The garden was overgrown. Lots of ceramic art pieces, too clutter for my taste. Does anyone dust anymore? We blew a fuse heating the downstairs space. The TV we couldn't work. No helpful home manual.

Es gab trotz Nachfrage nur ein Geschirrtuch (keine Spülmaschine) für 8 Tage und nur einen Satz Bade- und Handtücher pro Person. Zudem gab es für jeden der beiden Mülleimer trotz Nachfrage jeweils nur einen Müllbeutel für 8 Tage. Es gab keine richtige Kaffeemaschine.

Das Haus hatte noch zu viele private Sachen, die nicht verstaut wurden. Für die Reise mit einem Kleinkind das herumkrabbelt hat sich das nicht bewährt.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2025We had a wonderful two days here. The location is excellent. It is almost the highest house in this area. The room is spacious and the landlord is friendly. We saw killer whales through the window for two consecutive days. We were so lucky. Friends would say every day that this is our home. We are home. If we come to Lofoten again, we will definitely choose this place. Highly recommended

It would be even better if the kitchen was equipped with a few more essentials—like a proper dishwashing sponge, a larger dish rack, more rubbish bags, and a bin for dry waste.
