No hay ningún restaurante que esté bien cerca. Cuando llegamos había habido un apagón y estuvimos 3h sin luz muriéndonos de calor en la habitación. No tienen generador para estos casos. Nos dieron una habitación en la planta de abajo al lado de una especie de trastero donde habían gallinas y olía fatal. Pedimos que nos cambiaran a una habitación en el piso de arriba.

The hotel is directly in the entry/take-off path of the airport and therefore very loud also at night. But great stay if you just need to spend a night close to the airport!

The location is very close to the airport and is ideal if you have a layover and need a place to sleep, or if you need to refresh yourself before a late evening flight. The free ride to the airport was extremely helpful. Unit was very clean and the AC worked well. Very nice hosts. Stayed only a few hours so cannot comment on breakfast.

Our deluxe double room was on the upper floor and the wifi was very weak, inconsistent, and unusable. Many times the internet did not work and it was frustrating. Informed the owners and they tried to fix it but the fix only last a few minutes. The owners should try using the internet for a long time on the upper floor to experience the type of difficulty guests are experiencing. This place is not suitable if you need wifi for work or for communication. Also, there is no elevators just stairs, so if you are on the upper floor, you will be carrying your bags up several flights of stairs.

Понравился персонал, размер комнаты, чистота. Хозяева очень добрые, отзывчивые. Уютный маленький дворик. На последнем этаже завтраки с красивым видом.Мы оставались на одну ночь, но я бы была не против ещё там пожить.

В номер идёт балконная дверь, с щёлкой, туда залетали комары.Но хозяин предоставил фумигатор и мы не испытали неудобств. Может мне показалось, но завтрак был подан не совсем в чистой посуде и столы были грязные. А так завтрак как и везде 2 яйца жареных, немного фруктов и тостовый хлеб со вкуснейшим маслом и джемом.

Нет одеяла, но это везде в Шри-Ланке. Однако, без него было непривычно.

It's a two or three story building. It is not recommended for seniors you have carry luggage on the stairs.

There was no Breakfast served as advertised.

Für die Nacht vor dem Abflug voll ok und praktisch (mussten um 2:00 früh zum Airport)! War sauber, Taxi Service war perfekt! Für anderen Zweck gibts wahrscheinlich Hotels mit schönerer Lage.

Entsprechend der Lage natürlich extrem laut, war erwartbar!

Wir wurden wie vereinbart kostenlos vom Flughafen abgeholt. Obwohl wir ewig auf unser Gepäck gewartet haben und es mitten in der Nacht war, wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nah am Flughafen und ist sehr sauber. Toll ist die Dachterasse auf der das Frühstück serviert wird.

Das Frühstück ist eher einfach, aber dennoch gut.

Struttura molto basic, camera pulita, lenzuola meno. Bagno molto piccolo ma con doccia calda. Direi molto basica. Ci ha fornito il transfer per l’aeroporto a mezzanotte e mezza gratuito.

Abbiamo dovuto pagare immediatamente, senza neanche posare i bagagli. C’era una rampa di scale da fare molto stretta e nessuno ci ha aiutato. Abbiamo soggiornato nell’albergo all’effettivo 6 ore. Abbiamo pagato una cifra davvero alta 28€ per stare 6 ore in una stanza molto basic e per non usufruire della colazione. Direi eccessivo per la struttura e per la posizione. Lontana dai ristoranti, unica soluzione vicina è un supermercato ma bisogna fare a piedi una via molto trafficata senza marciapiedi. Non ci tornerei

La atencion ha sido muy buena. Tanto la dueña como el personal fueron muy amables. Nos facilitó tuktuk y nos atendió en todo momento. La habitación muy limpia. Nos recomendaron donde cenar a horas no habituales. Si tenéis que estar cerca del aeropuerto es una muy buena opción

De vez en cuando pasan aviones aterrizando y despegando y se oyen bastante. Por la noche dejan de sonar. Es un mal menor si buscas proximidad al aeropuerto. La cama crujía mucho

We chose this accomodation as it was close to the airport and it came with free airport transfer which worked well for our flight the following morning. However, the property itself is in bad condition and could use a thorough deep cleaning and pest control management. I had paid for the upgrade for the “deluxe” room which was heavily mould infested, had a strong stench to it and there were insects in the tea/coffee tray. Upon communicating our concerns with the owners and asking if we could stay in another room, we were then showed a room with 2 single beds on a lower floor which was cleaner and more comfortable though still had black mould on the bathroom window ( I have uploaded pictures of both rooms). I didn’t ask for a refund for the upgrade we never got as we were only saying one night but the owners knew exactly what went wrong as they mentioned “no one has stayed in that room for a long time” meaning we paid for nothing and they knew it was unliveable. The wire for the kettle is too short so we had to put the kettle on the chair. The breakfast was bad as the bread was stale and chewy, fresh fruit was alright but as the other reviews have mentioned it could be better. If you are considering a short stay for airport convenience, it’s ok but please do not pay for the upgrade and note that only cash payment is accepted.

The pickup service was excellent. The driver arrived to pick us up in under 15 minutes. We also enjoyed the breakfast—it’s amazing to have such a high-quality hotel experience at such a low price. Highly recommended!

It was a quick drive from the airport and had everything that you needed for a stay after a long flight, including pick up in the early hours of the morning.

In the shower, the hot water is seperated from the cold water, so it was a bit complicated to take a warm shower

Yes, I stay here during a layover at Colombo Airport. And I have to say it is one of the best regarding affordability and comfort. Although it's not the best room, the drive from the airport is only 5 minutes away, and the communication with the hotel was great. We texted the driver, and then he showed up 20 minutes later. They included a Way airport transfer, and we had to pay for the return, but it is very affordable, and they accepted USD, which is a must for me. They have a viewing terrace where you can relax, drink or just watch the airplanes. The hotel is near many shops and restaurants.

It's far from downtown Colombo. And is not the fanciest area, although it's safe.

We only stayed a few hours before our flight in the middle of the night but it was clean and comfortable. The free transfer was very helpful and the host family were friendly.

Great place, nice hosts, large room. Loved the take away breakfast and the free airport drop off facility they provided on the morning of the checkout.

Not a complaint - but the way the deluxe room was described during my chat with the host gave an impression that the room has great Lagoon view, so I upgraded my room to Deluxe on host's suggestion. But the deluxe room lagoon view is still very limited. You have to go to the Terrace to get a good view. Nonetheless, it's a huge, clean room with all amenities, so overall satisfied at the end.

We got to Colombo late at night and the host kindly organised pick up (Included in the price), was comfortable, super convenient location if you are renting TUKTUK. Breakfast included, you can hear the planes.

It is a very good hotel for a short stay, close to the airport, and there is a free airport shuttle service. You can stay comfortably and it is spotlessly clean.

Pick up from the airport (in this case, in the very early hours of the morning),included in the price and not far to travel to the accommodation. Extremely clean room with excellent AC, and lighting and a kettle. Very clean bathroom with soap and great hot water. Ok breakfast included. Food also available nearby. Very helpful owner who communicated well and even provided extra help like assisting with getting reliable tuk tuk transport. Thank you:) Would stay here again.

We stayed for one night after we arrived in Sri Lanka. The room was clean and comfortable and we were picked up from the airport for free late at night and were provided with breakfast the next morning before we set off on our travels. Great value for money and close to the airport.

Fabulous for what we needed…. A clean and comfortable bed, close to the airport for a reasonable price plus with the bonus of a free transfer to the airport and packed basic breaky.

Excellent hotel close to the airport. I really appreciated the free lift to the airport and the good takeaway breakfast for my morning flight. The rooms are new, well equipped and extremely comfortable. The two ladies running it were really friendly and made it a great, albeit short stay to end my trip in Sri Lanka. Highly recommended!

Great location with a professional shuttle service. Large rooms, with comfortable beds and all neccessary ammenities. Good breakfast (that you can also get to-go if your flight is early). Large supermarket within 5min walking distance.

Unfortunately the rooms are very poorly insulated. That means sounds and lights penetrate easily. We were woken at 3am by a rooster (which in itself is not the Properties fault) but sounds from the outside were simply not dampened at all by doors and walls. Communication could have also been better. I had to ask several times to get someone to facilitate payment, and in the morning there was no communication how or where we would receive our breakfast.

The room was clean and very comfortable. It includes hot shower. The owner was vey nice as well. Very nice stay for our first night in Sri lanka. Recommend! Also the breakfast was delicious!

The building was pristine, white, and appeared to have been recently constructed. The room was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and well-lit. The hotel is situated in a lovely residential area, offering a great view of the surrounding natural scenery. Access to the airport is very convenient, and the hotel offers a free airport shuttle service. The doors and windows were well-insulated, preventing any lizards from entering the room. A bus stop to Colombo is located near the hotel, although it takes about 1.5 hours to reach the city center. For those prioritizing proximity to the airport, this hotel is an excellent choice. The hosts are a warm, extended family, and you can see three generations living under one roof.
