AVAL was beautiful and was very convenient for attending a wedding at the Grand Resort right across the road. The room was very clean and had a perfect kitchenette to have snacks and breakfast in before heading out for the day. The property does not have a common eating area so if you request breakfast, groceries (like bread, turkey, cheese, yogurt, etc) are brought to your room in the morning then you can assemble your breakfast in your room.

The kitchenette in the room was prone to having ants emerge looking for crumbs but the staff was very good at cleaning every day to keep them away.

Aval Riviera is a heaven to be with great team members and the owners make you feel like family. I will definitely return and I am definitely recommending it.

I loved the fact that everything was exceptionally and smartly well thought out with attention to evey detail. Also, it was immaculately clean and the design and concept was unique. The fact that it was very quiet gave you a serene feeling and it is a place that I would definitely revisit to unplug.

The property is well designed, beautifully maintained and incredibly comfortable. The gardens and pool provide a tranquil and pretty setting. It is very secure, with a security door to gain access and a sturdy wall surrounding it. The surrounding area is quiet and has views out to sea. It is easy to park outside the property, on the road. Our apartment felt spacious and luxurious. The beds were so comfy and fans/air-con work really well. Rest assured you will have an excellent nights sleep. The cleaning was outstanding. The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed their recommendations (a day at Lake Vouliagmeni was a particular highlight).

We liked it all, but just to help other visitors: we arrived quite late at night, it was dark and the road we were guided up was very steep at the top with pot holes. It is better to take the wider road that curves around and leads you to the top of the property.

It was such a lovely property, the pool was amazing and the host was over the top! The views were beautiful and breakfast was so nice sitting on the patio, we got extra coffee and even were able to get some beers delievered while we were out. Organizing rides to the airport and great recommendtions for things to do, we did them all and had a blast.

Wow, wow, wow. What an incredible hotel! 6 Stars not 5. The thought that has gone into the design and finish is amazing from the rooms, to the outside seating areas, the pool and the spa. I love this hotel. I will be back.

Eine mit viel Liebe zum Detail angelegte Außenanlagen. Alles sehr sauber und liebevoll Dekoriert . Das von uns gebuchte Zimmer war sehr schön und hatte alles was man zum entspannen braucht.

Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat , war das es in unserem Apartment kein Fenster gab .

The place was modern and gorgeous. The kitchen was fully kitted out with everything you could need. We even had a juicer for fresh orange juice. The pool was lovely and clean as well. The apartment was a great size, and decorated very nicely, with all the modern amenities like a smart TV, AC, heating and a fan! The cleaner was very thorough and even did the dishes for us when we forgot or hadn’t time while leaving in the morning which we really appreciated. The host gave us a list of recommendations and was super helpful and informative as they faced an electricity issue which was out of their control.

The location is an issue if you’ve no car. But we planned ahead and had a rental which was perfect for the stay. It’s a shame the jacuzzi and steam room require an additional charge but other than that the stay was perfect.

Very high standard of furnishings, very clean & luxurious, good aircon. Absolutely loved the sunset from the rooftop floor that sadly is no longer a bar but the owned very kindly let us go up to in the evening.

Shame there was a charge for the jacuzzi. Sad that the rooftop floor is no longer a bar!

Great 2 bedroom apartment with view of ocean. We had a family wedding to attend in the area. Need a car to get there and around as most of the attractions are not close by. Stayed there are family was close by. There are many restaurants, cafes and a couple of supermarkets in town.

Nothing in walking distance. Not a lot to do in Lagonissi itself although there is a Grand Resort nearby but did not really go there. Ily coffee machine needs specific pods which you need to purchase from the apartment @ E1.50 each after the 4 free pods run out. Could not find the pods in the supermarket. There is coffee percolator and Greek coffee pot. We bought coffee at the supermarket and made Greek coffee.

Fantastic apartment for 4. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Great pool. Luxury accommodation in every respect. Very helpful and welcoming host. Easy to get to local attractions by bus or taxi if you don’t have a car.

The room was beautiful. The interior design was very tasteful, with expensive furniture and top end finishes. In terms of appliances, the room came with a Nespresso style machine, an iron and a full power hair dryer. The bathroom was stunning with a big spa bath which was a big bonus. The pool area was very clean and the sunbeds were very good quality and comfy. The exterior landscaping was completed to a very high level and very private from neighbouring properties. The venue was very secure, with a secure locked front door to the property.

Despite being marketed as a “boutique hotel” this venue is far from this. This property should instead be described as a luxury apartment complex. The property had no reception but instead an exterior cabin in the garden which despite attending three times to let them know that we had no hot water, no one was present and it was all locked up. We only saw the host once when they showed up to get us to sign some papers, but apart from that they were not present. The property was marketed as having two bars. The top roof bar was locked up and covered in dust with no sign of opening, and the pool bar didn’t exist either. This as very disappointing for an end of summer (September) stay where we would have enjoyed having a drink at the property whilst sunbathing or before dinner. Please also be aware that the roads surrounding the property (apart from the one road accessed from the main coastal road) are very steep and are uneven dirt tracks. We struggled to get our fiat panda up one of them and nearly got stuck so just a word of warning for other visitors.

The rooms felt like apartments with the built in kitchen, the host was wonderful and helped us book a delicious dinner at a nearby seafood place, the showers had great water pressure, and the bed was very comfortable

Nothing at all

Check in was easy and the hotel is very secure. They provide specific instructions prior to arrival for accessing the door for the entrance and a lockbox code for the room key. The view from the room with the partial sea view/pool view room was excellent and we enjoyed the lounge beds and terrace area that was provided with our room. This is a great option for couples to spend a night or two before heading to or from the airport and do not want to venture into Athens. Very convenient and Yannis was extremely helpful! He was super accommodating and was able to assist us with a ride (for a small fee) as when we arrived taxis were on strike and we could not find any form of transportation. There are some walkable restaurants but I would stick with the local tavernas over the restaurants within the nearby resort. Restaurants are a quick 8-15 minute walk.

This is the most perfect boutique aparthotel. We loved it! It is spotlessly clean everywhere. The owner was so welcoming and helpful. Would return here in a heartbeat but you need a car! The area isn’t an easy place to get around without one.

Once we realised how difficult it was to get to a shop or cafe from here it might have been nice to have a breakfast basket provided - pastries or some such.

Θα μπορούσε να έχει πρωινό. Επίσης για τέτοιο επίπεδο διαμονής το να πληρώνεις τις κάψουλες του καφέ (εκτός μιας μοναδικής όταν φτάνεις) είναι κάπως .. Τέλος δεν υπάρχει μπαρ και το zacuzzi κοστίζει υπερβολικά.

The area is quiet. The owner himself is very friendly and provides the right assistance once approached. The facility is outstanding. The place is good for people who like beaches and being away from the crowded city. If I have a chance to travel again to Greece, I would select the same facility.

Being away from downtown and taxi rates are high.

Ich weiß garnicht wo ich anfangen soll… Meine Freundin und ich waren Begeistert. Freundlicher Empfang, schönes Zimmer, nah am Strand, super sauber, der Pool und die Liegen ein Traum. Es gab nichts zum Beanstanden! 10/10!

A modern, clean and calm property. The pool and areas for relaxing were fantastic. There is a great Taverna a walk away and many beaches and tavernas a short drive away. It’s a really easy drive to the airport from this lovely coastal location.

Tout était parfait. La résidence est superbe. Très bon accueil, appartement spacieux, très bien décoré et propre, literie confortable. Les aménagements extérieurs sont de très bons goûts, complets avec équipements de sport. L’espace piscine est magnifique. De plus un service de ménage quotidien est assuré.

A super place to stay. We only stayed one night for our last night in Greece as it is only a 20 minute drive to the airport, but the apartment was so spacious, attractively designed and well equipped that we could have happily stayed longer. There is a lovely pool and our apartment had a spacious balcony with a great view. Highly recommend.

The bed was a little soft for my taste and there is no restaurant on site, although you can order food delivery easily (the owner gave us lots of options with contact numbers). There is not much around so a car is useful.

Clean, modern, spacious, great pool, great hosts offering us ice cream whilst we packed our bags. Drinks and mastika were a nice touch too. Quiet environment and convenient if you are a light sleeper.

A bit overpriced given jaccuzi and sauna were cost adders and not included in base price. A dirt road leading to property isn't ideal but there is another back road if you have a car.

One of the best apartment-hotel stays we’ve ever had! AVAL has all the amenities you’d need and extremely helpful and responsive staff. The terrace and pool spaces are lovely and peaceful, the wi-fi was great, and even the room temperature stayed cool despite the hot weather outside. The manager Yannis was attentive and provided us with detailed information about nearby restaurants, markets, and places to go. and went above beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. Highly highly recommended!

What an amazing place. A true little oasis of peace and quiet. The pool was such a treat; super comfy beds, big towels and just the perfect spot to relax. Everything was spotless, both in the shared areas and in our own apartment. You can really tell they care about the details. We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment and it had everything we needed. Spacious, modern, super clean and just really comfortable. Nothing was missing. And that balcony with sea view… perfect. Yannis was such a kind and helpful host. Always available for questions and full of great tips about the area. The location is great too. Having a rental car definitely helps if you want to explore a bit more, but there are a few nice restaurants within walking distance as well. Highly recommend! We had the best time.

Onwijze luxe ervaren in Aval Riviera! Bedden zijn fantastisch! Eigenaar Yannis is onwijs vriendelijk en spreekt goed Engels! Als er maar iets is, kan je hem appen en dan helpt hij je. Kamer zijn enorm schoon, nieuw en mooi! Kamers zijn heerlijk koel en het zwembad is prachtig! Daarnaast is het enorm rustig.

Eigenlijk niks, op misschien de locatie na. Je moet wel een stukje lopen als je naar de supermarkt of een bakkertje wil. Wel is er een optie om ontbijt te bestellen. Dit staat aangegeven op een kaart die in het huisje ligt. Dit hebben wij dus elke ochtend gedaan en lekker gegeten in de prachtige tuin!

Grandeur de l'appartement Propreté, Batterie de cuisine complète, super piscine tout est parfait. L'accueil tardif, nous sommes arrivés après minuit à cause de notre vol. Il nous avait donné les instructions pour arriver mais le propriétaire nous attendait malgré tout pour nous accueillir. Attention très appréciée.

The location of the building had great views of the Sea and our room jad great views of that and pool. Even the landscaping and design of the property and room were outstanding. A lot of thought went into the finish of this boutique hotel and beds were very comfortable.

מקום מדהים, מתוחזק ברמה גבוהה, הכל מעוצב בטוב טעם נקי ומסודר , אבזור וריהוט מלא שממש מנעים את השהייה והחופשה, הדירה במיקום שקט עם חניה חופשית מרחק הליכה מהחוף, ועוד המון חופים יפים באזור, כל יום הגיעו לנקות ולסדר ,הכל בחיוך , יאנוס הבעלים אדם מאוד נחמד ,אדיב ומסביר פנים. מקום מושלם לנופש וחופשה .

The property was absolutely beautiful. The pool, the landscaping, the rooms—it was all breathtaking.
