Luxury Magnolia Bungalow

We had an amazing stay here. The whole house has been renovated and is quite spacious. The place is very clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. The bed and couch were super comfortable too! Overall amazing value for money

Stylishly furnished and decorated throughout, the house is very spacious with a comprehensively equipped modern kitchen. Large bedroom with a comfy bed and a stand out bathroom! The shower was amazing. Having a washing machine and the spa was a bonus. A very quiet location, yet within easy reach of supermarkets, cafes and the town centre. It was a privilege to stay in this lovely house.

Thought the house was incredible, very accessible and providing enough comfort and safety in privacy in the bedroom. Wonderful services with how the shower and kitchen were lay out. Incredible service with response on requests, definitely made my partner's night. Lounge and blankets provided definitely made the relaxing parts really nail home.

The heat pump worked wonderfully but definitely felt the cold in the bedroom, even with a panel heater. Just some weird small issues like the screen for the spa would need to be fixed and the light-bulb in toilet needing to be changed or fixed, very dark especially at night. Backyard was a bit strange definitely would of liked a bit more privacy especially with how the front fences provided enough.

The whole house was so pretty and modern! Really enjoyed the aesthetics during my stay. Liked that many amenities was provided, making the stay very comfortable. Best part was the hot tub, very comfortable in the cold night

It was quite cold during winter. We brought our indoor slippers but did not wear it as it states to not wear shoes indoor. The bedroom had a heater so all was good at night

Lovely house only half a kilometre from the Toitoi events centre so an easy walk each morning to the event I was attending. It was very easy to access, immaculately presented and had everything that I needed. The property was very quiet, and has a very private area out the front - it was lovely to read out there on the grass in the sunshine. Loved the spa pool after a long day!

There seemed to be an issue with the drains as there was a slightly swampy smell in the kitchen. The bed was too soft for me but no doubt other guests would love that! Impossible to get a bed that suits everyone, and I only mention it because maybe others like me who get back pain from soft beds might want to be aware of that.

What isn’t there to like?! The style through the whole place was chic, funky and very well thought through. An older villa that’s kept true to some of it charm. Bed room was spacious and bed was very comfortable! Bathroom is stunning and very stylishly updated to perfection!! Also a cosy well made use of space!! Open Large living, dining and kitchen area! So good to have the insect screens on the back door and kitchen window. Had a spa poor which I didn’t get to use this time but a bonus none the less!!

Not much to put here at all - the only tiny little thing was the limited beverage glasses. (Wine/Beer) and as I drink a lot of Tea had to get a few more to top up! But I do drink more than the average person too!!

Loved the house. It was absolutely beautiful. Location was perfect for where we needed to be.

Location was easily accessible to all there was to do in the region, supermarkets were also close by to stock up. Sunday markets were a great place to eat and people watch.

We had a very comfortable stay here, it was decorated beautifully and felt luxurious. Everything you needed was there for a great stay.

Fantastic accommodation. Everything you need is there. Modern well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Clean and tidy. A bonus was the spa pool. Close to the city centre, walking distance to a large supermarket. The host Kelly was very keen that we were comfortable in her accommodation. We felt very welcome! Highly recommend this accommodation..

The house is so lovely, spa is great, location close to where we wanted to go.

My partner has back problems and he needs a hard bed, but he adjusted by napping on the floor.

The property exceeded my expectations. It felt homely yet very luxurious, and decorated beautifully. The bed was super comfy, and the shower was amazing after a long day. Kelly was a great communicator & I would definitely recommend the property to any of my friends or family. Loved that there was milk in the fridge & bikkies/tea/coffee to add that homely touch. A++

Too many security cameras. Felt like we were being watched. The kitchen doesnt have any basic ammenities including oven mitts. It is way too pricey for one night and not worth it.

TV reception was atrocious and we gave up trying. You should not advertise units as having TV.

Beware of dog and camera signs made me concerned for the safety of our vehicle and contents would have preferred to park it out of sight.

the interior decor is very lux, well done, comfy and very soothing! Everything is to a very high standard! It was so nice coming back to it at the end of the day. Hot tub was an extra cool thing to have!

The home was a luxury stay, recently renovated and well appointed. The location was great and walking distance to the city. Our host was very helpful and assisted us when we needed to change dates. She was also very responsive to our queries. The back deck was sunny and in the winter this was geat. Very private which we also appreciated. Would definitely return ourselves and recommend to others.

Beautiful property, there is a lot of love put into this place. The interior decoration is insta worthy for sure! I feel like I’m in a designer home magazine haha. It is bigger than I thought! Just stunning! Bed was very comfortable and I slept very well! I wish I stayed longer and enjoyed all the facilities :) The little booklet about the ladies who owns the property is a nice touch as well as the things to do and places to eat.

Nothing I didn’t like, the only thing that I can think of could be improved it’s maybe have a coffee press to make my coffee or maybe a coffee machine like a nespresso.

Beautifully dressed rooms and furniture. Spa was amazing after trips back and forth to the hospital.
