Reviewed Jun 16, 2026We really enjoyed our stay at Serrano Park. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Valencia and within walking distance of everything. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was a great base for exploring the city. We were aware that the apartment is located near a busy street when we booked, so we expected some street noise. It was mostly noticeable during the day, and we didn't experience any issues with noise at night. Overall, it was a clean and cozy apartment. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again soon.

Reviewed Nov 14, 2025The property we booked was cancelled the day before we were due to leave. The property we were put in was extremely poor, we were then moved to another property in the same building which was no better other than the air conditioning was working. The taxi we had booked at first said he would have to take us to Serrano Park as that was his booking. When we arrived at the office of the apartment company we were told our apartment was not ready as the office was virtually opposite where was to stay the refused to let us leave our case so we then had to walk half a mile to a luggage storage shop and was charged 17euro’s yet our booking confirmation said 5euros

Reviewed Nov 13, 2025The only positive thing of this apartment is the location.
Upon arrival we instantly noticed all the rusts around the apartment. The place is not well-maintained at all, it is nothing like the pictures and they gave us all dirty towels. I instantly messaged the property, but only received an answer an hour later with an offer to change apartment. We accepted even if it was not in the location we preferred, it is on an attic so we had trouble getting up on the bedroom and there were only very tiny windows, because we did not want to lose more time or trouble to find a new accommodation, since the new place was at least clean with clean towels. I was very disappointed with this property, because we lost a lot of time waiting for their response and contacting Booking.com and also moving to another place which was at 15 minutes walking distance from the original apartment. It caused us a lot of distress and were expecting more from the property.
