Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Unser Aufenthalt im Blanq Carmen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel liegt an der grünen Lunge von Valencia - dem Flussbett Turia - und fussläufig zu allen relevanten Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Innenstadt. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll gestaltet und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich - besonders unsere Assistenz Neyvel. Toll ist der Pool auf der Dachterrasse, um sich abzukühlen und einen Sundowner zu trinken. Das Frühstück war lecker mit internationalen und spanischen Spezialitäten. Wir empfehlen das Hotel sehr gerne!

Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Cozy Hotel right at the edge of Valencia old town, next to the old river that has been turned into a park. The rooftop bar is small but nice. Very charming flair and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Kosar, our receptionist, who went out of her way to provide us with the information we requested. Thank you so much : ) We'll definitely consider staying at Blanq Carmen Hotel again for our next visit to Valencia.
The street passing the hotel is quite busy, even till late. So if you're noise sensitive, make sure to request a higher up, room pointing away from the street.

La bella terrazza, dove avrei mangiato e preso cocktail molto volentieri, era stata chiusa a causa della pioggia. Tuttavia, nonostante avesse smesso di piovere, non è stata riaperta. Inoltre, non ci è stata data la possibilità di utilizzare i tavoli normalmente destinati alla colazione, né ci è stata offerta un’alternativa per usufruire del servizio cocktail, che era previsto sulla terrazza ma di cui, proprio a causa della chiusura, non abbiamo potuto beneficiare.

The staff were very friendly, our room was very nice and functional, and we enjoyed being right at the heart of the historic centre. We also used the small pool one day to cool off in the afternoon and enjoyed a drink at the rooftop bar.

Even though I respect the non-smoking policy, the liability form you have to sing in advance includes too many things you could eventually be charged for, it made our stay uncomfortable to the point of taking pictures of the room for eventual damages,prior to our stay, afraid not to spill even water or break a glass by accident. The breakfast didn't include much variety and the scrambled eggs ( the only eggs available) were precooked and cold. The airconditioner( centrally operated)was way too cold, even if you turn up the degrees to 25°C( the only thing you could eventually control. The main body of the conditioner situated just above your heads, above the bed, too windy, even though we stayed in July, 40°C outside. You are either cold or have to switch it of and endure the heat. If one or more of the guests smoke, have in mind that you can't do it in the balcony or the rooftop bar, which is an open area, only outside the hotel.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, staff very friendly and breakfast had a great choice of breads, croissants, ham, cheese, eggs, bacon, fruit, salmon, coffee etc . The rooftop terrace was great to a relax, drink and to cool off in the pool with good views. There is a great supermarket next to the hotel which has everything you need for snacks etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Por decir algo, la piscina pequeñita, aunque se avisa. No nos gustó el depósito de 20€ por toalla a los huéspedes del hotel para la piscina 😐

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Son emplacement idéal pour visiter le centre et sa petite piscine pratique pour faire un rafraîchissement en plein mois d’août. Chambre petite mais lit confortable.
Dommage que le bar n’ouvre qu’à 16h et que rien ne soit prévu pour que vous puissiez vous poser après votre baignade. Il est de plus bien indiqué de ne pas mouiller les sièges 🙄 On sent que le rooftop est plus fait pour recevoir une clientèle extérieure à l’hôtel en mode apéro que d’offrir en priorité un service pour les clients de l’hôtel au long de la journée. La sonorisation intérieure et extérieure n’est pas au top mais cela ne m’a pas empêcher de dormir.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026La piscina è praticamente inutilizzabile, praticamente una vasca da bagno utilizzabile tra l'altro solo per i consumatori del rooftop, quindi senza consumazione non puoi nemmeno immergere i piedi. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio di noleggio bici, ci sono state consegnate con le ruote sgonfie. La reception ci ha detto che è un servizio esterno, quindi non poteva fare nulla e infatti non ha fatto nulla, se non darci un numero di telefono a cui nessuno ci ha mai risposto.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026This is a little drop of heaven in Valencia!! The hotel is stunning, the room was so fresh, big, clean, comfortable and the hotel location is incredible. The rooftop pool is fantastic, such a nice way to relax in a city. And all staff that we dealt with in all aspects of the hotel were so lovely and friendly and helpful!!!
We had some issues with our air-con the first day and a half but it finally got sorted and the hotel kindly provided us with a fan so not a bad experience and the staff were very proactive.

All staff were helpful and friendly. Sorted out my air con, booked airport transfers. Breakfast looked good, I just had coffee.
Take ear plugs as the road is noisy even with the windows closed. I was there on the world cup final,so the road was louder than normal, celebratory beeping🏆🎉.

Not having control of the air conditioning was a pain Took a hour to cool down every time we went in the room

The aircon stopped working and had to be manually turned on every hour, even overnight. We reported it and we were told we must have opened the windows, which we hadn’t so it was a mystery, unless the cleaning staff had done so but it’s irrelevant when we had a very uncomfortable night in the heat.
