Reviewed Sep 9, 2026My stay was initially for one night, however i extended for another night too. Stay was pleasent and the amenities were really good. I liked the overall property.
The Strange part was that, international card was not accepted. However, after some hustle that issue was resolved. I bit of drawback of the property is being in outskirts of the city. Connectivity to local market is not so local :(. Although this cant be improved too.

The Room given to me was an upgraded Suite. It looked like that the suite had not been opened for months it was stinking, the curtains were dirty. The Bathroom was the worst I had seen since n life. There were mosquitoes in the room. I think everything was bad would never stay again in any Radisson hotel again.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Quite, clean, the sardarji at the door are great, always treat everyone with respect. There is a lady who helped us with car arrangement which is super great.
Receptionist never keep changes, when paying cash, they usuall say "sir, we have no change" a 5 star with no change? A bit strange tho. I paid my bills using 500 rs note, they dont even keep 100 rs note for change. There is no spoon in the room, they provide tea coffee facility, but expected to use finger to stir it up. We asked for a spoon and it never arrived. While checking out, the receptionist ask me for my booking.com app to review on my behalf, thats absurd. Honestly, everything in this hotel are great but staff needs more training to know what customer privacy is and should pay attention to customer request.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026The room in which I was 1st put up room 101 was horrible to began with the bathroom water was leaking and it flowed into my bedroom… the jet spray is been planted on the wrong side Flush doesn’t work Sink overflows To add salt to wound … flies in the breakfast area Bread had white worm Tea glass all the edges where broken and sharp and I could have easily cut my lips When I informed they very casually replied saying we will change it It’s worst than a lodge Do not book this place Only positive was the front desk staff Mr Beant Singh he tried his best to make me feel better However barring him the overall experience was extremely worst

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026A wonderful breakfast experience at Radisson Blu Amritsar. The thoughtfully planned multi-cuisine spread offered a great variety of delicious and healthy choices. The staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and attentive, adding warmth to the overall experience. The restaurant was neat, clean, and maintained excellent hygiene standards. A great start to the day with outstanding food, service, and hospitality.
My stay was affected by a faulty WC in the room, and my sleep was disturbed by a false emergency alarm during the night. I hope the hotel addresses these issues, as they took away from an otherwise pleasant experience.

The cvomplimentary food optios were only milk , khichdi and oats . Don't know how any child can only eat these three things every time. When whilst room service we asked for extra plate which they said is chargeable at Rs 170/- per plate .

Certain items need replacing in the bathroom and having to ask for the refills. The sun beds did not have base cushion on the rattan beds and you could feel metal bars as you laid on them. The breakfast was repetitive, standard.
