Reviewed Aug 2, 2026The location was close to the beach and the cabin was nicely decorated, very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The outside was attractive with a nice garden.
There is another holiday house near to the cabin and on the second night there was a lot of activity outside from the group staying there which made it difficult to sleep.

One side of the bed was against the wall which made access awkward. Parking on the main road wasn’t ideal so we parked it on a quieter street further away.

We are a couple in our 80's. One of us has mobility problems and uses a walking stick and frame too at times. We did not expect a narrow and quite a steep driveway with a reasonable sharp turn at the bottom. The advertisement did say street parking, but it was more difficult that we expected. Also the double bed was against the wall, and only a small gap at the end. The person who slept by the wall had to make their way down the bed to the opposite side which meant they had to crawl over the legs and feet of the person on the other side

A bit far to a nicer beach. Not as private as expected. People staying in the other house on the property make it not private as they are walking straight past our window and talking loudly in the front yard. We always had to keep all the windows closed for privacy and they were starting their car very early in the morning right next to where we are sleeping.

Unfortunately, as there are two places on the one site, we had to park on a grass verge on the main road. We also were very low on toilet paper and had only just enough sugar. Not huge, we picked up a couple of rolls while out and about and know we could have called the hosts. Just something we would have expected to be monitored

The bed was against the wall, making it a bit difficult for a couple if you are not young and spritely.

Just make sure u know how to work the lock box, I thought it was simple (I haven't had many experiences with them) and so when we arrived at 5am back to the batch after a night out, I couldn't work it coz I didn't watch benny, gave him a call and he was down within seconds and opened it easily. I felt so bad. Will definitely be back to this beautiful little batch. Thanx Benny!
