Good stay under budget

Great location so close to Ashramam Ground where there was a fairground a lovely walk round the park with lots of shade and interesting statues/sculptures. A great place to socialise as well, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and we made good friends with some of the other guests. Also a very quiet spot tucked away, clean room with comfortable bed. We slept very well. Short tuk tuk ride less than 10 minutes from Kollam Junction train station to top it all off! Will stay here again if we return to Kollam.

Excellent place for a quick stay. We had gone as a team for the DBM Kollam Marathon and we were given excellent facilities by the owner. It's proximity to the main roads and access to all public transportation is worth it. Clean rooms and bathrooms, spacious rooms.

L'hôtel est dans une petite rue très calme, propre, proche du centre ville. Il donne sur un jardin et sur celui des voisins aussi avec beaucoup de verdure. On a une impression de fraîcheur, même par forte chaleur. Il est extrêmement propre et l'accueil est chaleureux !

El hombre de la recepción fue encantador en todo momento y las instalaciones de la habitación maravillosas, la cama muy cómoda, buena ducha y muy limpio... Sin duda, totalmente recomendable!!! Gracias!!!

My room was clean and well-maintained. The location is quite well-known, which is especially helpful for people who are new to the area. Once you get down at the railway station and take an auto-rickshaw, you can simply mention the name of the place, and most people will know it.

The room was small and felt a little too congested . Wouldn't recommend it for families or couples.

No nearby restaurant to have breakfast. Travel atleast 2km to reach good restaurant.

People have mentioned small room but we had a chair, table and wardrobe. Most larger rooms we have stayed in have one of those three. It's a new place and very clean. Owner was really accommodating and helpful. Thank you sir.

The staff was very friendly and professional, we had a very nice stay! Would definitely recommend this place. In general I’d say Kollam is underrated.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff are very polite. The pricing is affordable for both families and individual travelers. The toilets were neat, and rooms are also available even at midnight. There are nearby hotels and an open ground for walking, which adds to the convenience.

In close proximity to Kollam boating point ( opposite to the bus stand) calm & quiet place. Value for money and the staff are extremely helpful. Very good place to stay. There is a huge ground just nearby for a morning walk.

Our short stay was nice and the staff/owner is very helpful. Room is Neat and clean. Price is less and it was worth the money.

Loved the cleanliness!!! Comfortable space. 2 concerns were: 1. No intercom to reception so we had to get down everytime we needed something. 2. No wifi for smart TV! So nothing on TV though its part of room facilities. Other than that everything was spic and spot clean!

Room is small, like a cel in the prison. Location not excellent.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. A chair in the room would have been nice, but otherwise rooms were fine. Limited choice of restaurants in immediate vicinity.

Very clean rooms, the singing of the birds in the early morning, hotel is set in the green surrounding from neighboring gardens. It’s very quiet and peaceful. Close to the hotel are some restaurants and a very big supermarket. For a backwater trip you can take a local ferry leaving at 11AM from the KSRTC busstand. It takes around 1 hour and costs 20 roepies. Back around 3 PM. To the busstand , ferry boat it is about 20 minutes walking.

Personally I found the room somewhat clinically with the white tiles on the walls in the room and the room is very small. But because of the tiles walls are very clean. Personally I also prefer to stay more in center of the city. This location is nice but a long walk to the city center but then Kollam has no interesting city center. Nothing there, It’s ugly and full of cars. But people are very, very friendly and welcoming.
