Zeer schoon en netjes. Heerlijke douche en bedden. We hadden een kamer aan de voorzijde op de begane grond. De ramen waren erg geluidsdicht. Je hoorde de straat vrijwel niet. Het contact met medewerkers via de app verliep vriendelijk en vlot

Er waren wel koffie maar geen thee faciliteiten

Het was klein, maar echt fijn! Geen receptie, maar daar merkte je niets van. Het doorlopen van de stappen was gemakkelijk en dame in kwestie was makkelijk te bereiken. Top en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar :)

Het enige minpunt was het parkeren, al is dat wel aangegeven hoor. De straat is altijd vol geparkeerd en de dichtstbijzijnde parkeergarage is 5 minuten. Wij hadden liever ons auto in zicht, maar gokte op vrije parkeergelegenheid in de straat.

It was in a great location. The private terrace was amazing.

It was ok that there was no staff and the entry system works well ….. but can’t comment on how good the staff were.

The pictures are quite deceiving ! The room did not have a patio like in pictures and it was quite small ! And window of the room opening up to the pathway had lot of noice and had no good isolation! The room temperature set never reached the desired temp and was quite hot as well !

The rooms were very clean, and they also had lockers to stash luggage until check in. Alao the staff, Andri, Kosar and Ricardo were very helpful.

Its a very clean room. Perfect design. I really like that u can sit and shower in your own patio. Location in Rusafa is perfect. Close to station.

Super leuke plek

Clean and comfortable bed.

The refrigerator did not work. Someone knocked and immediately opened the door while we were in bed. Scared the hell out of me. I am glad we were not naked. Looks like it was the A/C tech, because customer services messaged me to ask for a thermostat picture seconds later, no apologies.

Boendet hade ett bra läge i en trevlig stadsdel. Det var bra utrustat med tv (med flera streaming-tjänster) låst skåp och kylskåp! Även trevligt med en uteplats. Det var lätt att komma i kontakt med personal trots att de inte hade någon fysisk reception.

Boendet var tyvärr inte så välstädat som man kunde önska. Det kröp myror på golvet och vi hittade spår av tidigare gästers mat på golvet. Även lakanet upplevdes lite smutsigt. På uteplatsen var det tydligt att det inte hade städats innan vi kom dit. Det var även en hel del ljud från exempelvis toalett.

Al dar la habitación a la calle y ser planta baja, mucho ruido al ser sábado.

Fantastic location, very clean modern boutique hotel. Great communication on how to get into both hotel and rooms. Lockers available for luggage storage if required. We stupidly left a shirt, Ricardo messaged me and stored it in a locker which we picked up later. Big thank you to Ricardo and Andri for all their help.

Did not like being on the ground floor.All apartments at this location are on the ground floor. Window was frosted so not much natural light.

Location is perfect, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable! Neyvel, our virtual assistant was great!

Fantastisch gelegen in een levendige buurt met heel wat barretjes, resto's en winkels. Aangezien de kamer achteraan is gelegen, heb je geen last van de bruisende omgeving. De kamer is compact, zelfs wat aan de kleine kant, maar beschikt over een mooi en groot terras. De inrichting is smaakvol. Het bed, bestaande uit 2 delen, is uiterst comfortabel.

Prachtig en schoon appartement. Elke dag schone handdoeken en opgemaakte bedden. Toegang tot het complex en het appartement verloopt via een digitale code. Werkt makkelijk en perfect! Fijne, grote bagagelockers om de koffers bij aankomst en vertrek te stallen, zodat je optimaal gebruik kunt maken van jouw tijd in Valencia.

A janela do quarto para rua deixa o ambiente barulhento inclusive de madrugada. O chuveiro ficava gelado no meio do banho. Internet wi fi bem lenta

Das Zimmer im Blnq Ruzafa ist gut und ansprechend ausgestattet und verfügt über alles, was man in einem Kurzurlaub braucht. Die Betreuung über die Nachrichten in booking.com hat sehr gut funktioniert. Alle Informationen sind rechtzeitig kommuniziert worden. Nach dem CheckOut konnten wir unser Gepäck bis zum Abflug kostenfrei in einer Gepäckbox mit Code verstauen und wir haben auch einen Zutrittscode zum Hotel erhalten.

Posizione strategica 10/15 min dal centro a piedi. Zona piena di locali e molto frequentata. Camera moderna , letto comodo cuscini comodi. Ottimo il servizio per conservare i bagagli pre e post soggiorno. Un apprezzamenro particolare alla reception virtuale , rispondono in tempo reale , grazie Neyvel.

Camera piccola , pochi gli spazi d'appoggio e pochi appendini soprattutto per abiti lunghi. Si sentono gli altri ospiti quando entrano ed escono. Pulizia da migliorare in terrazzo , capisco che è un ambiente aperto , ma divanetti e sdraio andrebbero puliti e lo spoco che ho trovato non era certo del giorno prima. Terrazzo con poca privacy, sopra ci sono tuttgli gli appartamenti.

Lovely modern clear and stylish property. No complaints and would recommend. It’s small but has all you need when you are spending very little time there.

Nothing was wrong with our stay. My only issue was being given the hips of checking in early but being unable to. If it isn’t possible then they should probabljusy stick to that to manage expectations ration

Despite my misgivings re on-line check in and problem accessing the link, accessing the property and the room was easy with the codes provided. The room and the en suit facilities were well presented and spotlessly clean. We particularly liked the excellent shower and a coffee machine is always welcome. The property is well located for both the Ruzafa district and the city centre both with plenty of cafe bars, restaurants etc.

Unfortunately the bed itself was not the most comfortable for us but I am sure that many other guests would have no problem and the pillows and bed linen were all of good quality. I am not a fan of on-line check in etc (it's an age thing !) and much prefer a physical reception but this should not detract form what is a good accomodation option in an excellent area.

The room and the space outside was perfect

The 24h virtual desk did not seem to work. We tried calling the reception on their phone and on our own and there was no answer. There was lockers to put bags in once checked out but due to the code being the same as the room we were unsure wether we would be able to get back into the building.

Het zit op een fijne locatie, op loopafstand van hotspots in Russafa en ook het centrum was voor ons goed bewandelbaar. De kamer was heel netjes en schoon!

De kamers zijn wel gehorig en nadat 1 iemand heeft gedoucht is het warm water op.

The room was pretty, clean and spacious. The internal patio was an added bonus, even though we didn’t get to enjoy as much since we stayed for only 2 nights and were constantly out and about.

When taking a shower, the hot water did not last long. There could be a couple more lockers available.

Some confusion accessing the building (the front door is beside the door below the street number given) and the original access code to the room didn't work. A bit of a drain odor in the room.

The location of the hotel was good. I did not realise that there was a virtual check-in, though the staff were responsive when they were contacted via WhatsApp.

I would have preferred an actual check-in. I was told to contact the hotel if I’d like to check in earlier. I requested to check in an hour before the check-in time (15:00 instead of 16:00) and was told that check-in was only at 16:00. I was told that there were luggage lockers to store luggage prior to check-in, but all of these bar one were full. The one that could be opened was filled with cleaning supplies, so I placed my bag in here and locked it, only to find the locker was opened when I checked in later that evening. The room was fine, though there was mould on the vents in the toilet. There was also dust on surfaces, and the coffee pods had not been removed from the previous guest in the coffee machine. I booked a room with a double/king bed, but it was two twin beds pushed together. The Wi-Fi was also intermittent.

Really great hotel. Good location, 20 mins walk from main sights. Only booked one night but would definitely have stayed longer if they'd had availability. I was in room 106. Very comfortable bed. Great shower and washing facilities. Lots of lighting options. Safe available. Coffee machine (I managed to make tea using the water, as I had tea bag's with me). Cafe 1 min walk away and plenty of local food options. Mercadona 9 mins walk away. Simple on on line registration. Can drop cases off in lockers if available, I used this great option when I arrived at noon one day and after checkout the next. If I was coming for more than a couple of nights I'd opt for the rooms with the garden access. I was there immediately after Las Fallas do prices were higher than usual but I was very happy with the hotel. I needed to speak to the receptionist and they responded very quickly. Also, very good communication throughout. Thank you Neyveh.

I was a bit cold in March and would have liked a blanket. As it was I just turned the heating up and used a towel and a jumper as a blanket.

Nos encantó alojarnos aquí. La ubicación es buenísima, en Ruzafa y con muchísima vida alrededor. Las camas comodísimas (dormimos genial) y el apartamento tenía Smart TV, que siempre se agradece. La atención, aunque no es presencial, fue de 10. Todo muy fácil, bien explicado y responden rápido si necesitas algo. Volveríamos sin duda!!!!! 😊😊😊
