Wenn es eine Gemeinschaftsküche gibt, braucht es eigentlich keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Die Geräusche des Kühlschranks stören etwas direkt neben dem Bett.

Es war ruhig, obwohl mehrere Reisende im gleichen Haus wohnten. Schöne Natur direkt ums Haus. Die Gemeinschaftsküche war sehr praktisch und auch den eigenen Kühlschrank im Zimmer war gut. So konnte man sich selbst versorgen. Ein Restaurant gibts dort eher nicht.

Die freilaufenden Schafe waren sehr dominant. Früh am Morgen direkt vor dem Fenster und auch direkt auf der Terrasse mit ihren Hinterlassenschaften.

The property was clean, quiet, comfortable with amazing views.

Lungt boende, vi var dom ända som bodde där dom två nätter som vi stannade i Senja. Ingen personal den veckan men det var lätt att ta kontakt med personalen och man fick svar snabbt angående check-in och check-out. Fin utsikt över bergen och gulliga får sprang runt på gården ☺️

Vi reste med bil så avstånd till närmaste matbutik var inget problem, men om man inte har bil kan det upplevas långt. Annars inga klagomål, vi trivdes bra ☺️

La ubicación, las vistas y la cama

No hay espacios comunes y la cocina compartida y su mesa son realmente pequeñas para tanta habitación. Haría falta un espacio mayor para poder comer más de un huésped a la vez.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön, ruhig und mit Blick auf die Bucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The view, the cleanness

When we came it was cold inside and it required a few hours to have an accpetable temperature. There were no bags for rubbish seperation in the shared kitchen. No dishwasher in the shared kitchen. Unfortunately we were not informed that the key of the main door is shared which generated unnecessary stress.

Stod ikke i annonsen at kjøkken var tilgjengelig. Vi var ikke forberedt på at det virkelig var et kjøkken drr som vi kunne lage oss mat.

Zunächst einmal müssen wir sagen, wie unglaublich nett Lars war – er hat uns herzlich empfangen und direkt viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Unterkunft vorhanden. Das Zimmer war geräumig, mit eigenem Bad sowie Zugang zur Terrasse bzw. zum Balkon, und die Aussicht war einfach traumhaft. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das unglaublich bequeme Bett – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das WLAN hat gut funktioniert und wir hatten sogar das Glück, Nordlichter zu sehen! (Kurz runter zum Steg laufen/ fahren) Für Elektroautofahrer: Die nächste Ladestation ist etwa 20 Minuten entfernt (mit etwas Glück sogar mit Aussicht auf Rentiere). Die Lage ist – wie erwähnt – etwas abseits vom Trubel sowie vom nächsten Einkaufsladen oder Restaurant, was man bei der Planung berücksichtigen sollte.

Die Küche war zwar mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, wirkte insgesamt jedoch etwas spartanisch und könnte – gerade bei voller Auslastung – etwas klein sein.

Henkilökunta oli hyvin ystävällistä ja huone ja koko rakennus oli siisti.

Huone lli pieni kahdelle henkilölle ja koiralle. Huoneessa ei ollut yhtään kaappia tavaroiden säilytykseen. Kohteen esittelystä sai myös kuvan, että huoneessa olisi ollut oma pieni keittiö, mutta se olikin yhteisissä tiloissa, minne ei koiran kanssa voinut mennä. Kylässä, missä majoitus oli, ei ollut mitään palveluita.

Nydelig plassering med herlig utsikt på morgenen. Gode fasiliteter og kjøkken har det meste du trenger til å lage enkel frokost (savnet toaster).

Todella kaunis miljöö lampaineen ja mukava majoittaja.Kertoi alueen historiasta ja nähtävyyksistä sujuvasti ja avuliaasti. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi ja asunto oli siisti. Ainoa miinus korkeahkosta lemmikkimaksusta, mutta tämä lienee nykyään normaalia. Mikäli vielä joskus alueella liikutaan niin majoitutaan kyllä uudestaan!

Att det saknades klädhängare på rummet

Den lille by er super hyggelig. Der er helt roligt og sikkert et godt sted at fiske.

Ingen kontakt med vært, kun en sms om at udlejer ikke havde tid.

Propre, calme lit confortable Nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu la chambre de luxe avec vue sur l'océan qu'on avait réservé, on s'est retrouvé avec une chambre avec lit encastré. Le Mr, très gentil, nous a proposé une autre chambre avec lit normal, mais plus petite sans vue sur l'océan et sans terrasse avec cuisine partagée...il nous a dit qu'il ne pouvait pas faire mieux parce que tout était complet, c'est décevant sachant que le prix n'est absolument pas le même. Il faut prévoir de tout ramener parce qu'il n'y a aucun supermarché autour, c'est vraiment isolé, idéal pour se reposer.

Our 2 night stay with Senja Living was superb! I was absolutely thrilled to be here, I love Senja as a place and Senja Living was in fantastic place, with astonishing surrounding mountains and views and nearby Skrolsvik Fort is the single best WW2 place I have visited in Norway and I have visited plenty! We had a blast to stay here, loved every moment, bed was great, bathroom was modern, there was a fridge, fan, microwave option (which was nice to have since we had some microwave food with us!) etc. The support staff and the owners were very, very friendly! I had one issue but that had nothing to do with the hotel, in fact it was my mistake and yet they fixed it before an hour had passed! And the whole mistake was my fault to begin with. Fantastic experience in every single way. My favorite place to stay in all these years, not just in Senja but in all Norway!

There was no issues whatsoever, I have nothing that I found missing or lacking, like I said, everything was great :p

Flott stort rom med stor terrasse, meget god seng, rent og pent. Kjøkkenet hadde alt til og med isbitmaskin. Badet var supert med god trøkk i dusjen. Vi likte oss kjempe godt her og anbefaler absolutt dette stedet. Takk for oss

The hosts provided clear check-in instructions and we appreiciate that this is a family-owned business. We liked the large room with private bathroom and the facilities were VERY clean!Overall, it is a good place for a one night stay, especially as it is one of the most affordable lodging options in the area.

The patio is shared and connects to all the rooms, so our room felt a little less private when our shades were not closed. In addition, the shared kitchen was very small for the number of guests needing to use it (which was basically everyone since there are no restaurants in the vicinity). The location was also quite far from the main attractions.

Nice stay

Just something that was not clear to us when we booked/ The apartment with Mountain View is not really an apartment but a regular room with en-suite bathroom, fridge and kettle, but no kitchen. It is possible however to use the shared kitchen.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Shared kitchen with plenty of facilities. Coffee machine a bonus. Nice host.

What a wonderful place! It sits in a small village literally at the end of the road, set between beautiful hills and facing another village across the fjord, which is the most pictureque setting imaginable. Very quiet and peaceful, but not lonely, which I appreciated a lot as I was travelling alone. I knew people would look out for me, and that I could call anytime I needed anything. The rooms are modern, new and well appointed, the bed was excellent, very big with a new, comfortable mattress and super cosy. The bathroom was modern with a floor level shower and nice floor heating - just the thing after a night out trying to catch the aurora. There's a shared kitchen with a nice place to sit and a coffee machine which became my best friend as I was out chasing northern lights every single night. 😂 The kitchen is super useful and has everything you could ever need. The owners, Kjersti and Lars, are wonderful and helpful, I felt right at home with them and I was sad to leave. But I'll be back! It doesn't get any better if you like scenery, northern lights, peace and quiet and comfort.

Nice, clean, new and quiet place but unfortunately no food available so be prepared

This is our second time here, it's a lovely cozy place where we would return anytime.

Kitchen is a bit small, can get crowded if more rooms are occupied (fortunately this wasn't the case for us)

This property was incredible in EVERY way! Great location, quiet and surrounded by amazing nature. The owners were super kind and informative and very helpful! And most importantly it was SO CLEAN!!!!!! Loved it! And will plan a trip soon to return for a couple extra nights!

Anna was an absolutely fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean and the location was beautiful, very peaceful with huge views.

We thought we'd booked an apartment, but turned out we just had a room and use of a shared kitchen which wasn't what we thought we'd booked. The kitchen could have been much better equipped given the number of people using it.

Such a lovely place to stay with a beautiful view to the mountains and the sea. Room and the shared kitchen were very nice and clean. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts. Many good hiking trails nearby.

The stay at Senja Living was wonderful. The apartments are clean, in a wonderful location. From the terrace there are incredible views of the sea and mountains. There are excellent conditions for fishing in the fjord. And Anna and her parents try to fulfill your every wish. We wish them many guests as satisfied as we were.

It was very nice and beautiful location, the rooms were very clean and nicely decorated; we spent one night there and the owners were very friendly.

Senja is beautiful and this place was amazing. I would highly recommend it if you like calm places away from the crowd with an excellent view. Lovely owners who welcomed us warmly, made suggestions for what to do and answered all our questions. On one of the super nice sunny days we had, we went to Tønnerten and Skrollsvika. We had the small white sand crystal blue water beach at Skrollsvika to ourselves! We might come again one winter :) Room was comfortable with a nice view of the mountains. The outside area to sit and enjoy the view is huge. There`s a common kitchen which is well equipped with oven, microwave, utensils & cutlery in excellent condition and all the small things you need in the kitchen but don`t want to buy for 2 nights (cleaning agents, kitchen towels, etc.) The closest supermarket was Joker which was I think 30 mins away by car but is huge and is open until quite late (supermarkets in Norway are very often open until 23 00 hrs Mon-Sat). Restaurants are tricky, we found one which was again 30 mins away and had a very limited menu but we didn`t have any problem with that :)

The shower just has curtains that come to the floor but no door, so water floods the floor. There is good ventilation however, so it dries up after a while. There is no dishwasher which didn`t bother us as we were there only for 2 nights but may be good to know if staying longer. Overall, we liked the place so much, I would still give it a 10 :)

Very nice place and lovely owners!

The road leading to the facility as well as mountains around it are very scenic. Fjord had a lot of cods to catch. Facility is brand new. Room was spotless with comfy bed. Host was friendly.

It's a bit away from a market and I didn't see any eateries around. Remember to bring what you need.

I asked for internet connection, a landlady provided the name and password, but the internet hotspot was never turned on while our staying. We asked for two equal room, but the one room was obviously less comfortable than the other room.
