Luxury Lofts

Everything , it be staff , room ambience and maintenance of the property

We were family with kid booked our stay with Luxury Lofts reading the reviews and had mixed feelings if our choice was right or wrong but the moment we checked in we were more than happy with the ambience, cleaning and the staff. Everything went beyond our expectations. Huge thanks to team Luxury lofts for there hospitality

Everything was perfect , staff was very helpful , rooms were very clean and most of all we booked the property for pool and pool was exceptionally clean. Highly recommended

This is the best property I have been to in a long time! The rooms were huge, the ambience was serene and the facilities were top notch. I was here for 2.5 days and for the first time I felt I did not want to get out of the loft to explore the city. I fully enjoyed the Jacuzzi multiple times which is fully functional, has lights and bubbles with warm and cold water. The loft also has a private pool and a a spacious garden. The place was really peaceful and I felt at home. The service was also great - I came in early and the hosts were gracious enough to let me crash in their spare loft. Initially while booking I felt the price was expensive i feel I got a great deal considering the value I got out of it. This was truly a luxurious experience and made me feel at home. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here at least once

While the location is close to the airport it is far out from the main city. However you easily get cabs and rapido bikes. They did not have many food options but this can be solved with Zomato and Swiggy.

The room was spacious. Very comfortable with wonderful bathroom and a hot tub and adjacent small swimming pool. Separate lounge room and kitchen area. Kitchen is attached but lacked any implements. Very close to the airport which is convenient. A 20 minute drive to the Golden Temple etcetera.

There is no in house kitchen so all food is ordered in. That is okay but I would probably prefer a menu. Can be some noise at night from aircraft at the airport.

The staff were wonderfully efficient, kind, and approachable – they truly made us feel welcome. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the property was just beautiful.

Lovely ambience, but on a scorching day the aircon went on only after we arrived – slow roast anyone? No cold water in the fridge either, (on a 30+ degree day!) though lovely staff brought some in minutes… for a price. Kinda sus when you’ve paid premium.

Every thing was just best , it be the property ambience , staff , the property manager or in term of cleanliness

The staff was very friendly and the host was extremely attentive. The room was extremely spacious and well lit with pool access from the room and garden access right outside the door. The overall ambience was amazing!

Cleanliness could be better in the bathroom and the quality of food could see improvement.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property! The staff made me feel very cared for and safe. The room was beautiful, very clean, spacious with all the mod cons and some nice architectural detailing. There was a pool on my doorstep and the room itself had a private hot tub with jacuzzi settings. The staff went over and above to deliver on service and even helped me with some of my transport needs. I would highly recommend a stay here! Great way to unwind and relax whatever the occasion.

I liked everything

The property was absolutely stunning — modern, clean, and beautifully designed. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to key attractions yet peaceful and private.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like — everything exceeded my expectations.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely loved my stay at Luxury Loft Amritsar! The property is modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with every comfort in mind. The location is perfect—close to the Golden Temple yet peaceful enough to relax. The host was incredibly warm and accommodating, making the experience feel truly luxurious. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Amritsar!

Thank you for the wonderful stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was great. I really appreciated the warm hospitality, would definitely recommend and stay again.

Everything was just perfect. Was confused for once how the service experience would be , but everyone was very welcoming rather it be the property manager , house keeping staff or the owner itself. Breakfast was served in the room by the staff , breakfast was pure Indian but was perfect. Highly recommend Thanks to Luxury Lofts team for the hospitality

Staff was very nice. Clean rooms very nice ambience had very comfortable stay.

The vibe at the place is like home. Very cozy and away from the town’s rush. The best Air Bnb i have stayed in this city at. The staff and owners were very polite and accommodating.

Nothing

The kitchen needed cleaning the Microwave was very dirty the shower room had flys and insects on the floor and had mold in the corners, there was not much to do on site we were not impressed at all it was not for us 👎

It's in a lovely, quiet location but with easy access to downtown. Mattresses were superbly comfortable. Private pool and jacuzzi and a wonderful amount of space. Very nicely kept lawns and outdoor.

Looking closer, our suite needed some attention. One of the TVs did not work, there was mould in one corner of the bathroom, door hinges were wobbly. Breakfast was Indian style but dry and served without tea, coffee or juice. No fresh fruit option. Room was not cleaned - I suspect it is necessary to expressly ask. When asking for help to arrange a transfer to the station we were simply referred to Uber. Here, the property could really lit itself to a excellent level but being more customer service oriented.

Property’s ambiance, their hospitality, service, hygiene & behaviour is excellent

Nothing muchh to say

We had the pleasure of staying at this stunning home, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the thoughtful design, elegant décor, and immaculate attention to detail. Every room feels both luxurious and comfortable, blending high-end finishes with a sense of warmth that makes you feel instantly at home. The amenities are exceptional—spacious bedrooms with plush bedding, a beautifully equipped kitchen, and inviting indoor and outdoor spaces that are perfect for both relaxation and entertaining. The views are breathtaking, and the property is meticulously maintained, creating an atmosphere of pure indulgence. Our stay was nothing short of unforgettable. This is not just a house—it’s an experience. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone seeking the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and serenity.

The best ambience

Nothing is that i dont like

It is beautifully made and super well maintained! The staff is really good as well

Beautifully designed. Room design and all amenities included. Amazing stay

Please give more options for breakfast and also get cribs for babies. Spoke to the owner, lovely guy, he said he will include these facilities soon.

The most stunning property with lots of space a private pool and incredible location quite and secluded but extremely close to the buzz of Amritsar streets. Breakfast was amazing in true Indian style there was so much food with perfect hospitality.

Everything was truly perfect will be my go to next visit

We had the pleasure to enjoy this luxurious property on the occasion of my sister in law and husband’s birthday. Starting with the staff they were very nice, accommodating and helpful. Would recommend this place😊

Property is nicely built, pool water was clean however the kitchen and outside pool area needed cleaning. Things like spoon, plates, dish washing shop was missing which were provided by the staff by request. Although the name says luxury the breakfast was not as good. Staying at this sort of place i would love to have some American breakfast, like pancakes, hash browns, sausages etc. Breakfast was typical indian. But all together we enjoyed our stay with my family. Would rate the staff 5/5. Just small little details to work on.

Great place to stay, quiet area, perfect pool.

Brilliant place to stay.

Very nice luxury appartement, Pool for 2 Appartements, absolutely stylish.

Breakfast would be good to have a menue, and order or have a Buffet.( For Buffet the number of guests is too small)

The space. Clean and huge bathrooms. The pool was clean and amazing crew.

Amongst the best properties there could be that doesn't pinch the pocket. Pristine, calm, and totally worth it. Greenery is plentiful, away from the city's hustle bustle and very accessible. We took 2 parallel rooms named 'Serene' and 'Eminence' located on the ground floor, we got a private pool exclusively in the middle as bonus, the kids had a grand time - this is thanks to the great advice by the management. Both rooms were spacious and surplus to our expectations and requirements. Breakfast was included in the tariff and sumptuous. The staff is extremely courteous, omnipresent and forthcoming. The management too is available to be contacted in case of any feedback. Overall, great experience (10/10) and highly recommended to all visiting Amritsar.. They have good arranemgements to host parties and events.

Neither me or family recall anything that we didn't like about Luxury Lofts

Everyrhing

I recently had the pleasure of staying at LUXURY LOFTS in palm grove. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and attended to every detail with such care. The front desk team was warm and efficient, ensuring our check-in was seamless, and they gave us great recommendations for local attractions. The property itself is stunning—well-maintained, clean, and beautifully designed. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the room had all the amenities we could possibly need, including a well-stocked mini bar and high-quality toiletries. The location of the property was perfect, just a short walk from airport. It was so convenient to explore the area, yet the property itself provided a peaceful retreat at the end of each day. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread, which offered a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. Overall, the experience was worth every penny, and I would highly recommend LUXURY LOFTS to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway. Thank you to the amazing staff for making this stay so memorable. I can’t wait to return!

Newly built modern construction. Beautiful clean luxury suites with a clean pool. A true hidden gem with amazing prices for what they are offering.

Everything was perfect

We got such a warm welcome - it truly made us feel happy! Everyone was really nice and helpful! It was very nice and thoughtful of them to give us a lovely gift when we were leaving - thank you again! They were very accommodating eg we requested an extra bed in the lobby/living room and it was all ready when we arrived! Our stay was pleasant and comfortable too!

The staff was good, every thing was neat and clean. They maintained their standards and love to stay again.

Stunning stay, so comfortable, neat, clean, cosy. The staff is very sweet and super helpful. It was a beautiful, wholesome stay

The property is one of the most magnificent places I have ever been to, it is a world class, inspiring design. Located in peaceful and well secured neighbourhood, it is perfect for family staycation.

Nothing

Staff needs more professional training and breakfast menu needs to be expanded

Lovely property with a great concept. It is perfect for larger groups with plenty of common areas within the villa.

The location means a 30-45 minute drive to golden temple and the city centre. However the peace and quiet and settings are worth it. A slightly keener eye for details for the house keeping staff would be appreciated.

Every thing was clean and the property is located right near the airport. Once you go in your face will light up with pleasure!

LUXURY LOFTS EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS - SIMPLY SUPERB

NOTHING

unique design. amazing service. excellent overall in all aspects

they don’t have a resturant

The property featured tasteful decor and was impeccably clean. The staff was genuinely warm and helpful, making the experience even better. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute drive from the airport, and ideal for those seeking a peaceful retreat away from the city’s hustle and bustle. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

None

Modern apartments. Very comfortable and full facilities. The apartments are about half way between the airport and city. Not many shops locally so need a taxi to go places, which is easy and cheap. Fantastic staff do everything to make the stay pleasant.

Everything was very good the staff , the rooms , the pool areas . So overall it was a very good experience

There was nothing to not like

The property was beautifully decorated, super clean. The staff was genuinely nice and helpfull. The location was easily approachable. Especially for people who are looking something away from city’s hustle bustle. Rooms were great with amazing swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious. I will recommend this to everyone
