’t clean the room at all. Most of the staff are unbelievably rude and unhelpful. I really didn’t enjoy my stay at all and couldn’t wait to leave

Reviewed Nov 7, 2024After booking in prior couple of days ahead, we went to the hotel just to know that their property is overbooked and we do not have any rooms available. The staffs in the reception were very irresponsible and made us waiting for 20 minutes just to say that their hotel is overbooked. They did not apologise or regret for what they have created for two women.
Their irresponsible way of dealing with customers and ignoring our challenge and difficulty. Even though they had enough time to cancel our booking request for more than 24 hours, they did not do it and only after we visited the place, they informed us that they do not have rooms.
